技术领域
本发明涉及胶黏剂技术领域,尤其是一种热熔胶黏剂。
背景技术
萜烯树脂是松节油深加工的产物,具有色浅、低气味、高硬度、高附着力、抗氧化性、热稳定性好、相容性和溶解性好等优点,特别EVA系SIS系,SBS系等热溶胶中具有优良的相容性和耐候性及增粘效果,其产品广泛应用于胶粘剂、接着剂、双面胶带、溶剂型胶水、书本装订版、色装、胶布、烯烃胶布、牛皮纸卡胶布、胶带标签、木工胶、压敏胶、热溶胶、密封胶、油漆和油墨及其它聚合物改质剂等方面。
但目前,萜烯树脂存在结构单一的缺点,使得其应用效果和应用领域受到限制,例如,用萜烯树脂做增粘剂时,热熔胶在对无机物如玻璃、钢、铝、陶瓷等进行粘结时,还需要添加其他助剂做底胶。因此,对萜烯树脂进行化学改性,赋予其新的性能,使其应用于热熔胶黏剂时赋予胶黏剂更优良的性能。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种热熔胶黏剂,这种热熔胶黏剂可以解决现有萜烯树脂增粘效果差导致的热熔胶黏剂品质不理想的问题。
为了解决上述问题,本发明采用的技术方案是:本发明一种热熔胶黏剂,其特征在于由以下重量份数的原料制备而成:弹性体105份~110份,改性萜烯树脂60份~65份,抗氧剂13份~15份。
由于采用了上述技术方案,本发明与现有技术相比具有如下有益效果:本发明热熔胶黏剂由聚烯烃类热塑性弹性体,改性萜烯树脂和抗氧剂复配而成,其中,改性萜烯树脂增粘效果显著,尤其在相对高的湿度和温度等不良气候条件下可发挥更为卓越的粘性保持性能,聚烯烃类热塑性弹性体增强了热熔胶黏剂柔韧性,产品性能优良。
