The speaker module is an important acoustic component of the portable electronic device, is used for completing the conversion between an electric signal and a sound signal, and is an energy conversion device. Referring to fig. 8, a damper covering the through hole 71 is provided on a surface of the present diaphragm 21 remote from the pressure relief groove 72, that is, a surface of the diaphragm 21 close to the front sound chamber 5. A damper groove for accommodating a damper is provided in the partition plate 21 at a position of the through hole 71. In this embodiment, the damping member is a waterproof membrane 9 that is air permeable and water impermeable. The side surface of the waterproof membrane 9 far away from the partition board 21 is adhered with a support plate 11 through a double-sided adhesive tape 10, and the support plate 11 is hollowed out corresponding to the through hole 71.
The cover plate 12 is disposed on the surface of the boss 8, and the cover plate 12 may be a resilient pad fixed to the partition 21 to cover the through hole 71, the hollow hole 73 and a part of the pressure relief groove 72, so that the through hole 71, the hollow hole 73, the pressure relief groove 72 and the cover plate 12 enclose the pressure relief channel 7. The pressure relief grooves 72 extend and are distributed on the surface of the boss 8, so that the length of the pressure relief channel 7 is increased, and the damping effect of the pressure relief channel 7 is improved.
In this embodiment, the pressure relief groove 72 is straight, but may also be curved, wherein the length of the curved pressure relief groove 72 is longer than the extended pressure relief channel 7, so that the damping effect is better.
Referring to fig. 7, when the speaker module of the present invention performs an air-tightness test on the front acoustic cavity 5 of the speaker module, the temporary test fixture 13 covers the hollow hole 73 from the boss 8, and the pressure relief groove is not covered to seal the pressure relief channel, so that the temporary sealing of the front acoustic cavity is easily achieved, which facilitates the air-tightness test of the front acoustic cavity 5, facilitates the implementation of a waterproof test on the front acoustic cavity of the waterproof speaker module by an air pressure test method, and improves the test efficiency.
