Detailed Description
As shown in fig. 2 to 17, the present embodiment provides a truck 2, 3, 4 for transporting tires, which is provided with anti-roll members 2-1, 3-1, 4-1 for preventing tires from rolling when the tires are in a standing position.
The anti-rolling components 2-1, 3-1 and 4-1 comprise supporting anti-rolling components 2-1 and 3-1, or hanging anti-rolling components 4-1, or supporting anti-rolling components 2-1 and 3-1 and hanging anti-rolling components 4-1.
The supporting type rolling-proof parts 2-1 and 3-1 comprise rod type supporting type rolling-proof parts 2-1, or plate type supporting type rolling-proof parts 3-1, or rod type supporting type rolling-proof parts 2-1 and plate type supporting type rolling-proof parts 3-1. The hanging type anti-rolling component 4-1 comprises a single-head hanging type anti-rolling component 4-1, or a double-head hanging type anti-rolling component 4-1, or a single-head hanging type anti-rolling component 4-1 and a double-head hanging type anti-rolling component 4-1.
In the embodiment, the picking truck is provided with the anti-rolling component for preventing the tire from rolling when the tire is vertically placed; the anti-rolling component comprises a supporting anti-rolling component and/or a hanging anti-rolling component; the supporting type anti-rolling component comprises a rod type supporting type anti-rolling component and/or a plate type supporting type anti-rolling component, and the hanging type anti-rolling component comprises a single-head hanging type anti-rolling component and/or a double-head hanging type anti-rolling component; two ends of the rod-type supporting anti-rolling component are fixedly connected with the picking vehicle; the technical means that the two ends of the plate-type supporting anti-rolling component are fixedly connected with the picking vehicle can prevent tires from rolling when the tires are vertically arranged, and meanwhile, the tire hanging or supporting stability is good, so that the random access and the discharge of the tires can be realized, and the tires which are arranged on the picking vehicle can be conveniently sorted and arranged on the picking vehicle according to the requirements of orders without unloading the tires when the tires are picked at each goods location.
In the embodiment, as the technical means that the anti-rolling component comprises the support type anti-rolling component and/or the hanging type anti-rolling component is adopted, various picking vehicles can be produced according to the requirements of different customers.
In the embodiment, the support type anti-rolling component comprises the rod type support type anti-rolling component and/or the plate type support type anti-rolling component, and the hanging type anti-rolling component comprises a single-head hanging type anti-rolling component and/or a double-head hanging type anti-rolling component, so that various picking trucks can be produced according to actual conditions.
As shown in fig. 2, 5 to 8, the rod-type supporting anti-roll member 2-1 includes two anti-roll support rods 2-1-1, the two anti-roll support rods 2-1-1 are parallel to each other and located in the same horizontal plane, and a distance between the two anti-roll support rods 2-1-1 is not equal to zero and is smaller than an outer diameter of the tire with the smallest outer diameter.
As shown in fig. 10 and 12, the plate-type supporting anti-rolling component 3-1 includes two anti-rolling supporting plates 3-1-1, upper long sides of the two anti-rolling supporting plates 3-1-1 are parallel to each other and located in the same horizontal plane, lower long sides of the two anti-rolling supporting plates 3-1-1 are parallel to each other and located in the same horizontal plane, and a distance between the upper long sides of the two anti-rolling supporting plates 3-1-1 is not equal to zero and is smaller than an outer diameter of a tire with a minimum outer diameter.
As shown in fig. 13, the single-head hanging type anti-rolling component 4-1 is in a strip shape, the tail end of the single-head hanging type anti-rolling component 4-1 is fixedly connected with the supporting frame 4-2, the head end is a free end, and the length of the single-head hanging type anti-rolling component 4-1 is greater than the width of the widest tire 0.
Referring to fig. 13, the double-head hanging type anti-rolling component 4-1 is in a strip shape, the middle of the double-head hanging type anti-rolling component 4-1 is fixedly connected with the supporting frame 4-2, two head ends of the double-head hanging type anti-rolling component 4-1 are respectively free ends, and the length of the double-head hanging type anti-rolling component 4-1 is greater than twice the width of the widest tire 0.
In the embodiment, the rod-type supporting anti-rolling component comprises two anti-rolling supporting rods, the two anti-rolling supporting rods are parallel to each other and are positioned in the same horizontal plane, and the distance between the two anti-rolling supporting rods is not equal to zero and is smaller than the outer diameter of the tire with the minimum outer diameter; the plate type supporting anti-rolling component comprises two anti-rolling supporting plates, the upper long edges of the two anti-rolling supporting plates are parallel to each other and are positioned in the same horizontal plane, the lower long edges of the two anti-rolling supporting plates are parallel to each other and are positioned in the same horizontal plane, and the distance between the upper long edges of the two anti-rolling supporting plates is not equal to zero and is smaller than the outer diameter of the tire with the minimum outer diameter; the single-head hanging type anti-rolling component is in a strip shape, the tail end of the single-head hanging type anti-rolling component is fixedly connected with the supporting frame, the head end of the single-head hanging type anti-rolling component is a free end, and the length of the single-head hanging type anti-rolling component is larger than the width of the widest tire; the shape of type anti-roll part is hung to double-end type is rectangular shape, the middle part and the braced frame fixed connection of type anti-roll part are hung to the double-end type, and two head ends that type anti-roll part was hung to the double-end type are the free end respectively, the length that type anti-roll part was hung to the double-end type is greater than the two times's of widest tire width technical means, so, applicable in the tire of selecting all different diameters.
As shown in fig. 2, 5 to 8, the distance between the two anti-roll support rods 2-1-1 is greater than the outer radius of the tire 0 with the minimum outer diameter and less than 1.732 times the outer radius of the tire 0 with the minimum outer diameter.
As shown in fig. 10, the distance between the upper long sides of the two anti-roll support plates 3-1-1 is greater than the outer radius of the tire 0 with the smallest outer diameter and less than 1.732 times the outer radius of the tire 0 with the smallest outer diameter.
As shown in fig. 13 to 15, the length of the single-head hanging type rolling prevention member 4-1 is 1.1 times the width of the widest tire 0.
Referring to fig. 13 to 15, the length of the double-ended hanging type rolling prevention member 4-1 is 2.2 times the width of the widest tire 0.
In the embodiment, the distance between the two anti-rolling support rods is greater than the outer radius of the tire with the minimum outer diameter and less than 1.732 times of the outer radius of the tire with the minimum outer diameter; the distance between the upper long edges of the two anti-rolling support plates is greater than the outer radius of the tire with the minimum outer diameter and less than 1.732 times of the outer radius of the tire with the minimum outer diameter; the length of the single-head hanging type anti-rolling component is 1.1 times of the width of the widest tire; the double-head hanging type anti-rolling component has the technical means that the length of the double-head hanging type anti-rolling component is 2.2 times of the width of the widest tire, so that the double-head hanging type anti-rolling component can be better suitable for sorting tires with different diameters.
As shown in fig. 2, 5 to 8, the lengths of two of the anti-roll support bars 2-1-1 correspond to four times the widest tire width.
As shown in fig. 10 to 11, the two anti-roll support plates 3-1-1 have a length corresponding to four times the widest tire width.
As shown in fig. 13 to 15, the single-head hanging type rolling prevention member 4-1 is symmetrically disposed with respect to the support frame 4-2.
Two ends of the double-head hanging type anti-rolling component 4-1 are symmetrically arranged relative to the supporting frame 4-2.
In the embodiment, the length of the two anti-rolling supporting rods corresponds to four times of the width of the widest tire; the length of the two anti-rolling support plates corresponds to four times of the width of the widest tire; the single-head hanging type anti-rolling component is symmetrically arranged relative to the supporting frame; the technical means that the two ends of the double-head hanging type anti-rolling component are symmetrically arranged relative to the supporting frame can ensure that the loading capacity of the picking truck is increased on the premise of smoothly passing through the existing roadway.
As shown in fig. 8, the two anti-rolling support rods 2-1-1 are bent in a reciprocating manner, the concave portions of the two anti-rolling support rods 2-1-1 which are bent in a reciprocating manner are opposite to each other, and the convex portions of the two anti-rolling support rods 2-1-1 which are bent in a reciprocating manner are opposite to each other.
As shown in fig. 11, notches are distributed on the upper long edges of the two anti-rolling support plates 3-1-1, and the notches of the two anti-rolling support plates 3-1-1 with the notches distributed on the upper long edges are opposite to each other. As shown in fig. 10, the distance between the upper long sides of two of the roll prevention support plates 3-1-1 is equal to the distance between the lower long sides of the two roll prevention support plates 3-1-1. It is also possible that the distance between the upper long sides of two of said anti-roll support plates 3-1-1 is larger than the distance between the lower long sides of the two anti-roll support plates 3-1-1, as shown in fig. 12.
As shown in fig. 14 to 15, the head end of the single-head hanging type anti-rolling member 4-1 is higher than the tail end of the single-head hanging type anti-rolling member 4-1. The head end of the double-head hanging type anti-rolling component 4-1 is higher than the middle part of the double-head hanging type anti-rolling component 4-1. As can be seen from fig. 14, the two corresponding single-head hanging type rolling prevention members 4-1 form a "V" shape. Obviously, the double-head hanging type anti-rolling component 4-1 is in a V shape. As can be seen from fig. 15, the tip of the single-head hanging type rolling prevention member 4-1 is bent upward. Obviously, two ends of the double-head hanging type anti-rolling component 4-1 are respectively bent upwards.
In the embodiment, the two anti-rolling support rods are in a reciprocating bending shape, the concave parts of the two anti-rolling support rods in the reciprocating bending shape are opposite, and the convex parts of the two anti-rolling support rods in the reciprocating bending shape are opposite; notches are distributed on the upper long edges of the two anti-rolling supporting plates, and the notches of the two anti-rolling supporting plates with the notches distributed on the upper long edges are opposite to each other; the distance between the upper long edges of the two anti-rolling support plates is greater than or equal to the distance between the lower long edges of the two anti-rolling support plates; the head end of the single-head hanging type anti-rolling component is higher than the tail end of the single-head hanging type anti-rolling component; the head end of the double-head hanging type anti-rolling component is higher than the middle part of the double-head hanging type anti-rolling component, so that the upright tire can be prevented from overturning or falling off.
As shown in fig. 2, 10 and 13, the pick-up trucks 2, 3, 4 are provided with at least one level of bins, each level of bins being provided with at least one of the anti-roll members 2-1, 3-1, 4-1.
The picking vehicle is provided with at least one layer of goods warehouse, and each layer of goods warehouse is provided with at least one rolling-proof component, so that the picking vehicle is beneficial to increasing the loading capacity of the picking vehicle.

As shown in fig. 2 and 10, the supporting type picking trucks 2 and 3 are provided with an upper layer of cargo compartment and a lower layer of cargo compartment, the height of the lower layer of cargo compartment is greater than the outer diameter of the tire 0 with the maximum outer diameter, each layer of cargo compartment is provided with two anti-rolling components 2-1 and 3-1, and the distance between the two anti-rolling components 2-1 and 3-1 is greater than the outer diameter of the tire 0 with the maximum outer diameter.
As shown in fig. 13, the hanging type picking truck 4 is provided with an upper layer, a middle layer and a lower layer of cargo hold, each layer of cargo hold is provided with two or three or four anti-rolling components 4-1, and the distance between two adjacent anti-rolling components 4-1 of each layer of cargo hold is larger than the outer diameter of the tire 0 with the largest outer diameter. The anti-rolling parts 4-1 of the upper, middle and lower layers of the warehouse are distributed in a matrix, and the up-down distance between the anti-rolling parts 4-1 of the two adjacent layers of the warehouse is larger than the outer diameter of the tire 0 with the largest outer diameter. Of course, the anti-rolling parts 4-1 of two adjacent cargo compartments are distributed in a staggered manner, and the distance between the anti-rolling parts 4-1 of two adjacent cargo compartments is greater than the outer diameter of the tire 0 with the largest outer diameter.
In the embodiment, the picking truck is a supporting type picking truck or a hanging type picking truck or a supporting and hanging combined type picking truck; the supporting type goods picking vehicle is provided with an upper layer of goods warehouse and a lower layer of goods warehouse, the height of the lower layer of goods warehouse is larger than the outer diameter of the tire with the largest outer diameter, each layer of goods warehouse is provided with two anti-rolling parts, and the distance between the two anti-rolling parts is larger than the outer diameter of the tire with the largest outer diameter; the hanging type goods picking vehicle is provided with an upper layer of goods warehouse, a middle layer of goods warehouse and a lower layer of goods warehouse, each layer of goods warehouse is provided with two or three or four anti-rolling components, and the distance between two adjacent anti-rolling components of each layer of goods warehouse is larger than the outer diameter of the tire with the largest outer diameter; the anti-rolling parts of the upper, middle and lower layers of the warehouse are distributed in a matrix manner, and the up-down distance between the anti-rolling parts of the two adjacent layers of the warehouse is larger than the outer diameter of the tire with the largest outer diameter; or the anti-rolling parts of two adjacent layers of the goods bins are distributed in a mutually staggered manner, and the distance between the anti-rolling parts of the two adjacent layers of the goods bins is greater than the outer diameter of the tire with the largest outer diameter, so that the goods carrying capacity of the goods picking vehicle can be increased on the premise of smoothly passing through the existing roadway and conveniently storing and taking the tire.
As shown in fig. 2 and 10, the support-type pickers 2, 3 are either bar-type support-type pickers 2 or plate-type support-type pickers 3.
As shown in fig. 13, the drop-in type truck 4 is a pole drop-in type truck 4.
Obviously, the supporting and hanging combined type truck can also be a lever plate type supporting and hanging combined type truck.
In the embodiment, the supporting type goods picking vehicle is a rod type supporting type goods picking vehicle or a plate type supporting type goods picking vehicle; the hanging type goods picking vehicle is a rod type hanging type goods picking vehicle; the supporting and hanging combined type picking truck is a technical means of a rod plate type supporting and hanging combined type picking truck, so that various picking trucks can be produced according to actual conditions and requirements of different customers.
As shown in fig. 2, 10 and 13, the bottom of the truck 2, 3 and 4 for conveying tires is provided with wheels 2-5, 3-5 and 4-5, and the wheels 2-5, 3-5 and 4-5 are universal wheels capable of rotating 360 degrees.
In the embodiment, the wheels are arranged at the bottom of the tire conveying sorting vehicle and are universal wheels capable of rotating 360 degrees, so that the tire can be stored and taken conveniently by rotating the vehicle to perform operation on multiple working surfaces.
As shown in fig. 2 to 9, the lever support type pick-up truck 2 is constituted by a lever.
The rod-type supporting type goods picking vehicle adopts the technical means that the rod-type supporting type goods picking vehicle is composed of the rods, so that the self weight of the goods picking vehicle can be greatly reduced.
As shown in fig. 2, the bar-type supporting pick-up vehicle 2 includes upper and lower supporting frames 2-2. As can be seen from FIG. 7, the upper supporting frame 2-2 is formed by welding two supporting longitudinal bars 2-2-1 and four anti-rolling supporting bars 2-1-1. Of course, it is also possible that the upper supporting frame 2-2 is made by connecting two supporting longitudinal bars 2-2-1 and four anti-rolling supporting bars 2-1-1 through an adjustable fixing structure 2-1-2, as shown in fig. 6. In the embodiment, the rod-type support type goods picking vehicle comprises an upper support frame and a lower support frame, wherein the upper support frame is formed by welding two support longitudinal rods and four anti-rolling support rods, or the upper support frame is formed by connecting two support longitudinal rods and four anti-rolling support rods through an adjustable fixing structure; the lower supporting frame is formed by welding two supporting longitudinal rods and four anti-rolling supporting rods, or the lower supporting frame is formed by connecting two supporting longitudinal rods and four anti-rolling supporting rods through an adjustable fixing structure; the anti-rolling support rod is perpendicular to the technical means of the support longitudinal rod, so that the strength and the rigidity of the picking truck are improved, or the vertical arrangement of tires with different outer diameters is facilitated.
As shown in fig. 6, a plurality of adjusting fixing holes are correspondingly distributed on the side walls of the two longitudinal supporting rods 2-2-1 of the adjustable fixing structure 2-1-2, fixing pins are respectively arranged at two ends of the anti-rolling supporting rod 2-1-1, and the fixing pins are inserted into the adjusting fixing holes. As can be seen from figure 6, the anti-rolling support bar 2-1-1 is lapped on the upper surface of the support longitudinal bar 2-2-1.
Of course, the adjustable fixing structure 2-1-2 may be formed by correspondingly distributing a plurality of adjusting fixing pins on the side walls of the two supporting longitudinal rods 2-2-1, and fixing holes are respectively formed at two ends of the anti-rolling supporting rod 2-1-1 and sleeved on the adjusting fixing pins.
The adjustable fixing structure 2-1-2 may be formed by correspondingly distributing a plurality of adjusting fixing holes on the side walls of the two longitudinal supporting rods 2-2-1, fixing holes are respectively formed at two ends of the anti-rolling supporting rod 2-1-1, and the longitudinal supporting rod 2-2-1 and the anti-rolling supporting rod 2-1-1 are fixedly connected through bolts.
More preferably, the adjustable fixing structure 2-1-2 is formed by correspondingly arranging elongated adjusting fixing grooves on the side walls of the two longitudinal supporting rods 2-2-1, fixing holes are respectively arranged at two ends of the anti-rolling supporting rod 2-1-1, and the longitudinal supporting rod 2-2-1 and the anti-rolling supporting rod 2-1-1 are fixedly connected through bolts.
In the embodiment, as the adjustable fixing structure is adopted, a plurality of adjusting fixing holes are correspondingly distributed on the side walls of the two supporting longitudinal rods, fixing pins are respectively arranged at two ends of the anti-rolling supporting rod, and the fixing pins are inserted into the adjusting fixing holes; or, the adjustable fixing structure is that a plurality of adjusting fixing pins are correspondingly distributed on the side walls of the two supporting longitudinal rods, fixing holes are respectively arranged at two ends of the anti-rolling supporting rod, and the fixing holes are sleeved on the adjusting fixing pins; the adjustable fixing structure is characterized in that a plurality of adjusting fixing holes are correspondingly distributed on the side walls of the two supporting longitudinal rods, fixing holes are respectively formed in two ends of the anti-rolling supporting rod, and the supporting longitudinal rods are fixedly connected with the anti-rolling supporting rod through bolts; or, the adjustable fixing structure is that the side walls of the two supporting vertical rods are correspondingly provided with elongated adjusting fixing grooves, the two ends of the anti-rolling supporting rods are respectively provided with fixing holes, and the supporting vertical rods and the anti-rolling supporting rods are fixedly connected through bolts, so that various picking trucks with different adjustable fixing structures can be produced according to actual conditions.
As shown in fig. 2, the upper and lower support frames 2-2 are connected into a whole by four long support vertical bars 2-6, the long support vertical bars 2-6 are perpendicular to the plane of the upper support frame 2-2, and the long support vertical bars 2-6 are perpendicular to the plane of the lower support frame 2-2; the long supporting vertical rods 2-6 are welded with the supporting vertical rods 2-2-1. Of course, the long supporting vertical rods 2-6 and the supporting vertical rods 2-2-1 can be connected together through an adjustable fixing structure.
In the embodiment, the upper and lower support frames are connected into a whole through four long support vertical rods, the long support vertical rods are perpendicular to the plane of the upper support frame, and the long support vertical rods are perpendicular to the plane of the lower support frame; the long supporting vertical rod and the supporting longitudinal rod are welded together; or the long vertical supporting rods and the vertical supporting rods are connected together through an adjustable fixing structure, so that the strength and the rigidity of the picking truck are improved, or the vertical picking truck is suitable for vertical placement of tires with different outer diameters.
Referring to fig. 2 and 6, the adjustable fixing structure is that a plurality of adjusting fixing holes are correspondingly distributed on the side walls of the four long supporting vertical rods 2-6, fixing holes are respectively arranged on the side walls of the supporting vertical rods 2-2-1, and the long supporting vertical rods 2-6 are fixedly connected with the supporting vertical rods 2-2-1 through bolts.
Of course, the adjustable fixing structure may be that elongated adjusting fixing grooves are correspondingly formed in the side walls of the four long vertical support rods 2-6, fixing holes are respectively formed in the side walls of the vertical support rods 2-2-1, and the long vertical support rods 2-6 and the vertical support rods 2-2-1 are fixedly connected through bolts.
In the embodiment, as the adjustable fixing structure is adopted, a plurality of adjusting fixing holes are correspondingly distributed on the side walls of the four long supporting vertical rods, the side walls of the supporting vertical rods are respectively provided with a fixing hole, and the long supporting vertical rods and the supporting vertical rods are fixedly connected through bolts; or, the adjustable fixing structures are four long supporting vertical rods, the side walls of the four long supporting vertical rods are correspondingly provided with elongated adjusting fixing grooves, the side walls of the supporting vertical rods are respectively provided with fixing holes, and the long supporting vertical rods and the supporting vertical rods are fixedly connected through bolts, so that various picking trucks with different adjustable fixing structures can be produced according to actual conditions.
As shown in fig. 2 to 9, the bar-type supporting truck 2 includes a base frame 2-3, and the base frame 2-3 is formed by welding two base vertical bars 2-3-1 and five base horizontal bars 2-3-2; the base cross rod 2-3-2 is perpendicular to the base longitudinal rod 2-3-1.
The base frame 2-3 is integrally welded with the lower supporting frame 2-2 through a plurality of short supporting vertical rods 2-4, the short supporting vertical rods 2-4 are perpendicular to the plane of the base frame 2-3, and the short supporting vertical rods 2-4 are perpendicular to the plane of the lower supporting frame 2-2.
In the embodiment, the rod-type support type goods picking vehicle comprises a base frame, wherein the base frame is formed by welding two base longitudinal rods and five base transverse rods; the base transverse rod is perpendicular to the base longitudinal rod; the base frame through a plurality of short supporting vertical rods with lower braced frame welds integratively, short supporting vertical rod perpendicular to the plane at base frame place, short supporting vertical rod perpendicular to the planar technical means at lower braced frame place, so, not only be favorable to improving the intensity and the rigidity of choosing the freight train, moreover, can also use fork truck or hydraulic pressure car to carry.
As shown in fig. 2 to 9, the middle parts of the adjacent anti-rolling support bars 2-1-1 of the two anti-rolling parts 2-1 of the lower support frame 2-2 are welded into a whole by a central short longitudinal bar 2-8, and the central short longitudinal bar 2-8 is perpendicular to the anti-rolling support bars 2-1-1; the middle parts of the adjacent anti-rolling support rods 2-1-1 in the two anti-rolling parts 2-1 of the upper support frame 2-2 are welded into a whole through a central short longitudinal rod 2-8, and the central short longitudinal rod 2-8 is vertical to the anti-rolling support rods 2-1-1; the central short longitudinal rod 2-8 of the lower supporting frame 2-2 and the central short longitudinal rod 2-8 of the upper supporting frame 2-2 are welded into a whole through a central vertical rod 2-9.
In the embodiment, the middle parts of the adjacent anti-rolling support rods in the two anti-rolling parts of the lower support frame are welded into a whole through the central short longitudinal rod, and the central short longitudinal rod is vertical to the anti-rolling support rods; the middle parts of adjacent anti-rolling support rods in the two anti-rolling parts of the upper support frame are welded into a whole through a central short longitudinal rod, and the central short longitudinal rod is perpendicular to the anti-rolling support rods; the central short longitudinal rod of the lower supporting frame and the central short longitudinal rod of the upper supporting frame are welded into a whole through the central vertical rod, so that the strength and the rigidity of the picking truck are improved.
As shown in fig. 2 to 9, the rod members are all hollow square tubes.
The lower end of the short supporting vertical rod 2-4 is welded with the top surface of the base frame 2-3, and the upper end of the short supporting vertical rod 2-4 is welded with the bottom surface of the lower supporting frame 2-2.
The long supporting vertical rods 2-6 are divided into upper supporting vertical rods 2-6-1, middle supporting vertical rods 2-6-2 and lower supporting vertical rods 2-6-3 which are positioned on the same straight line, the lower end of the upper supporting vertical rod 2-6-1 is welded with the top surface of the upper supporting frame 2-2, the upper end of the middle supporting vertical rod 2-6-2 is welded with the bottom surface of the upper supporting frame 2-2, the lower end of the middle supporting vertical rod 2-6-2 is welded with the top surface of the lower supporting frame 2-2, the upper end of the lower support vertical rod 2-6-3 is welded with the bottom surface of the lower support frame 2-2, the lower end of the lower support vertical rod 2-6-3 is welded with the top surface of the base frame 2-3.
In the embodiment, the rod pieces are all hollow square tubes; the lower end of the short supporting vertical rod is welded with the top surface of the base frame, and the upper end of the short supporting vertical rod is welded with the bottom surface of the lower supporting frame; the long supporting vertical rod is divided into an upper supporting vertical rod and a lower supporting vertical rod which are arranged on the same straight line, the lower end of the upper supporting vertical rod is welded to the top surface of an upper supporting frame, the upper end of the middle supporting vertical rod is welded to the bottom surface of the upper supporting frame, the lower end of the middle supporting vertical rod is welded to the top surface of a lower supporting frame, the upper end of the lower supporting vertical rod is welded to the bottom surface of the lower supporting frame, the lower end of the lower supporting vertical rod is welded to the top surface of a base frame, and therefore the supporting effect of the short supporting vertical rod and the long supporting vertical rod can be fully exerted.
As shown in fig. 2 to 9, the upper ends of two upper vertical support rods 2-6-1 on the same side of the vertical support rod 2-2-1 are welded together by a blocking rod 2-7, and the middle parts of two middle vertical support rods 2-6-1 on the same side of the vertical support rod 2-2-1 are welded together by a blocking rod 2-7.

In the embodiment, the length of the base longitudinal rod is equal to that of the lower supporting longitudinal rod and is greater than that of the upper supporting longitudinal rod, or the length of the lower supporting longitudinal rod is equal to that of the upper supporting longitudinal rod and is less than that of the base longitudinal rod; the wheels are arranged at the two ends of the longitudinal rod of the base, so that the running stability of the picking truck can be improved.
As shown in fig. 10, the pallet support type truck 3 is constructed of a plate member.
In the embodiment, the technical means that the plate type supporting type goods picking vehicle is composed of the plate is adopted, so that the strength and the rigidity of the goods picking vehicle are ensured.
As shown in fig. 10, the plate type supporting type truck 3 includes an upper and a lower base plates 3-2, two anti-roll members 3-1 are provided on the top surface of the upper base plate 3-2, and two anti-roll members 3-1 are provided on the top surface of the lower base plate 3-2.
The upper base plate 3-2 and the lower base plate 3-2 are fixedly connected together through two supporting baffle plates 3-4.
In the embodiment, the plate type supporting type goods picking vehicle comprises an upper base plate and a lower base plate, wherein the top surface of the upper base plate is provided with two anti-rolling components, and the top surface of the lower base plate is provided with two anti-rolling components; the upper base plate and the lower base plate are fixedly connected together through two supporting baffle plates, so that the goods carrying capacity of the truck can be increased on the premise that the truck can smoothly pass through the conventional roadway and conveniently store and take the tires, and the tires can be prevented from falling.
As shown in figure 10, the length of the lower base plate 3-2 is longer than that of the upper base plate 3-2, the supporting baffle plate 3-4 is in a shape of 'soil', and the wheels 3-5 are distributed at four corners of the lower base plate 3-2.
In the embodiment, the length of the lower base plate is greater than that of the upper base plate, the supporting baffle plates are in a shape like the Chinese character 'tu', and the wheels are distributed at four corners of the lower base plate, so that the running stability of the picking truck can be improved.
As shown in FIG. 10, the upper base plate 3-2 is fixedly connected to the anti-roll support plate 3-1-1. Of course, it is also possible that the upper base plate 3-2 and the anti-roll support plate 3-1-1 are connected by an adjustable fixing structure. As shown in fig. 13 to 17, the pole-type pick-up trucks 4 are formed of poles.
The rod-type hanging type goods picking vehicle adopts the technical means that the rod-type hanging type goods picking vehicle is composed of the rods, so that the self weight of the goods picking vehicle can be greatly reduced, the tires can be stored and taken more conveniently, and the vertical stability of the tires is improved.
As shown in fig. 13 to 17, the supporting frame 4-2 of the rod-type hanging type truck 4 is formed by welding two supporting vertical rods 4-2-2 and three supporting vertical rods 4-2-1, one end of each of the three supporting vertical rods 4-2-1 is perpendicular to one of the supporting vertical rods 4-2-2, and the other end of each of the three supporting vertical rods 4-2-1 is perpendicular to the other supporting vertical rod 4-2-2.

One end of each base longitudinal rod 4-4 is perpendicular to the middle of one base transverse rod 4-3, and the other end of each base longitudinal rod 4-4 is perpendicular to the middle of the other base transverse rod 4-3.

3. A tyre-carrying truck (2) as claimed in claim 2, characterized in that:
the anti-rolling component (2-1) comprises two anti-rolling support rods (2-1-1), the two anti-rolling support rods (2-1-1) are parallel to each other and are positioned in the same horizontal plane, and the distance between the two anti-rolling support rods (2-1-1) is not equal to zero and is smaller than the outer diameter of the tire with the minimum outer diameter;
the length of the two anti-rolling support rods (2-1-1) corresponds to four times of the width of the widest tire;
the two anti-rolling support rods (2-1-1) are in a reciprocating bending shape, the concave parts of the two anti-rolling support rods (2-1-1) in the reciprocating bending shape are opposite, and the convex parts of the two anti-rolling support rods (2-1-1) in the reciprocating bending shape are opposite.
4. A pick-up truck (2) for transporting tyres as claimed in claim 3, wherein:

the picking vehicle (2) comprises an upper supporting frame (2-2) and a lower supporting frame (2-2), wherein the upper supporting frame (2-2) is formed by welding two supporting longitudinal rods (2-2-1) and four anti-rolling supporting rods (2-1-1), or the upper supporting frame (2-2) is formed by connecting two supporting longitudinal rods (2-2-1) and four anti-rolling supporting rods (2-1-1) through an adjustable fixing structure (2-1-2); the lower supporting frame (2-2) is formed by welding two supporting longitudinal rods (2-2-1) and four anti-rolling supporting rods (2-1-1), or the lower supporting frame (2-2) is formed by connecting two supporting longitudinal rods (2-2-1) and four anti-rolling supporting rods (2-1-1) through an adjustable fixing structure (2-1-2); the anti-rolling support rod (2-1-1) is perpendicular to the support longitudinal rod (2-2-1).
5. A pick-up truck (2) for transporting tyres as claimed in claim 4, wherein:
the adjustable fixing structures (2-1-2) are formed by correspondingly distributing a plurality of adjusting fixing holes on the side walls of the two supporting longitudinal rods (2-2-1), fixing pins are respectively arranged at two ends of the anti-rolling supporting rods (2-1-1), and the fixing pins are inserted into the adjusting fixing holes; or,
the adjustable fixing structure (2-1-2) is characterized in that a plurality of adjusting fixing pins are correspondingly distributed on the side walls of the two supporting longitudinal rods (2-2-1), fixing holes are respectively arranged at two ends of the anti-rolling supporting rods (2-1-1), and the fixing holes are sleeved on the adjusting fixing pins;
the adjustable fixing structure (2-1-2) is characterized in that a plurality of adjusting fixing holes are correspondingly distributed on the side walls of the two supporting longitudinal rods (2-2-1), fixing holes are respectively formed in two ends of the anti-rolling supporting rod (2-1-1), and the supporting longitudinal rods (2-2-1) are fixedly connected with the anti-rolling supporting rod (2-1-1) through bolts; or,
the adjustable fixing structure (2-1-2) is characterized in that elongated adjusting fixing grooves are correspondingly formed in the side walls of the two supporting longitudinal rods (2-2-1), fixing holes are respectively formed in the two ends of the anti-rolling supporting rod (2-1-1), and the supporting longitudinal rods (2-2-1) are fixedly connected with the anti-rolling supporting rod (2-1-1) through bolts.
6. A vehicle (2) for tire delivery as in claim 5, wherein:
the upper supporting frame (2) and the lower supporting frame (2-2) are connected into a whole through four long supporting vertical rods (2-6), the long supporting vertical rods (2-6) are perpendicular to the plane where the upper supporting frame (2-2) is located, and the long supporting vertical rods (2-6) are perpendicular to the plane where the lower supporting frame (2-2) is located; the long supporting vertical rods (2-6) are welded with the supporting longitudinal rods (2-2-1); or the long supporting vertical rods (2-6) and the supporting longitudinal rods (2-2-1) are connected together through an adjustable fixing structure;
the adjustable fixing structure is characterized in that a plurality of adjusting fixing holes are correspondingly distributed on the side walls of the four long supporting vertical rods (2-6), fixing holes are respectively formed in the side walls of the supporting vertical rods (2-2-1), and the long supporting vertical rods (2-6) are fixedly connected with the supporting vertical rods (2-2-1) through bolts; or,
the adjustable fixing structure is characterized in that elongated adjusting fixing grooves are correspondingly formed in the side walls of the four long supporting vertical rods (2-6), fixing holes are respectively formed in the side walls of the supporting longitudinal rods (2-2-1), and the long supporting vertical rods (2-6) are fixedly connected with the supporting longitudinal rods (2-2-1) through bolts;
the long supporting vertical rods (2-6) are divided into upper supporting vertical rods (2-6-1), middle supporting vertical rods (2-6-2) and lower supporting vertical rods (2-6-3) which are positioned on the same straight line, the lower end of the upper supporting vertical rod (2-6-1) is welded with the top surface of the upper supporting frame (2-2), the upper end of the middle supporting vertical rod (2-6-2) is welded with the bottom surface of the upper supporting frame (2-2), the lower end of the middle supporting vertical rod (2-6-2) is welded with the top surface of the lower supporting frame (2-2), the upper end of the lower supporting vertical rod (2-6-3) is welded with the bottom surface of the lower supporting frame (2-2), the lower end of the lower supporting vertical rod (2-6-3) is welded with the top surface of the base frame (2-3);
the upper ends of two upper supporting vertical rods (2-6-1) on the same side of the supporting longitudinal rod (2-2-1) are welded into a whole through a blocking rod (2-7), and the middle parts of two middle supporting vertical rods (2-6-1) on the same side of the supporting longitudinal rod (2-2-1) are welded into a whole through a blocking rod (2-7).
7. A vehicle (2) for tire delivery as in claim 6, wherein:
the picking truck (2) comprises a base frame (2-3), wherein the base frame (2-3) is formed by welding two base longitudinal rods (2-3-1) and five base transverse rods (2-3-2); the base cross rod (2-3-2) is perpendicular to the base longitudinal rod (2-3-1).
8. A vehicle (2) for tire delivery as in claim 7, wherein:
the base frame (2-3) is welded with the lower supporting frame (2-2) into a whole through a plurality of short supporting vertical rods (2-4), the short supporting vertical rods (2-4) are perpendicular to the plane of the base frame (2-3), and the short supporting vertical rods (2-4) are perpendicular to the plane of the lower supporting frame (2-2);
the middle parts of adjacent anti-rolling support rods (2-1-1) in two anti-rolling parts (2-1) of the lower support frame (2-2) are welded into a whole through a central short longitudinal rod (2-8), and the central short longitudinal rod (2-8) is vertical to the anti-rolling support rods (2-1-1); the middle parts of the adjacent anti-rolling support rods (2-1-1) in the two anti-rolling parts (2-1) of the upper support frame (2-2) are welded into a whole through a central short longitudinal rod (2-8), and the central short longitudinal rod (2-8) is vertical to the anti-rolling support rods (2-1-1); the central short longitudinal rod (2-8) of the lower supporting frame (2-2) and the central short longitudinal rod (2-8) of the upper supporting frame (2-2) are welded into a whole through a central vertical rod (2-9);
the rod pieces are all hollow square tubes;
the lower end of the short supporting vertical rod (2-4) is welded with the top surface of the base frame (2-3), and the upper end of the short supporting vertical rod (2-4) is welded with the bottom surface of the lower supporting frame (2-2).
9. A tire carrying cart (2) as in claim 8, wherein:
the length of the longitudinal rod (2-3-1) of the base is equal to that of the lower support longitudinal rod (2-2-1) and is greater than that of the upper support longitudinal rod (2-2-1), or the length of the lower support longitudinal rod (2-2-1) is equal to that of the upper support longitudinal rod (2-2-1) and is less than that of the longitudinal rod (2-3-1) of the base; the wheels (2-5) are arranged at two ends of the base longitudinal rod (2-3-1).
