本发明公开了一种变频纸张切割机,包括支撑架、切纸机构、电机、变频器、切刀和底座;所述切纸机构位于所述支撑架上面,所述支撑架位于所述底座上面,所述切纸机构左端设有所述电机,所述切纸机构右端设有切刀,所述切刀和所述电机通过旋转轴相连,所述切刀下方设有托纸板,所述变频器固定于支撑架的左侧,所述底座的下方设有多个定位机构,所述定位机构包括凸设于底座侧面的定位块,所述定位块上开设有螺纹孔,所述螺纹孔中设有与之相匹配的定位螺栓。本发明提供的变频纸张切割机结构简单,体积小,切割稳定,实用性强。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及机械技术领域,特别是指一种变频纸张切割机。
背景技术
现有的纸制品加工厂在对纸张加工的时候因为尺寸的要求会对纸张进行裁剪,这时候就需要纸张切割机,现有的纸张加工设备大多是有一个固定的切刀对纸张进行裁剪,这样在对纸张进行局部切割的时候就需要手动切割,会降低生产效率,而且当切刀某一部分损坏的时候需要对整个切刀进行更换,这样就会增加生产成本。因此,有必要对现有的纸张加工设备进行改进,使其可以根据加工的需求调整切刀的使用数量,并且能够快速的对切刀进行更换,降低生产成本,提高生产效率。
纸张切割机是造纸工业中切裁成平板纸的设备。分为甩刀切纸机(又分单刀和双刀两种)和平刀切纸机两类。甩刀切纸机包括由上刀、下刀组成的纵切机构,回转长刀与固定底刀组成的横切机构。可同时分切6-10个纸卷。平刀切纸机是平台上有可升降的闸刀,将平张纸再切规定的尺寸,用于将大张纸切成小尺寸纸用。
平张切纸机使用范围广泛,可以用于对纸张、皮革、塑料、纸板等材料的裁切。切纸机主要由主机(亦称龙门)、工作台、推纸机构、压纸机构、裁切机构等组成。推纸机构用于推送纸张定位并作后规矩,压纸机构则将定好位的纸张压紧,保证在裁切过程中不破坏原定位精度,裁切机构用来裁切纸张,侧挡板作侧挡规,工作台起支撑作用。
目前的切纸机都是采用平行的直刃刀具切纸,其问题在于它体积大,结构复杂,成本较高,造价高,功耗大。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决上述背景技术中所提到的问题,提供了一种结构简单,体积小,切割稳定,实用性强的变频切割机。
为了实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案如下:
一种变频纸张切割机,包括支撑架、切纸机构、电机、变频器、切刀和底座;所述切纸机构位于所述支撑架上面,所述支撑架位于所述底座上面,所述切纸机构左端设有所述电机,所述切纸机构右端设有切刀,所述切刀和所述电机通过旋转轴相连,所述切刀下方设有托纸板,所述变频器固定于支撑架的左侧。
进一步地,所述电机为变频专用电机。
进一步地,所述支撑架为矩形结构,所述底座下方的四个角上均设有万向轮。
进一步地,所述底座的下方设有多个定位机构,所述定位机构包括凸设于底座侧面的定位块,所述定位块上开设有螺纹孔,所述螺纹孔中设有与之相匹配的定位螺栓。
进一步地,所述定位机构设有两个,两个定位机构设于底座的同一侧。
进一步地,所述切刀为圆形结构,所述切刀的厚度为5mm。
进一步地,所述托纸板上设有切割槽。
与现有技术相比,本发明提供的变频纸张切割机结构简单,体积小,切割稳定,实用性强。

具体实施例:
结合图1所示的一种变频纸张切割机,包括支撑架1、切纸机构9、电机8、变频器7、切刀4和底座10;切纸机构9位于支撑架1上面,支撑架1位于底座10上面,切纸机构9左端设有电机8,切纸机构9右端设有切刀4,切刀4和电机7通过旋转轴3相连,切刀4下方设有托纸板5,变频器7固定于支撑架1的左侧。
本实施例中,电机8为变频专用电机。
本实施例中,支撑架1为矩形结构,底座10下方的四个角上均设有万向轮2。
本实施例中,底座10的下方设有多个定位机构6,定位机构6包括凸设于底座10侧面的定位块61,定位块61上开设有螺纹孔62,螺纹孔62中设有与之相匹配的定位螺栓63。
本实施例中,定位机构6设有两个,两个定位机构6设于底座10的同一侧。
本实施例中,切刀4为圆形结构,切刀4的厚度为5mm。
本实施例中,托纸板5上设有切割槽。
本实施例中的变频纸张切割机,变频器7设于支撑架1左侧,方便技术人员的调节和控制,从而使得该机器的实用性更强,通过将传统切纸机的普通驱动电机替换成变频专用电机,并且加设与之对应的变频器7,即可实现根据切纸机构9的工作状态来调整电机8的输出参数,由此可以保证切纸机的工作更加稳定,同时切割效果会更好,将待切纸张放到托纸板5上,启动切割机,电机8就会控制切刀4进行旋转,然后对纸张进行切割,因此该变频纸张切割机结构简单,体积小,切割稳定,实用性强。

1.一种变频纸张切割机,其特征在于:包括支撑架、切纸机构、电机、变频器、切刀和底座;所述切纸机构位于所述支撑架上面,所述支撑架位于所述底座上面,所述切纸机构左端设有所述电机,所述切纸机构右端设有切刀,所述切刀和所述电机通过旋转轴相连,所述切刀下方设有托纸板,所述变频器固定于支撑架的左侧。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种变频纸张切割机,其特征在于:所述电机为变频专用电机。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种变频纸张切割机,其特征在于:所述支撑架为矩形结构,所述底座下方的四个角上均设有万向轮。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种变频纸张切割机,其特征在于:所述底座的下方设有多个定位机构,所述定位机构包括凸设于底座侧面的定位块,所述定位块上开设有螺纹孔,所述螺纹孔中设有与之相匹配的定位螺栓。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种变频纸张切割机,其特征在于:所述定位机构设有两个,两个定位机构设于底座的同一侧。
