Abstract

本发明公开了一种光伏板的安装支架,包括支架和连接座,所述连接座位于支架的顶部,所述连接座的侧部设有气缸,所述气缸倾斜设置,气缸的气缸杆末端与铰接板铰接;本机构还包括电机组件,所述电机组件与铰接板固定连接,所述电机组件包括壳体,所述壳体之中安装电机,所述电机的输出端设有蜗杆,所述蜗杆与位于其侧部的蜗轮啮合,所述蜗轮安装在转动轴上,所述转动轴穿过壳体,转动轴的顶部和底部连接转动板,所述转动板与光伏安装板连接。本发明针对现有光伏板支架存在的不能实时调整高度和角度的问题,提出改进方案,利用气缸、电机、蜗轮、蜗杆传动系统带动光伏板持续转动,使光伏板的日照最大化,提高了光伏板的工作效率。

一种光伏板的安装支架
技术领域:
本发明涉及光伏板的技术领域,更具体地说涉及一种光伏板的安装支架。
背景技术:
随着国家对新能源战略的逐步推进,目前太阳能或者光伏产业逐渐扩大。现有的光伏板的支架都是固定的,即固定朝向一个角度,不能随意调节其高度和朝向太阳的角度,但是太阳是东升西落的,这样光伏板就不能随时获得最大的日照量,这里,我们需要对光伏板的支架进行一些设计改动,使其能随着照射角度的变化而调整角度和高度方位。
发明内容:
针对上述问题,本发明的具体解决方案如下:
一种光伏板的安装支架,包括支架和连接座,所述连接座位于支架的顶部,所述连接座的侧部设有气缸,所述气缸倾斜设置,气缸的气缸杆末端与铰接板铰接;本机构还包括电机组件,所述电机组件与铰接板固定连接,所述电机组件包括壳体,所述壳体之中安装电机,所述电机的输出端设有蜗杆,所述蜗杆与位于其侧部的蜗轮啮合,所述蜗轮安装在转动轴上,所述转动轴穿过壳体,转动轴的顶部和底部连接转动板,所述转动板与光伏安装板连接。
作为对本发明的进一步说明,所述气缸固定在连接座上,气缸与连接座始终保持二十度的角度。
作为对本发明的进一步说明,所述壳体的底部与连接座连接,壳体与连接座之间为铰接。
作为对本发明的进一步说明,所述光伏安装板上设有第一方位传感器,所述第一方位传感器位于光伏安装板的顶部。
作为对本发明的进一步说明,所述光伏安装板上设有第二方位传感器,所述第二方位传感器位于光伏安装板的侧部。
按照上述技术方案,需要对光伏板进行高度调节时,气缸启动,气缸杆与铰接板连接,铰接板与壳体固定连接,如此可带动壳体上下转动,壳体与连接座铰接,壳体的转动中心为此铰接轴;如果要进行角度调节时,电机转动,输出端的蜗杆与蜗轮啮合,蜗轮带动转动轴转动,转动轴顶部和底部与转动板连接,如此可带动转动板转动一定的角度。光伏安装板上安装第一方位传感器,此第一方位传感器用于检测光伏板的高度方位;光伏安装板上还安装第二方位传感器,此第二方位传感器用于检测光伏板的角度方位,需要调节的时候将数据传送至气缸和电机的控制单元用以控制电机和气缸的运动。
本发明针对现有光伏板支架存在的不能实时调整高度和角度的问题,提出改进方案,利用气缸、电机、蜗轮、蜗杆传动系统带动光伏板持续转动,使光伏板的日照最大化,提高了光伏板的工作效率。

具体实施方式:
如图1至图3所示,一种光伏板的安装支架,包括支架10和连接座20,所述连接座20位于支架10的顶部,所述连接座20的侧部设有气缸30,所述气缸30倾斜设置,气缸30的气缸杆末端与铰接板31铰接;本机构还包括电机组件40,所述电机组件40与铰接板31固定连接,所述电机组件40包括壳体41,所述壳体41之中安装电机43,所述电机43的输出端设有蜗杆44,所述蜗杆44与位于其侧部的蜗轮45啮合,所述蜗轮45安装在转动轴46上,所述转动轴46穿过壳体41,转动轴46的顶部和底部连接转动板47,所述转动板47与光伏安装板50连接。
所述气缸30固定在连接座20上,气缸30与连接座20始终保持二十度的角度。
所述壳体41的底部与连接座20连接,壳体41与连接座20之间为铰接。
所述光伏安装板50上设有第一方位传感器51,所述第一方位传感器51位于光伏安装板50的顶部。
所述光伏安装板50上设有第二方位传感器52,所述第二方位传感器52位于光伏安装板50的侧部。
实际工作中,需要对光伏板进行高度调节时,气缸30启动,气缸杆与铰接板31连接,铰接板31与壳体41固定连接,如此可带动壳体41上下转动,壳体41与连接座20铰接,壳体41的转动中心为此铰接轴;如果要进行角度调节时,电机43转动,输出端的蜗杆44与蜗轮45啮合,蜗轮45带动转动轴46转动,转动轴46顶部和底部与转动板47连接,如此可带动转动板47转动一定的角度。光伏安装板50上安装第一方位传感器51,此第一方位传感器51用于检测光伏板的高度方位;光伏安装板50上还安装第二方位传感器52,此第二方位传感器52用于检测光伏板的角度方位,需要调节的时候将数据传送至气缸30和电机43的控制单元用以控制电机43和气缸30的运动。

1.一种光伏板的安装支架,包括支架(10)和连接座(20),所述连接座(20)位于支架(10)的顶部,其特征在于:所述连接座(20)的侧部设有气缸(30),所述气缸(30)倾斜设置,气缸(30)的气缸杆末端与铰接板(31)铰接;本机构还包括电机组件(40),所述电机组件(40)与铰接板(31)固定连接,所述电机组件(40)包括壳体(41),所述壳体(41)之中安装电机(43),所述电机(43)的输出端设有蜗杆(44),所述蜗杆(44)与位于其侧部的蜗轮(45)啮合,所述蜗轮(45)安装在转动轴(46)上,所述转动轴(46)穿过壳体(41),转动轴(46)的顶部和底部连接转动板(47),所述转动板(47)与光伏安装板(50)连接。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种光伏板的安装支架,其特征在于:所述气缸(30)固定在连接座(20)上,气缸(30)与连接座(20)始终保持二十度的角度。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种光伏板的安装支架,其特征在于:所述壳体(41)的底部与连接座(20)连接,壳体(41)与连接座(20)之间为铰接。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种光伏板的安装支架,其特征在于:所述光伏安装板(50)上设有第一方位传感器(51),所述第一方位传感器(51)位于光伏安装板(50)的顶部。
5.如权利要求1所述的一种光伏板的安装支架,其特征在于:所述光伏安装板(50)上设有第二方位传感器(52),所述第二方位传感器(52)位于光伏安装板(50)的侧部。
