Description

Efficient weeding composition containing diethyl aminoethyl hexanoate active ingredient
Technical Field
The invention relates to a chemical weeding composition widely used in agriculture and forestry and the like, in particular to an internal absorption type chemical weeding composition containing diethyl aminoethyl hexanoate or salt thereof and application thereof.
Background
Herbicides, also known as herbicides, are agents which cause complete or selective death of weeds, and are used to destroy or control undesirable vegetation in agricultural and related applications. Herbicides can be classified into contact herbicides, systemic herbicides, and systemic conductive and contact comprehensive herbicides according to the movement in plants. The contact herbicide only kills the part contacted with the herbicide to play a role in local killing, the plant body cannot conduct and only kills the overground part of the weed, and the effect is poor on the underground part of the weed or perennial deep-rooted weed with underground stems. After being sprayed, the systemic herbicide can be absorbed by roots, stems, leaves or sheaths of weeds and the like to enter weed bodies, and is transported and transported to the whole plants in the weed bodies to destroy the internal structure and physiological balance of the weeds, so that the weeds are withered. Most weeds are suitable for growing environment, waxy components on the leaf surface are complex, main components of the weeds are long-chain fatty acid, alcohol, aldehyde, ester and the like, and the weeds have a certain resistance effect on the invasion of external harmful substances, so the effect is better when the systemic herbicide is used.
Diethyl Aminoethyl Hexanoate (DA-6), a chemical name of diethylaminoethanol caproate, is a high-energy plant growth regulator with broad-spectrum and breakthrough effects discovered by American scientists in the 90 s. The crude oil is colorless or light yellow transparent liquid, has boiling point of 87-88 ℃/113Pa, is slightly soluble in water, is dissolved in organic solvents such as alcohols, benzene and the like, and is stable in neutral and weakly acidic media. The mother powder is white or light yellow flaky crystal and is easily dissolved in solvents such as water, alcohol and the like. The diethyl aminoethyl hexanoate can improve the activities of plant peroxidase and nitrate reductase, increase the content of chlorophyll, accelerate the photosynthesis speed and promote the division of plant cells. The diethyl aminoethyl hexanoate is a fatty acid compound, is equivalent to grease, has no toxicity to human and livestock, and does not remain in nature.
Diethyl aminoethyl hexanoate is very widely used. In the existing related reports, the plant growth regulator is mainly applied to the aspects of plant growth regulators, fertilizers, promotion of crop yield increase and income increase, coloring and fresh keeping and the like. 201210327684.7, discloses a plant growth regulator composition having effects of promoting crop growth, enhancing photosynthesis, increasing yield, and promoting early ripening; 201310457741.8 relates to a water soluble fertilizer.
Similarly, the diethyl aminoethyl hexanoate is compounded with a bactericide to prepare a pesticide, such as 201410372642.4, which discloses a medicament for preventing and treating the white powdery mildew of the garden balsam, and the medicament comprises the dimetachene, 60 percent chlorothalonil, sulfate, polyoxyethylene alkyl ether, casein, diethyl aminoethyl hexanoate, ethanol, astragalus polysaccharide, tripterygium wilfordii powder, citric acid, quisqualis powder and water. The medicament can better prevent and treat powdery mildew; 201310500382.X, relates to a compound preparation for nursing dead skin and incised area ulcer of rubber trees, and can effectively treat the dead skin and incised area ulcer of the rubber trees. However, the compounding use of the diethyl aminoethyl hexanoate and the systemic herbicide has no relevant report, and only one report about the application of the diethyl aminoethyl hexanoate as an antidote of the herbicide exists. Patent 201210462099.8 discloses a pesticide composition for alleviating phytotoxicity of herbicides, which uses plant growth regulator compound nitrophenolate or diethyl aminoethyl hexanoate and active polysaccharide chitosan oligosaccharide or glucan as main components, comprehensively utilizes the synergistic effect of the plant growth regulator and the active polysaccharide, resists the stress of hazard sources and alleviates phytotoxicity of herbicides.

And a protection row is arranged between the two treatments, and a knapsack sprayer is adopted for applying the herbicide in the 3-4 leaf period of the weeds, and 30-40 kg of water is added per mu. The weed control effect of the herbicide on weeds was investigated 5 days, 15 days and 30 days after the herbicide application. Before each drug effect investigation, after visual inspection of the control effect and uniformity of the area, 3 points are investigated randomly in each cell, and each point is sampled for 0.25m2The number of weeds per spot was investigated.

the field efficacy test result shows that: the single use of quizalofop-p-ethyl has poor comprehensive weed control effect. The composition of the invention obviously improves the biological activity of the herbicide, improves the quick-acting property and the broad-spectrum property, uses a small amount of the composition of the invention, and has better comprehensive prevention effect than the single use of high-dose quizalofop-p-ethyl.
Example 13
A weeding composition containing diethyl aminoethyl hexanoate comprises the following components in parts by weight: 0.01 part of simazine and 5 parts of diethyl aminoethyl hexanoate oxalate.
The composition of the invention has the following field efficacy test evaluation results:
the field efficacy test result shows that: the effect of the simazine preparation tends to be stable after being singly used for 30 days, and the effect is relatively poor. The composition of the invention obviously improves the quick-acting property and the broad-spectrum property of the herbicide, and has obvious weeding effect after 5 days of application. And the herbicide shows good weeding effect 30 days after application. The composition of the invention can well improve the biological activity of the herbicide, expand the weed control range and reduce the dosage of the herbicide.
Example 14
A weeding composition containing diethyl aminoethyl hexanoate comprises the following components in parts by weight: 50 parts of glufosinate-ammonium and 1.5 parts of diethyl aminoethyl hexanoate.
The composition of the invention has the following field efficacy test evaluation results:
the field efficacy test result shows that: the glufosinate-ammonium has the characteristics of quick response and good desinsection property, and can start to take effect 3 days after application and show excellent weeding effect 7 days after application by singly using the glufosinate-ammonium, weeds are basically died 14 days after application, and the problem of green turning begins to appear 14 days after application. The efficacy of the composition of the invention was significantly higher at 7 and 14 days after application than the control treatment, and weeds still remained high at 21 days after application. The composition disclosed by the invention can be used for well improving the biological activity of the herbicide, improving the quick-acting property and the biocidal property of the glufosinate-ammonium and prolonging the lasting period of the glufosinate-ammonium.
