技术领域
本发明涉及纸塑复合技术，尤其是一种新型纸基复合材料。
背景技术
当前，以铝塑、纸基复合包装材料为代表的内包装，已成为食品、药品等内包装材料中的主流，占食品包装产品的65%，药品包装的85%，且每年以较高速度还在递增，复合纸基包装材料目前采用PE—纸基—PE—铝箔—PE—PE等二层至5-6层多种方式复合,其整个包装表面均可印上精美的图案以增强货架效果,复合纸基对光线与氧气的阻隔性能较强，能使包装内的食品长期保鲜，一般在常温下保质期长达一年甚至更久。
纸基复合材料与其他复合材料相比具有耗材少，宜回收，方便运输等诸多优点，已成为包装市场中的一大亮点。当前，在诸多复合材料中能与自动枕式包装机相匹配的纸基复合材料，市场上还没有。
发明内容
本发明，运用材料复合技术与创新结构巧妙结合，提供一种全新的新型纸基复合材料的结构复合体，解决自动枕式包装机无纸基复合材料匹配的瓶颈，从根本上解决纸基复合材料与设备受限问题。
本发明，所述的材料，为纸基1和塑膜2复合制成。
本发明，所述的材料，纸基1为热传递较好的规格在10g/㎡-80g/㎡之间的手工纸，塑膜2为PP或PET或PE膜。
本发明，所述的材料，可与自动枕式包装机匹配。
本发明具有如下优点：
1、应用热传递较好的手工纸与塑膜复合，不仅解决了自动枕式包装机无匹配适合的复合包装材料，其具有的古朴和保鲜保质性能体现的更充分，更具有创新性

3、新颖古朴，结构紧凑，安全可靠，是食品、药品以及其它包装物等的理想包装材料。市场预测，国内外有9千万的潜在客户，年产值需求3.6亿元，投资利率好效益高， 能促进地方发展和税收等社会效益。

1.一种新型纸基复合材料，其特征在于所述的材料，为纸基（1）、和塑膜（2）复合制成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型纸基复合材料，其特征在于所述的材料，纸基（1）为热传递较好的规格在10g/㎡-80g/㎡之间的手工纸，塑膜（2）为PP或PET或PE膜。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型纸基复合材料，其特征在于所述的材料，可与自动枕式包装机匹配。
