Abstract
本发明提供一种数据传输方法、接入网设备和通信系统,所述方法应用在控制面和用户面分离的通信系统中,接入网设备通过控制面接口从第一核心网(CN)网元获取需建立的承载的信息,根据需建立的承载的信息建立承载,通过第一CN网元将建立的承载通知给第二CN网元利用,当控制面接口信号中断时,接入网设备利用已经建立的承载传输UE已有业务中待传输的数据。该方法中,当控制面接口信令中断时,接入网设备并不立即释放UE的承载,从而使得UE的用户面连接不断开,UE可以继续使用已经建立的承载进行数据传输,以最大限度的保证用户面业务不中断,从而提升用户体验。
