本发明公开了一种葡萄无核剂的制备方法,采用一定重量份的赤霉素,B9,氯吡脲,2,4‑二氯苯氧乙酸为原料,加入10%乙醇配置成药剂,对花穗和果穗进行使用后,可以使葡萄无核率达到100%,无核化后果粒更大,并且还延长了果实挂树鲜贮时期和提高了座果率;同时该无核剂配置简单,容易被花穗和果穗吸收。

一种葡萄无核剂的制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种植物生长调节剂,特别涉及一种葡萄无核剂的制备方法。
背景技术
葡萄无核化技术于上世纪50年代首创于日本,人们用赤霉素处理葡萄花穗和幼果,获得基本无核的果实并提早成熟。此后国内外相继有人继续进行试验、研究,国内也先后有一些无核剂在生产上应用,如:吉林省农科院果树所的葡萄无核剂1、2号;中国农业大学的“优果剂”;河南信阳某研究所的“消籽灵”;陕西杨凌大成农业科技有限公司的“猛娃I”;辽宁辽阳杨秀文的葡萄无核剂等。这些技术虽然在基本上能使某些品种无核化(无核率达到90%以上),并提早成熟,但都未能解决以下几个问题:
一、不能使不同品种的无核率都达到100%;
二、无核化果粒变小,不能使无核果比有核果更大;
三、能提早成熟,但不能长期挂树鲜贮,延长鲜果供应期。
中国专利“葡萄无核剂”(公开号:CN102017972A,公开日:2011.04.20)公开了一种葡萄无核剂,由赤霉酸、6-苄氨基嘌呤、a-萘乙酸、调吡脲、24-表芸苔素内脂、吐温20混合后加入90%-95%的水或酒精全部溶解后,配制成药剂;所述药剂分别在开花前10-20天、开花后5天内和开花后10-20天浸沾花穗和果穗,再配合相应的栽培管理技术,就可以获得优质的无核葡萄。该葡萄无核剂可使无核率达到100%,无核化后果粒更大,含糖量更高,并且还延长了果实挂树鲜贮时期和提高了坐果率。但是该方法提到使用水了进行溶解,而由赤霉酸、6-苄氨基嘌呤、a-萘乙酸、调吡脲、24-表芸苔素内脂、吐温20在水中溶解度较小,较难配置到容易施用的无核剂;而用酒精进行配置,能溶解上述生长调节剂,但是乙醇浓度太高,不利于花穗和果穗吸。
发明内容
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供了一种葡萄无核剂的制备方法。
本发明是通过以下技术方案予以实现的:
一种葡萄无核剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤
按比例称取重量份的赤霉素,B9,氯吡脲,2,4-二氯苯氧乙酸,加入10%乙醇来溶解,配置成药剂;
进一步的,加入的赤霉素,B9,氯吡脲,2,4-二氯苯氧乙酸、10%乙醇的重量份为赤霉素5-10份,B9 3-7份,氯吡脲2-8份,2,4-二氯苯氧乙酸5-8份,20%乙醇400份-600份。
进一步的,所述药剂分别在开花前10-20天、开花后5天内和开花后10-20天浸沾花穗和果穗,再配合相应的栽培管理技术,就可以获得优质的无核葡萄。
本发明的依据有:
(1)、生长激素选用合理
B9是生长抑制剂,喷后可抑制新梢旺长,缓合营养生长和生殖生长的矛盾。使叶片制造的养分向果穗转移,有利于开花坐果,是防止葡萄落花落果的主要措施之一;氯吡苯脲是一种具有细胞分裂素活性的苯脲类植物生长调节剂,其生物活性却较6-苄氨基嘌呤高10-100倍。广泛用于农业,园艺和果树,促进细胞分裂,促进细胞扩大伸长,促进果实肥大,提高产量,保鲜等赤霉素最突出的生理效应是促进茎的伸长和诱导长日植物在短日条件下抽薹开花。各种植物对赤霉素的敏感程度不同,对某些植物,特别是无籽葡萄品种,在开花时用赤霉素处理,可促进无籽果实的发育。2,4-二氯苯氧乙酸,延缓果实成熟,延迟衰老,可促进无籽果实的发育,具有保花保果的功用。
(2)、药机配置合理
配置成的药剂,赤霉素,B9,氯吡脲,2,4-二氯苯氧乙酸含量依次为1.20%-2.41%、0.72-1.69%,0.48%-1.93%、1.20-1.93%,浓度都较低,不存在过量使用的情况。同时赤霉素,B9,氯吡脲,2,4-二氯苯氧乙酸在10%乙醇中具有较好的溶解度,能形成花穗和果穗较易吸收的药剂。
本发明的技术效果在于:本发明提供的葡萄无核剂,采用赤霉素,B9,氯吡脲,2,4-二氯苯氧乙酸为原料,加入10%乙醇配置成合适浓度的药剂,对花穗和果穗进行使用后,可以使葡萄无核率达到100%,无核化后果粒更大,并且还延长了果实挂树鲜贮时期和提高了坐果率;同时该无核剂配置简单,容易被花穗和果穗吸收。
具体实施方式
以下结合实施例对本发明的技术方案作进一步描述,但要求保护的范围并不局限于所述。
实施例1
按比例称取赤霉素5g,B9 3g,氯吡脲2g,2,4-二氯苯氧乙酸5g,加入10%乙醇400g来溶解,配置成药剂。将药剂分别在开花前10-20天、开花后5天内和开花后10-20天浸沾花穗和果穗,再配合相应的栽培管理技术,就可以获得优质的无核葡萄。
实施例2
按比例称取赤霉素10g,B9 7g,氯吡脲8g,2,4-二氯苯氧乙酸8g,加入10%乙醇600g来溶解,配置成药剂。将药剂分别在开花前10-20天、开花后5天内和开花后10-20天浸沾花穗和果穗,再配合相应的栽培管理技术,就可以获得优质的无核葡萄。
实施例3
按比例称取赤霉素8g,B9 5g,氯吡脲6g,2,4-二氯苯氧乙酸6g,加入10%乙醇500g来溶解,配置成药剂。将药剂分别在开花前10-20天、开花后5天内和开花后10-20天浸沾花穗和果穗,再配合相应的栽培管理技术,就可以获得优质的无核葡萄。
对实施1至实施例3结果进行统计,发现葡萄无核率100%,果粒大小均匀,比有核果大,座果率92%-95%,鲜果7月份成熟的,挂树销售可至11月。

1.一种葡萄无核剂的制备方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:按比例称取重量份的赤霉素,B9,氯吡脲,2,4-二氯苯氧乙酸,加入10%乙醇来溶解,配置成药剂。
2.根据权利1所述一种葡萄无核剂的制备方法,其特征在于:所述的赤霉素,B9,氯吡脲,2,4-二氯苯氧乙酸,10%乙醇的重量费为:赤霉素5-10份,B9 3-7份,氯吡脲2-8份,2,4-二氯苯氧乙酸5-8份,10%乙醇400份-600份。
3.根据权利1所述一种葡萄无核剂的制备方法,其特征在于:所述无核剂分别在开花前10-20天、开花后5天内和开花后10-20天浸沾花穗和果穗,再配合相应的栽培管理技术,就可以获得优质的无核葡萄。
