Abstract

本发明提供了一种乙酰紫草素对涤纶织物的染色方法,该方法包括如下步骤:将乙酰紫草素溶解于四氯化碳/苯酚混合溶液中,再加入表面活性剂十二烷基苯磺酸钠,超声下得到透明溶液;将涤纶织物投入到上述染液中,振荡加热至30~60ºC染色。本染色技术不需要对乙酰紫草素进行改性,不采用高温染色,染色后织物色牢度高。

乙酰紫草素对涤纶织物的染色方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种纺织品染色技术领域,具体涉及一种乙酰紫草素对涤纶织物的染色方法。
背景技术
乙酰紫草素又称乙酰紫草醌,主要存在于紫草根部,为萘醌类色素,紫红色针状结晶。乙酰紫草素的疏水性侧键比较长,因此水溶性较差,一般可采用先媒染的方法对纤维素纤维织物进行染色。乙酰紫草素与环境相容性好,对人体健康无害。但是乙酰紫草素很难直接上染涤纶等合成纤维。
发明内容
为了使乙酰紫草素有效染色涤纶织物,本发明采取如下技术方案。
一种乙酰紫草素对涤纶织物的染色方法,包括如下步骤:(1)将苯酚溶于四氯化碳中;(2)将乙酰紫草素溶解于四氯化碳/苯酚混合溶液中,再加入表面活性剂十二烷基苯磺酸钠,超声下得到透明溶液;(3)将涤纶织物投入到上述染液中,振荡加热至30~60ºC,保温染色5~30min;(4)将染色后织物置于四氯化碳中洗涤,80ºC下烘干。
进一步的,所述的四氯化碳/苯酚混合溶液的四氯化碳与苯酚的质量比为1:0.1~3。
进一步的,所述的表面活性剂十二烷基苯磺酸钠与四氯化碳/苯酚混合溶液的质量比为1:2000~8000。
进一步的,所述的乙酰紫草素与四氯化碳/苯酚混合溶液的质量比为1:200~4000。
本发明的有益效果在于,不需要对乙酰紫草素进行改性,不采用高温染色,染色后织物色牢度高。
具体实施方式
下文将结合具体实施例详细描述本发明。应当注意的是,下述实施例中描述的技术特征或者技术特征的组合不应当被认为是孤立的,它们可以被相互组合从而达到更好的技术效果。
实施例1
乙酰紫草素对涤纶织物的染色方法详细步骤如下:
(1)将20g苯酚溶于180g四氯化碳中;
(2)将1g乙酰紫草素溶解于上述四氯化碳/苯酚混合溶液中,再加入0.04g表面活性剂十二烷基苯磺酸钠,超声下得到透明溶液;
(3)将10g涤纶织物投入到上述染液中,振荡加热至60ºC,保温染色30min;
(4)将染色后织物置于四氯化碳中洗涤,80ºC下烘干。
实施例2
乙酰紫草素对涤纶织物的染色方法详细步骤如下:
(1)将300g苯酚溶于100g四氯化碳中;
(2)将0.1g乙酰紫草素溶解于上述四氯化碳/苯酚混合溶液中,再加入0.08g表面活性剂十二烷基苯磺酸钠,超声下得到透明溶液;
(3)将10g涤纶织物投入到上述染液中,振荡加热至30ºC,保温染色30min;
(4)将染色后织物置于四氯化碳中洗涤,80ºC下烘干。
实施例3
乙酰紫草素对涤纶织物的染色方法详细步骤如下:
(1)将50g苯酚溶于250g四氯化碳中;
(2)将0.7g乙酰紫草素溶解于上述四氯化碳/苯酚混合溶液中,再加入0.06g表面活性剂十二烷基苯磺酸钠,超声下得到透明溶液;
(3)将10g涤纶织物投入到上述染液中,振荡加热至50ºC,保温染色10min;
(4)将染色后织物置于四氯化碳中洗涤,80ºC下烘干。
实施例4
乙酰紫草素对涤纶织物的染色方法详细步骤如下:
(1)将200g苯酚溶于200g四氯化碳中;
(2)将1g乙酰紫草素溶解于上述四氯化碳/苯酚混合溶液中,再加入0.01g表面活性剂十二烷基苯磺酸钠,超声下得到透明溶液;
(3)将10g涤纶织物投入到上述染液中,振荡加热至40ºC,保温染色15min;
(4)将染色后织物置于四氯化碳中洗涤,80ºC下烘干。
本文虽然已经给出了本发明的一些实施例,但是本领域的技术人员应当理解,在不脱离本发明精神的情况下,可以对本文的实施例进行改变。上述实施例只是示例性的,不应以本文的实施例作为本发明权利范围的限定。

Claims (4)

1.一种乙酰紫草素对涤纶织物的染色方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
(1)将苯酚溶于四氯化碳中;
(2)将乙酰紫草素溶解于四氯化碳/苯酚混合溶液中,再加入表面活性剂十二烷基苯磺酸钠,超声下得到透明溶液;
(3)将涤纶织物投入到上述染液中,振荡加热至30~60ºC,保温染色5~30min;
(4)将染色后织物置于四氯化碳中洗涤,80ºC下烘干。
2.如权利要求1所述的乙酰紫草素对涤纶织物的染色方法,所述的四氯化碳/苯酚混合溶液的四氯化碳与苯酚的质量比为1:0.1~3。
3.如权利要求1所述的乙酰紫草素对涤纶织物的染色方法,所述的表面活性剂十二烷基苯磺酸钠与四氯化碳/苯酚混合溶液的质量比为1:2000~8000。
4.如权利要求1所述的乙酰紫草素对涤纶织物的染色方法,所述的乙酰紫草素与四氯化碳/苯酚混合溶液的质量比为1:200~4000。
