According to the terminal switching method for audio and video communication, when the media interaction between the terminal to be called and the media server is normal, the cloud server informs the terminal used before the media server is hung up according to the preset information, so that the video call is not interrupted in the terminal switching process, and the smooth switching between the terminals is realized.
In all the embodiments, when the user wants to manually select the terminal for terminal switching, the operation of selecting the terminal to be called can be completed manually. The manual selection can be realized by sending a voice instruction or a manual instruction to the cloud server through the terminal, and informing the media server by the cloud server to control and realize terminal switching. When the terminal to be called is selected manually and successfully, the cloud server transfers the call to the terminal to be called; and when the manual selection of the terminal to be called fails, the cloud server does not perform any operation, and the currently used terminal continues to perform video call.
The invention also provides a terminal switching device for audio and video communication. As shown in fig. 6, a schematic diagram of functional modules of a first embodiment of the terminal switching device for audio/video communication according to the present invention is shown, and includes:
the judging module 100 is configured to judge whether each account needs to perform call forwarding according to parameter information uploaded by each terminal under the same account;
in this embodiment, the terminal switching device for audio/video communication is also called a cloud server.
One user has one account, and a plurality of terminals can be associated under the same account. The account number comprises an account number name and a password. And account information of the user and the association information of the account and the terminal are pre-configured by an administrator of the cloud server according to actual audio and video communication requirements and stored in the cloud server.
The terminal can be a mobile phone, a tablet computer, a conference room terminal, a vehicle-mounted terminal, or any other equipment capable of being used for audio and video communication. And the terminal is provided with a video communication client. And after the terminal operates the client, uploading parameter information to the cloud server in real time, wherein the parameter information comprises hardware information, position information, performance parameter information and the like of the terminal. And if the client is not operated on the terminal, the terminal cannot be used for audio and video communication, and parameter information cannot be uploaded to the cloud server.
And the user logs in the video communication client installed on the terminal through the account name and the password to participate in the video call. After being associated with an account, a plurality of terminals can use the account to carry out video call. After a user participates in a video call on one of the terminals associated with the account, the user can also participate in the same video call by using other terminals associated with the account.
And the cloud server receives the parameter information uploaded by the terminal in real time. The determining module 100 determines whether a second terminal, which is located within a certain range from a preset first terminal under each account, changes according to the parameter information and configuration information preset in the cloud server, and determines that the account needs to perform call forwarding when the second terminal changes. The first terminal is a terminal carried by a user, is specified by the user and is configured on the cloud server in advance, and is used for positioning the position of the user; the second terminal is all terminals, which meet that the distance from the first terminal of the account is within a certain range, of all terminals associated with the account.
A selecting module 200, configured to select a terminal to be called according to the parameter information and/or preset information when there is a call forwarding requirement for the account;
the preset information may be account information, hardware information of the terminal, scene information to which the terminal belongs, association information of the account and the terminal, first terminal information, score information of the terminal in different evaluation parameters, information of whether the terminal hangs up after being switched, and the like. The scene information of the terminal is used for marking each terminal so as to select the terminal according to the scene of the user, for example, the terminal in the conference room A can be marked as the conference room A, the vehicle-mounted terminal on the vehicle B can be marked as the vehicle B, and the mobile communication equipment carried by the mobile phone and the like can be marked as the outdoor C and the like. The evaluation parameter may be a distance difference of the terminal, a scene where the terminal is located, high definition capability, bandwidth capability, whether Forward Error Correction (FEC) is supported, whether a certain function is provided, or the like, and the evaluation parameter may be selected according to an actual situation.
When the determining module 100 determines that the account needs to perform call forwarding, the selecting module 200 processes the required data according to the parameter information and/or the preset information, so as to select the terminal to be called.
The call forwarding module 300 is configured to forward a communication data call corresponding to a current calling terminal to the terminal to be called.
When the call is transferred, the call transfer module 300 sends a notification message for calling the terminal to be called to the media server; after receiving the notification message sent by the call forwarding module 300, the media server calls the terminal to be called; the terminal to be called receives the call and performs media interaction with the media server, and uploads a message of normal interaction to the call forwarding module 300 when the media interaction is normal. The media server may be an MCU, or other server capable of starting and controlling a video call.
The terminal to be called can detect whether the display of the image and the sound is normal or not in real time through means such as I frame detection and the like. And when the terminal to be called detects that the image and sound of the terminal are normally displayed and can be continuously kept for a period of time, the terminal to be called considers that the interaction with the media server is normal.
In the first embodiment of the terminal switching device for audio and video communication provided by the invention, the terminal switching device can realize real-time monitoring of whether each account participating in video call needs call forwarding, automatically selects a terminal to be called for the account when the second terminal with the account is judged to be changed, and completes terminal switching through the media server, so that the aim that the current video call can be automatically switched to a preferred terminal in the current selectable terminals of a user along with the change of the scene when the scene of the user is changed is fulfilled, manual participation is not needed in the whole process, and the intelligent automatic switching of the terminals is realized.
Further, referring to fig. 7, a second embodiment of the terminal switching device for audio/video communication according to the present invention is provided based on the first embodiment, and based on the embodiment shown in fig. 6, the determining module 100 includes:
a first obtaining unit 101, configured to obtain location information in parameter information uploaded by each terminal under the same account;
the position information is detected and obtained by a positioning device on the terminal and is uploaded to the cloud server. The method for acquiring the position information in the parameter information may be timing acquisition or event-triggered acquisition. The timing acquisition mode may be fixed time interval acquisition, or may be timing acquisition according to one or more preset time points. In this embodiment, an acquisition manner with a fixed time interval is preferred, in which the cloud server receives parameter information uploaded by each terminal, and the first acquisition unit 101 acquires, at regular time, position information in the parameter information uploaded by each terminal under each account according to a preset time interval; the unit of the time interval may be milliseconds or seconds, and the value thereof may be determined according to the actual situation.
The calculating unit 102 is configured to calculate a distance between each terminal and a preset first terminal according to the position information uploaded by each terminal, where the first terminal is a terminal carried by a user;
an account used by a user corresponds to the first terminal. The first terminal can be one of terminals which are associated with the account number and can be used for audio and video communication, and can also be a terminal which is carried by a user and can position the position of the user, such as intelligent wearing equipment. Typically, the user carries at least one handset with him, and the first terminal may be configured as the user's handset. If the user has a plurality of mobile phones, the mobile phone can be set as a mobile phone which is specified by the user and is carried with the user.
The distance between the terminals is calculated and obtained by the cloud server through the calculating unit 102 according to the position information uploaded by each terminal at the same time.
The first obtaining unit 101 is further configured to obtain a second terminal, where a distance between each terminal corresponding to the account and the first terminal is smaller than a first preset threshold;
the first preset threshold may be a proper value obtained by statistics according to the actual scene distribution situation, or may be a proper value customized by the user. In this embodiment, the unit of the distance is meter, and the first preset threshold may be 5.
When a user carries out a video call, the currently used terminal meets the condition that the distance between the currently used terminal and the first terminal is smaller than a first preset threshold value, so that the number of terminals of the second terminal of the account is larger than or equal to 1, and the hardware information of each terminal in the second terminal changes according to the change of the position information uploaded by each terminal associated with the account at different moments.
A first determining unit 103, configured to determine whether the second terminal obtained at the present time is the same as the second terminal obtained at the previous time, where the account needs to perform call forwarding when the second terminal obtained at the present time is different from the second terminal obtained at the previous time.
The cloud server stores the second terminal information which is acquired latest under each account. After acquiring the current second terminal under the same account, the first determining unit 103 compares whether the hardware information of the currently acquired second terminal and the terminal hardware information of the second terminal stored at the next previous time of the account are completely the same as the number of terminals, and then updates the second terminal information at the previous time by using the currently acquired second terminal information. The number of the terminals of the second terminal is obtained by the cloud server through statistical calculation according to the hardware information uploaded by the terminals.
For example, a terminal a, a terminal B, a terminal C, and a terminal D are associated with an account used by the user E to form 4 terminals, and the 4 terminals upload parameter information to the cloud server in real time. Assume that the second terminal information of the user E at the previous time stored by the cloud server includes 2 terminals, namely, terminal a and terminal B. When the second terminal information of the user E newly acquired currently includes 3 terminals, namely, the terminal a, the terminal B, and the terminal C, since the number of the terminals of the second terminal changes, it can be determined that the second terminal currently acquired by the user E is different from the second terminal acquired at the previous time; or, when the second terminal information of the user E newly acquired currently includes 2 terminals, namely, the terminal B and the terminal C, although the number of the terminals of the second terminal is not changed, but the hardware information of the terminal in the second terminal information is changed, it may be determined that the second terminal acquired by the user E currently is different from the second terminal acquired at the previous time.
When the second terminal obtained at present is the same as the second terminal obtained at the previous moment, it indicates that the scene where the user is located has not changed, and at this time, the cloud server does not need any operation, and the currently used terminal continues to perform video call.
In the second embodiment of the terminal switching device for audio and video communication, the terminal switching device can effectively judge the change when the scene of the user changes according to the acquired second terminal information which can be used for selecting the terminal to be called under each account, so that the account can be switched in time.
Further, referring to fig. 8, a third embodiment of the terminal switching device for audio/video communication according to the present invention is provided based on the second embodiment, where the selecting module 200 includes:
a second obtaining unit 211, configured to obtain a positioning device, of preset positioning devices, where a distance between the positioning device and the first terminal is smaller than a second preset threshold;
the positioning device can be a sensor or an infrared device and is generally installed at the entrance of different scenes, and the positioning device can upload detection information or position information to the cloud server in real time. The second preset threshold may be a proper value obtained by statistics according to the actual scene distribution situation, or may be a proper value customized by the user. In this embodiment, the distance unit is meter, and the second preset threshold may be 2. And the distance between the positioning equipment and the first terminal is smaller than a second preset threshold value, which indicates that the user is in the scene where the positioning equipment is located.
The second obtaining unit 211 calculates a distance between each positioning device and the first terminal according to the positioning devices and the position information in the parameter information uploaded by the first terminal in real time, and compares the obtained distance with a second preset threshold, thereby obtaining a positioning device whose distance from the first terminal is smaller than the second preset threshold.
A first selecting unit 212, configured to determine the obtained scene information corresponding to the positioning device, select a third terminal corresponding to the scene information from the second terminals, and use the third terminal as the terminal to be called.
The scene information to which the positioning device belongs and the hardware information of the positioning device are preset in the cloud server by an administrator. After acquiring the positioning device whose distance from the first terminal is smaller than a second preset threshold, the first selecting unit 212 extracts scene information to which the positioning device belongs from preset information, and then selects a terminal corresponding to the scene information from the second terminal, thereby acquiring a third terminal.
And after the terminal to be called is selected, the cloud server informs the media server of carrying out callable detection on the terminal to be called. And after receiving the call detection notification, the media server inquires the current call state of the terminal to be called and returns the inquired call state result to the cloud server. When the call state result is that the terminal does not participate in any video call, the cloud server performs subsequent processing on the terminal to be called; and when the call state result indicates that the terminal is participating in a certain video call, the cloud server does not perform any operation, the currently used terminal continues to perform the video call, and the terminal switching operation is finished.
In the third embodiment of the terminal switching device for audio and video communication of the present invention, the terminal switching device can preferably select a terminal matched with the current scene of the user as the terminal to be called in the second terminal.
Further, referring to fig. 9, a fourth embodiment of the terminal switching device for audio/video communication according to the present invention is provided based on the second embodiment, where the selecting module 200 includes:
a second selecting unit 221, configured to compare scores corresponding to evaluation parameters with the highest priority among the preset evaluation parameters of each second terminal, and select a terminal with the highest score as a terminal to be called;
and for the scores of each evaluation parameter of different terminals, presetting the scores in the cloud server by an administrator according to the actual requirements of the users. When the evaluation parameter is a distance difference value of the terminal, the cloud server calculates the distance between each terminal in the second terminal and the first terminal under each account according to the position information uploaded by the terminal, and automatically scores the distances in sequence from small to large according to the distance values, and the score of the callable terminal with the smaller distance value is higher. The priority of the evaluation parameter is also preset by an administrator and stored in the cloud server, and can be set according to actual requirements of different users for selection. When the last evaluation parameter is set, the scores of different terminals under the same account are different, and the scores of different terminals under the same account in the previous evaluation parameters are the same, so that only one terminal to be called can be obtained when the last evaluation parameter is compared. The value of the evaluation parameter is a positive integer, and the value range can be set according to the actual situation. In this embodiment, the score of the evaluation parameter may be any one of 1 to 10.
A second determining unit 222, configured to determine whether the terminal to be called is greater than 1;
a processing unit 223, configured to take the selected terminal to be called as the current terminal to be called when the terminal to be called is equal to 1;
since the number of the terminals of the second terminal is greater than or equal to 1, the number of the terminals of the terminal to be called obtained after the processing by the second selecting unit 221 is also greater than or equal to 1. When the second determining unit 222 determines that the terminal to be called does not satisfy the condition greater than 1, the terminal to be called is actually equal to 1.
And after the terminal to be called is selected, the cloud server informs the media server of carrying out callable detection on the terminal to be called. And after receiving the call detection notification, the media server inquires the current call state of the terminal to be called and returns the inquired call state result to the cloud server. When the call state result is that the terminal does not participate in any video call, the cloud server performs subsequent processing on the terminal to be called; and when the call state result indicates that the terminal is participating in a certain video call, the cloud server does not perform any operation, the currently used terminal continues to perform the video call, and the terminal switching operation is finished.
The second selecting unit 221 is further configured to select a next evaluation parameter according to a preset priority to compare the score corresponding to the terminal to be called when the terminal to be called is greater than 1, and select a terminal with the highest score from the score to update the terminal to be called.
In the fourth embodiment of the terminal switching device for audio and video communication, the terminal switching device can realize scoring of various evaluation parameters of the terminal by a user, and when a user scene changes, the terminal to be called is selected according to the score of the evaluation parameters.
Further, referring to fig. 10, a fifth embodiment of the terminal switching device for audio and video communication according to the present invention is provided based on any one of the above embodiments, and the terminal switching device for audio and video communication further includes:
a hang-up request module 400, configured to send a hang-up request to a media server when receiving the normal interaction message uploaded by the terminal to be called, so that the media server hangs up a current calling terminal except the terminal to be called when receiving the hang-up request.
After the call forwarding is completed, when receiving the normal interaction message uploaded by the terminal to be called, the hang-up request module 400 sends a hang-up request to the media server according to information pre-configured in the cloud server by an administrator when the configuration is hang-up, so that the media server hangs up the current calling terminals except the terminal to be called when receiving the hang-up request; while the configuration is on hold, the hang up request module 400 does nothing.
The conference room terminal is used as a main terminal for audio and video communication, and more than one user of the conference room terminal is used, so in the embodiment, the conference room terminal is configured in advance not to be hung up after the video call is switched to other terminals, that is, after a user switches the video call from the conference room terminal to other terminals of the user, the cloud server does not inform the media server to hang up the conference room terminal, and calls and maintains the conference room terminal until the conference is finished.
In the fifth embodiment of the terminal switching device for audio and video communication provided by the invention, the terminal switching device can inform the terminal used before the media server is hung up according to the preset information when the media interaction between the terminal to be called and the media server is normal, thereby ensuring that the video call is not interrupted in the terminal switching process and realizing the smooth switching between the terminals.
In all the embodiments of the terminal switching device for audio and video communication provided by the invention, when a user wants to manually select a terminal for terminal switching, the terminal switching device in all the embodiments also supports the user to manually select the terminal to be called. The manual selection can be realized by sending a voice instruction or a manual instruction to the terminal switching device through the terminal, and informing the media server by the terminal switching device to control and realize the terminal switching. When the terminal to be called is selected manually successfully, the terminal switching device can realize call forwarding of the terminal to be called; when the manual selection of the terminal to be called fails, the terminal switching device can keep the currently used terminal to continue the video call.

Claims (8)

1. A terminal switching method for audio and video communication is characterized by comprising the following steps:
the cloud server judges whether each account needs to carry out call forwarding or not according to parameter information uploaded by each terminal under the same account;
when the account needs to be transferred, selecting a terminal to be called according to the parameter information and/or preset information;
transferring a communication data call corresponding to the current calling terminal to the terminal to be called;
the method comprises the following steps that the cloud server judges whether each account needs to be subjected to call forwarding according to parameter information uploaded by each terminal under the same account:
acquiring position information in parameter information uploaded by each terminal under the same account, and calculating the distance between each terminal and a preset first terminal according to the position information uploaded by each terminal, wherein the first terminal is a terminal carried by a user;
acquiring a second terminal, of which the distance between each terminal corresponding to the account and the first terminal is smaller than a first preset threshold value;
and judging whether the second terminal acquired currently is the same as the second terminal acquired at the last moment or not, wherein when the second terminal acquired currently is different from the second terminal acquired at the last moment, the account needs to carry out call forwarding.
2. The method for switching audio/video communication terminals according to claim 1, wherein when the account needs to perform call forwarding, selecting the terminal to be called according to the parameter information and/or the preset information comprises:
acquiring positioning devices, of which the distance from each preset positioning device to the first terminal is smaller than a second preset threshold;
determining the acquired scene information corresponding to the positioning device, and selecting a third terminal corresponding to the scene information from the second terminal;
and taking the third terminal as the terminal to be called.
3. The method for switching audio/video communication terminals according to claim 1, wherein when the account needs to perform call forwarding, selecting the terminal to be called according to the parameter information and/or the preset information comprises:
A. comparing scores corresponding to the evaluation parameter with the highest priority in the preset evaluation parameters of the second terminals, and selecting the terminal with the highest score as a terminal to be called;
B. judging whether the terminal to be called is larger than 1;
C. when the terminal to be called is equal to 1, taking the selected terminal to be called as the current terminal to be called;
D. and when the number of the terminals to be called is more than 1, selecting a next evaluation parameter according to a preset priority to compare the scores corresponding to the terminals to be called, selecting the terminal with the highest score from the scores to update the terminals to be called, and continuing to execute the step B.
4. The audio-video communication terminal switching method according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein after the step of transferring the communication data call corresponding to the current call terminal to the terminal to be called, the audio-video communication terminal switching method comprises the steps of:
and when receiving the interactive normal message uploaded by the terminal to be called, the cloud server sends a hang-up request to a media server, so that the media server hangs up the current calling terminal except the terminal to be called when receiving the hang-up request.
5. A terminal switching device for audio and video communication is characterized in that the terminal switching device comprises:
the judging module is used for judging whether each account needs to carry out call forwarding or not according to the parameter information uploaded by each terminal under the same account;
the selecting module is used for selecting a terminal to be called according to the parameter information and/or the preset information when the account needs to carry out call forwarding;
the call transfer module is used for transferring the communication data call corresponding to the current calling terminal to the terminal to be called;
wherein, the judging module comprises:
the first acquisition unit is used for acquiring position information in parameter information uploaded by each terminal under the same account;
the computing unit is used for computing the distance between each terminal and a preset first terminal according to the position information uploaded by each terminal, wherein the first terminal is a terminal carried by a user;
the first obtaining unit is further configured to obtain a second terminal, where a distance between each terminal corresponding to the account and the first terminal is smaller than a first preset threshold;
the first judging unit is used for judging whether the second terminal acquired currently is the same as the second terminal acquired at the last moment or not, wherein when the second terminal acquired currently is different from the second terminal acquired at the last moment, the account needs to be transferred.
6. The apparatus for switching audio/video communication terminal according to claim 5, wherein the selecting module comprises:
the second acquisition unit is used for acquiring positioning devices, of which the distances from the first terminal to the preset positioning devices are smaller than a second preset threshold value;
and the first selection unit is used for determining the acquired scene information corresponding to the positioning device, selecting a third terminal corresponding to the scene information from the second terminal, and taking the third terminal as the terminal to be called.
7. The apparatus for switching audio/video communication terminal according to claim 5, wherein the selecting module comprises:
the second selecting unit is used for comparing scores corresponding to the evaluation parameter with the highest priority in the preset evaluation parameters of the second terminals and selecting the terminal with the highest score as the terminal to be called;
the second judging unit is used for judging whether the terminal to be called is larger than 1;
the processing unit is used for taking the selected terminal to be called as the current terminal to be called when the terminal to be called is equal to 1;
and the second selecting unit is further configured to select a next evaluation parameter according to a preset priority to compare scores corresponding to the terminals to be called when the terminal to be called is greater than 1, and select a terminal with the highest score from the scores to update the terminal to be called.
8. The audio-video communication terminal switching device according to any one of claims 5 to 7, wherein the audio-video communication terminal switching device further comprises:
and the hang-up request module is used for sending a hang-up request to the media server when receiving the interactive normal message uploaded by the terminal to be called so that the media server hangs up the current calling terminal except the terminal to be called when receiving the hang-up request.
