本发明涉及一种汽柴油机车在冬季很快迅速起 动的气雾起动液。它的成分和重量百分比分别为:甲 醇35%、乙醇25%、PS3%、-10#柴油5%、120#汽 油5%、柴机油5%、汽机油8%对苯二酚1%、余为 CO2。本起动液的优点在于当气雾进入气缸后能在 极短时间内在燃烧室完成物理和化学准备,迅速地点 火,帮助喷入的燃油成功燃烧,使机车迅速完成起动, 从而达到迅速起动机车和节约燃油的目的。

Description

本发明涉及一种汽柴油机车在冬季很快起动的气雾起动液。
拖拉机、柴油机车、柴油发电机、汽油发电机、汽油机、汽车等在冬季早晨,冷车起动十分困难。那些用马达起动的多缸机,如几次不能起动,则马达和电瓶的寿命大大缩短,只好用人推、车拖溜坡起动等,从而不单使内部机械容易损坏,而且还存在着不安全因素,尤其是单缸柴油机的广大车手或操作人员更是叫苦连天,摇得气喘手软还是不能将车起动,甚至用明火点烧发动机,导致机车技术状态加速恶化,马力下降,燃油急剧超耗。
本发明的任务是根据上述冷车不易起动等缺陷设计的一种汽柴油机车冷车气雾起动液,以达到减少车辆不安全起动,保持机车技术状态良好和节约能源的目的。
本发明是采用下述方案实现的。
一种汽柴油机车冷车气雾起动液,它的成份和重量百分比分别为:甲醇36~38%、乙醇22~26%、PS2-4%、-10#柴油4-6%、120#汽油4-6%、柴机油4-6%汽机油6-9%、对苯工酚0.5~1.1%,剩余为CO2
本发明优点在于它使气雾进入气缸后能在极短时间内,在燃烧室完成物理和化学准备,迅速地点火,帮助喷入的燃油燃烧成功,使机车迅速完成起动。由于组合物含有几种有利于机车机件润滑的物质,所以不会使机车加快磨损,反而对气缸有特别保护作用,并能节约预垫塞(片)、电瓶、马达的维修费用。在雾下40度可用于各种汽、柴油机车的迅速机动,不需预热或加温。
以下是本发明的一个实施例。
一种冷车气雾起动淑,其成份和重量百分比分别为:甲醇35%乙醇25%、PS3%、-10#柴油5%,120#汽油5%、柴机油5%、汽机油8%、对苯工酚1%、余为CO2
使用方法如下:
首先使机车排净燃油路中的空气,在机车机械正常的条件下将起动液对准空气滤清器或化油机进口,按下按钮1~4秒,使起动液气雾进入进气口,随即通电或手摇摇手柄即能快速起动。

1、一种汽柴油机车冷车气雾起动液,其特征在于它的成份和重量百分比分别为:
甲醇36-38%、乙醇22-26%、PS2-4%、-10#柴油4-6%、120#汽油4-6%、柴机油4-6%、汽机油6-9%、对苯工酚0.5~1.1%,余为CO2
2、根据权利要求1所述的起动液,其特征在于成份和重量百分比分别为:
甲醇35%、乙醇25%、PS3%、-10#柴油5%、120#汽油5%、柴机油5%、汽机油8%、对苯工酚1%,余为CO2
