圆管与平板点焊定位工装,螺栓(1)、圆筒(2)、定位板(3)组成,在平板上点焊一圆柱形物体,并保证圆柱形物体与平板表面垂直,将本工装套在圆柱形物体上,并通过螺栓对圆柱形物体紧固,这样能保证本工装定位板地面与圆管端面水平,之后进行点焊,由此实现平板与圆管焊接前其平板平面与圆管端面水平,本发明设计简单,加工、操作方便,可以利用此装置保证其平板平面与圆管端面水平,操作简单,可实施性强。

本发明涉及一种圆管与平板点焊定位工装,具体来讲,是一种用于圆管与平板焊接时定位的工装。
背景技术
圆管与平板进行点焊定位时,平板无法与圆管端面保证水平,不容易定位。
发明内容
鉴于上述现有技术存在的不足,本发明提供一种方便实用,可实现平板与圆管焊接前能保证其平板平面与圆管端面水平的点焊定位装置。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:主要由螺栓(1)、圆筒(2)、定位板(3)组成;圆筒与定位板焊接连接,并保证三块定位板底部保证平面水平,螺栓为四边形螺帽,方便装卸。
本发明设计简单,加工、操作方便,可以利用此装置保证其平板平面与圆管端面水平,操作简单,可实施性强。

下面就附图对本发明的圆管与平板点焊定位工装作以下详细的说明。
如附图所示,圆管与平板点焊定位工装,螺栓(1)、圆筒(2)、定位板(3)组成,在平板上点焊一圆柱形物体,并保证圆柱形物体与平板表面垂直,将本工装套在圆柱形物体上,并通过螺栓对圆柱形物体紧固,这样能保证本工装定位板地面与圆管端面水平,之后进行点焊,由此实现平板与圆管焊接前其平板平面与圆管端面水平。
本发明设计简单,加工、操作方便,可以利用此装置保证其平板平面与圆管端面水平,操作简单,可实施性强。
