本发明涉及一种空调清洁剂及其制备方法。一种空调清洁剂的制备方法,该方法包括以下的步骤:先将水加入配料罐中,开启搅拌,把烷基二甲基苄基氯化铵,乙醇和/或异丙醇,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、SOE‑N‑60和SIMULSOL OX 1309L中的一种或多种混合,EDTA‑4Na,硼酸酯防锈剂HOSTACOR 692,香精加入配料罐,搅拌均匀后用三乙醇胺调节pH值,沉降24小时过滤。本发明配方对空调系统具有良好的清洁杀菌能力,能有效清除空调内机热交换系统表面的各种污迹及细菌,不损伤空调。

一种空调清洁剂及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种空调清洁剂及其制备方法。
背景技术
空调已经成为家庭、企事业单位必不可少的生产及生活设施。空调在工作的过程中,将空气中的灰尘、细菌等集聚在滤网和热交换器表面,长时间不清洗,容易使人产生空调病,降低空调的制热/制冷效率,浪费电能。现在人们已经空调的清洗的重要性,空调清洁剂正在稳步发展。
发明内容
为了解决上述的技术问题,本发明的第一个目的是提供一种空调清洁剂,本发明的第二个目的是提供上述的空调清洁剂的制备方法。该空调清洁剂对空调系统具有良好的清洁杀菌能力,能有效清除空调内机热交换系统表面的各种污迹及细菌,不损伤空调。
为了实现上述的第一个目的,本发明采用了以下的技术方案:

上述的空调清洁剂的制备方法,该方法包括以下的步骤:先将水加入配料罐中,开启搅拌,把烷基二甲基苄基氯化铵,乙醇和/或异丙醇,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、SOE-N-60和SIMULSOL OX 1309L中的一种或多种混合L,EDTA-4Na,硼酸酯防锈剂HOSTACOR 692,香精加入配料罐,搅拌均匀后用三乙醇胺调节pH值,沉降24小时过滤。
本发明由于采用上述的技术方案,在换季使用空凋前后清洗,在空调使用季节定期清洗,能有效清除细菌,抑制细菌滋生,预防空调病。本发明配方对空调系统具有良好的清洁杀菌能力,能有效清除空调内机热交换系统表面的各种污迹及细菌,不损伤空调。
具体实施方式
实施例1
一种空调清洁剂,该空调清洁剂按重量百分比计由以下组分构成:
原料 配方,% 单个组分作用
烷基二甲基苄基氯化铵 0.4 清洁、杀菌
乙醇 12.0 清洁、杀菌
脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚 3.5 清洁、渗透
HOSTACOR 692(硼酸酯防锈剂) 1.5 防锈
香精 1.0 调节气味
三乙醇胺 2.5 调节酸碱度
EDTA-4Na 3.5 金属离子螯合剂
余量 溶剂
上述的空调清洁剂的制备方法,该方法包括以下的步骤:先将水加入配料罐中,开启搅拌,把烷基二甲基苄基氯化铵,乙醇,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚,EDTA-4Na,硼酸酯防锈剂HOSTACOR 692,香精加入配料罐,搅拌均匀后用三乙醇胺调节pH值,沉降24小时过滤。
上述的脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚可以用改型油脂乙氧基化物SOE-N-60或异构十三醇聚氧乙烯醚SIMULSOL OX 1309L这2个原料的任意一个替代。
实施例2
一种空调清洁剂,该空调清洁剂按重量百分比计由以下组分构成:
原料 配方,% 单个组分作用
烷基二甲基苄基氯化铵 0.5 清洁、杀菌
异丙醇 10.0 清洁、杀菌
SOE-N-60 4.5 清洁、渗透
HOSTACOR 692(硼酸酯防锈剂) 1.0 防锈
香精 2.0 调节气味
三乙醇胺 2.0 调节酸碱度
EDTA-4Na 1.5 金属离子螯合剂
余量 溶剂
上述的空调清洁剂的制备方法,该方法包括以下的步骤:先将水加入配料罐中,开启搅拌,把烷基二甲基苄基氯化铵,异丙醇,SOE-N-60,EDTA-4Na,硼酸酯防锈剂HOSTACOR692,香精加入配料罐,搅拌均匀后用三乙醇胺调节pH值,沉降24小时过滤。
实施例3
一种空调清洁剂,该空调清洁剂按重量百分比计由以下组分构成:
原料 配方,% 单个组分作用
烷基二甲基苄基氯化铵 0.3 清洁、杀菌
乙醇 5.0 清洁、杀菌
异丙醇 4.0 清洁、杀菌
脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚 2.5 清洁、渗透
SIMULSOL OX 1309L 2.5 清洁、渗透
HOSTACOR 692(硼酸酯防锈剂) 1.5 防锈
香精 1.0 调节气味
三乙醇胺 2.5 调节酸碱度
EDTA-4Na 3.5 金属离子螯合剂
余量 溶剂
