Abstract

本发明提供了一种硫黄菊素对涤纶织物的染色方法,该方法包括如下步骤:将硫黄菊素溶解于四氯化碳/苯酚混合溶液中,再加入表面活性剂十二烷基苯磺酸钠,超声下得到透明溶液;将涤纶织物投入到上述染液中,振荡加热至30~60ºC染色。本染色技术不需要对硫黄菊素进行改性,不采用高温染色,染色后织物色牢度高。

硫黄菊素对涤纶织物的染色方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种纺织品染色技术领域,具体涉及一种硫黄菊素对涤纶织物的染色方法。
背景技术
硫黄菊素是从漆树科黄栌属木材和向日葵属及大丽花属黄色变种植物中提取的一种化学成分。硫黄菊素是一种传统的天然染料,在不同的光谱光源照射下,会产生色差现象,在烛光下为显光辉的赤色,在阳光下呈带红光的黄色,使得这种黄色成为中国皇帝的专用服色。但是硫黄菊素很难直接上染涤纶等合成纤维。
发明内容
为了使硫黄菊素有效染色涤纶织物,本发明采取如下技术方案。
一种硫黄菊素对涤纶织物的染色方法,包括如下步骤:(1)将苯酚溶于四氯化碳中;(2)将硫黄菊素溶解于四氯化碳/苯酚混合溶液中,再加入表面活性剂十二烷基苯磺酸钠,超声下得到透明溶液;(3)将涤纶织物投入到上述染液中,振荡加热至30~60ºC,保温染色5~30min;(4)将染色后织物置于四氯化碳中洗涤,80ºC下烘干。
进一步的,所述的四氯化碳/苯酚混合溶液的四氯化碳与苯酚的质量比为1:0.1~3。
进一步的,所述的表面活性剂十二烷基苯磺酸钠与四氯化碳/苯酚混合溶液的质量比为1:2000~8000。
进一步的,所述的硫黄菊素与四氯化碳/苯酚混合溶液的质量比为1:200~4000。
本发明的有益效果在于,不需要对硫黄菊素进行改性,不采用高温染色,染色后织物色牢度高。
具体实施方式
下文将结合具体实施例详细描述本发明。应当注意的是,下述实施例中描述的技术特征或者技术特征的组合不应当被认为是孤立的,它们可以被相互组合从而达到更好的技术效果。
实施例1
硫黄菊素对涤纶织物的染色方法详细步骤如下:
(1)将20g苯酚溶于180g四氯化碳中;
(2)将0.3g硫黄菊素溶解于上述四氯化碳/苯酚混合溶液中,再加入0.04g表面活性剂十二烷基苯磺酸钠,超声下得到透明溶液;
(3)将10g涤纶织物投入到上述染液中,振荡加热至60ºC,保温染色30min;
(4)将染色后织物置于四氯化碳中洗涤,80ºC下烘干。
实施例2
硫黄菊素对涤纶织物的染色方法详细步骤如下:
(1)将300g苯酚溶于100g四氯化碳中;
(2)将0.8g硫黄菊素溶解于上述四氯化碳/苯酚混合溶液中,再加入0.08g表面活性剂十二烷基苯磺酸钠,超声下得到透明溶液;
(3)将10g涤纶织物投入到上述染液中,振荡加热至30ºC,保温染色30min;
(4)将染色后织物置于四氯化碳中洗涤,80ºC下烘干。
实施例3
硫黄菊素对涤纶织物的染色方法详细步骤如下:
(1)将50g苯酚溶于250g四氯化碳中;
(2)将0.1g硫黄菊素溶解于上述四氯化碳/苯酚混合溶液中,再加入0.06g表面活性剂十二烷基苯磺酸钠,超声下得到透明溶液;
(3)将10g涤纶织物投入到上述染液中,振荡加热至50ºC,保温染色10min;
(4)将染色后织物置于四氯化碳中洗涤,80ºC下烘干。
实施例4
硫黄菊素对涤纶织物的染色方法详细步骤如下:
(1)将200g苯酚溶于200g四氯化碳中;
(2)将1g硫黄菊素溶解于上述四氯化碳/苯酚混合溶液中,再加入0.01g表面活性剂十二烷基苯磺酸钠,超声下得到透明溶液;
(3)将10g涤纶织物投入到上述染液中,振荡加热至40ºC,保温染色15min;
(4)将染色后织物置于四氯化碳中洗涤,80ºC下烘干。
本文虽然已经给出了本发明的一些实施例,但是本领域的技术人员应当理解,在不脱离本发明精神的情况下,可以对本文的实施例进行改变。上述实施例只是示例性的,不应以本文的实施例作为本发明权利范围的限定。

Claims (4)

1.一种硫黄菊素对涤纶织物的染色方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
(1)将苯酚溶于四氯化碳中;
(2)将硫黄菊素溶解于四氯化碳/苯酚混合溶液中,再加入表面活性剂十二烷基苯磺酸钠,超声下得到透明溶液;
(3)将涤纶织物投入到上述染液中,振荡加热至30~60ºC,保温染色5~30min;
(4)将染色后织物置于四氯化碳中洗涤,80ºC下烘干。
2.如权利要求1所述的硫黄菊素对涤纶织物的染色方法,所述的四氯化碳/苯酚混合溶液的四氯化碳与苯酚的质量比为1:0.1~3。
3.如权利要求1所述的硫黄菊素对涤纶织物的染色方法,所述的表面活性剂十二烷基苯磺酸钠与四氯化碳/苯酚混合溶液的质量比为1:2000~8000。
4.如权利要求1所述的硫黄菊素对涤纶织物的染色方法,所述的硫黄菊素与四氯化碳/苯酚混合溶液的质量比为1:200~4000。
