技术领域
本发明涉及一种LED作为光源的线路板安装方式，尤其涉及一种汽车灯具LED线路板的安装方式，属于汽车灯具照明信号应用领域。
背景技术
目前，随着高新科技的发展，汽车用灯具行业也日新月异，新造型，新功能的灯具层出不穷，在这种环境下LED的运用越来越广泛，但是随着灯具造型越来越新奇，功能越来越先进，尤其是阶梯式LED的安装，传统的LED安装结构已经不能满足需求。传统的汽车灯具中LED传统的安装方式：1、用螺钉将LED电源板固定在灯壳或反光镜上；2、用卡槽将LED电源板固定在灯壳或反光镜上；3、LED电源板以软基板形式固定在支架上，支架再与灯壳或反射镜连接。由于灯具造型的变边性，现在的LED线路板安装无法满足要求。这里设计能满足阶梯式LED结构的线路板安装。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种LED线路板安装结构，特别是本发明涉及一种用于汽车灯具阶梯式LED线路板安装结构。
本发明的技术方案是通过以下方式实现的：一种LED线路板安装结构，包含线路板支架、LED线路板，装饰罩，其特征在于：所述LED线路板通过热铆固定支架上，通过螺丝再固定在装饰罩或灯壳上。
所述LED线路板支架使用塑料工程材料；
所述LED线路板支架上有安装螺丝孔；
所述LED线路板支架上有安装线路板的热铆点；
所述LED线路板上分别有两个两个安装孔，LED线路板的安装孔与支架的热铆点配合铆接，再通过安装螺丝安装在装饰罩或灯壳上。
本发明，除了所线路板支架上有螺丝孔，装饰罩或灯壳上有对应的螺丝柱，两者匹配后通过螺丝锁紧。

具体实施方式
由图1知，本发明LED线路板安装结构 ，该系统包含线路板支架1、LED线路板2，装饰罩3，线路板2与支架一配合铆接在一起，然后支架2再通过螺丝与装饰罩3连接。LED线路板2通过铆接与线路板支架1连接， LED线路板2、铆接孔5、线路板支架1通过铆接柱6安装螺丝孔7连接在一起。

1.一种LED线路板安装结构，包含线路板支架、LED线路板，装饰罩，其特征在于：所述LED线路板通过热铆固定支架上，通过螺丝再固定在装饰罩或灯壳上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种LED线路板安装结构，其特征在于：所述的LED线路板支架使用塑料工程材料。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种LED线路板安装结构，其特征在于：所述LED线路板支架上有安装螺丝孔。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种LED线路板安装结构，其特征在于：所述LED线路板支架上有安装线路板的热铆点。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种LED线路板安装结构，其特征在于：所述LED线路板上分别有两个两个安装孔，LED线路板的安装孔与支架的热铆点配合铆接，再通过安装螺丝安装在装饰罩或灯壳上。
