技术领域
本发明属于皮具的表面处理材料技术领域,具体涉及一种皮具清洁护理剂。
背景技术
随着生活水平的提高,越来越多的人在选择皮鞋、皮包时更倾向于选择真皮制品,真皮即动物皮毛,属于天然产物,来源有限,价格昂贵。但是由于牛皮、羊皮,猪皮的主要成分是蛋白质,所以都容易受潮、起霉、生虫,通常我们需要定期送到专业皮革保养店中进行彻底清洗、消毒,在那里运用专业设备和工艺清洗,保养成本高,不方便。
发明内容
为了解决上述问题,本发明提供一种皮具清洁护理剂。本发明的皮具清洁护理剂具有去污、清洁、上光、杀菌作用,使用后皮具柔软干净、滋润不油腻、皮具寿命得到延长、机械强度得到提高。

OP蜡10-20份、两性咪唑啉2-4份、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠2-4份、松节油10-20份、水溶性杏仁油5-10份、硅油5-10份、山嵛醇1-2份、丁香油1-2份、2,4-二叔丁基-4-甲基苯酚0.05-0.1份、棕榈酸异丙酯0.1-0.5份、水40-60份。
优选地,一种皮具清洁护理剂,包括以下重量份数的原料:
OP蜡15份、两性咪唑啉3份、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠3份、松节油16份、水溶性杏仁油7份、硅油8份、山嵛醇1份、丁香油2份、2,4-二叔丁基-4-甲基苯酚0.1份、棕榈酸异丙酯0.3份、水50份。
一种皮具清洁护理剂,其制备方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤1:称取10-20份OP蜡、10-20份松节油、5-10份硅油、1-2份山嵛醇、0.05-0.1份2,4-二叔丁基-4-甲基苯酚、0.1-0.5份棕榈酸异丙酯放入油相锅中,加热至75-85℃,搅拌8-10min,得油相;
步骤2:称取2-4份两性咪唑啉、2-4份脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠、5-10份水溶性杏仁油和40-60份水加入水相锅中,加热至75-85℃,搅拌8-10min,得水相;
步骤3:将上述水相和油相加入乳化锅中,乳化10-15min,然后将温度冷却至35-40℃,加入1-2份丁香油,继续搅拌3-5min,静置,即得皮具清洁护理剂。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果为:
1、本发明的皮具清洁护理剂具有去污、清洁、上光、杀菌作用,使用后皮具干净、滋润不油腻、皮具寿命得到延长、机械强度得到提高。
2、本发明的棕榈酸异丙酯具有很好的渗透能力,能够加快清洁护理剂的成分进入皮具内部,使皮具柔软丰满,机械强度得到增强。
3、本发明的皮具清洁护理剂使用后皮具表面形成一层保护膜,具有防水、防氧化、防尘的功效,延长皮具的使用寿命。
4、本发明制备方法简单,操作方便,成本低廉。

实施例1
一种皮具清洁护理剂,包括以下重量份数的原料:
OP蜡10份、两性咪唑啉2份、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠2份、松节油10份、水溶性杏仁油5份、硅油5份、山嵛醇1份、丁香油1份、2,4-二叔丁基-4-甲基苯酚0.05份、棕榈酸异丙酯0.1份、水40份。
其制备方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤1:称取上述重量份数的OP蜡、松节油、硅油、山嵛醇、2,4-二叔丁基-4-甲基苯酚、棕榈酸异丙酯放入油相锅中,加热至75-85℃,搅拌8min,得油相;

OP蜡20份、两性咪唑啉4份、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠4份、松节油20份、水溶性杏仁油10份、硅油10份、山嵛醇2份、丁香油2份、2,4-二叔丁基-4-甲基苯酚0.1份、棕榈酸异丙酯0.5份、水60份。
其制备方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤1:称取上述重量份数的OP蜡、松节油、硅油、山嵛醇、2,4-二叔丁基-4-甲基苯酚、棕榈酸异丙酯放入油相锅中,加热至75-85℃,搅拌10min,得油相;
步骤2:称取上述重量份数的两性咪唑啉、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠、水溶性杏仁油和水加入水相锅中,加热至75-85℃,搅拌10min,得水相;

步骤1:称取上述重量份数的OP蜡、松节油、硅油、山嵛醇、2,4-二叔丁基-4-甲基苯酚、棕榈酸异丙酯放入油相锅中,加热至75-85℃,搅拌10min,得油相;
步骤2:称取上述重量份数的两性咪唑啉、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠、水溶性杏仁油和水加入水相锅中,加热至75-85℃,搅拌8min,得水相;
步骤3:将上述水相和油相加入乳化锅中,乳化10-15min,然后将温度冷却至35-40℃,加入丁香油,继续搅拌4min,静置,即得皮具清洁护理剂。
使用时,将本发明清洁护理剂喷洒或涂布在皮具上,用布直接擦拭皮具表面。该清洁护理剂使用量少,作用效果显著,使用方便。
下面通过实验说明本发明鞋油的效果:
将实施例1-6制得的清洁护理剂进行试验,每组分别对皮鞋、皮包、皮沙发进行清洁,
选择25名志愿者对使用清洁护理剂后的皮具进行评价,评价的内容包括亮度、清洁度、柔软度、气味,实验结果见下表1。

OP蜡10-20份、两性咪唑啉2-4份、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠2-4份、松节油10-20份、水溶性杏仁油5-10份、硅油5-10份、山嵛醇1-2份、丁香油1-2份、2,4-二叔丁基-4-甲基苯酚0.05-0.1份、棕榈酸异丙酯0.1-0.5份、水40-60份。

步骤1:称取10-20份OP蜡、10-20份松节油、5-10份硅油、1-2份山嵛醇、0.05-0.1份2,4-二叔丁基-4-甲基苯酚、0.1-0.5份棕榈酸异丙酯放入油相锅中,加热至75-85℃,搅拌8-10min,得油相;
步骤2:称取2-4份两性咪唑啉、2-4份脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠、5-10份水溶性杏仁油和40-60份水加入水相锅中,加热至75-85℃,搅拌8-10min,得水相;
步骤3:将上述水相和油相加入乳化锅中,乳化10-15min,然后将温度冷却至35-40℃,加入1-2份丁香油,继续搅拌3-5min,静置,即得皮具清洁护理剂。
