本发明公开了一种轨道交通用双接头网线,包括:阻燃PVC大护套,位于阻燃PVC大护套内的两根四芯网线,所述两根四芯网线可分别连接到两个网络接头,所述四芯网线由阻燃PE小护套包裹的四条芯线组成,所述芯线包括:铜导体、包覆在所述铜导体外的聚烯烃绝缘料、包覆在所述聚烯烃绝缘料外的多层铝箔屏蔽膜,所述两根四芯网线之间还设有软质塑料片。通过上述方式,本发明一根网线可以连接两个网络接头,能节省网线布设空间,并且具有优异的抗电磁干扰性、耐磨性、防水阻燃性。

技术领域
本发明涉及数据线缆领域,特别是涉及一种轨道交通用双接头网线。
背景技术
当前我国轨道交通业正处于蓬勃发展的时代,铁路运输掀起了高速化、重载化的新高潮,城市轨道交通也得到了极大的发展。因此对轨道交通用线缆,包括电力电缆、网络通信线缆等的需求量也相应增大,通常情况下,轨道交通智能控制系统需要布设多根网络通信线缆,使线路错综复杂,巡检员容易出现漏检现象,对于线路维护极为不利,同时轨道交通在行驶过程中经历多种恶劣环境,因此对网络通信线缆的抗电磁干扰性、耐磨性、防水、阻燃性等提出了更高的要求。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种轨道交通用双接头网线,一根网线可以连接两个网络接头,能节省网线布设空间,并且具有优异的抗电磁干扰性、耐磨性、防水阻燃性。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的一个技术方案是:提供一种轨道交通用双接头网线,包括:阻燃PVC大护套,位于阻燃PVC大护套内的两根四芯网线,所述两根四芯网线可分别连接到两个网络接头,所述四芯网线由阻燃PE小护套包裹的四条芯线组成,所述芯线包括:铜导体、包覆在所述铜导体外的聚烯烃绝缘料、包覆在所述聚烯烃绝缘料外的多层铝箔屏蔽膜,所述两根四芯网线之间还设有软质塑料片。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述铜导体的直径为0.57-0.59mm。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述阻燃PVC大护套与阻燃PE小护套之间还设有聚酯纤维缠绕层。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述铝箔屏蔽膜有2-4层。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明网线内设置有两根独立的四芯网线,所述两根四芯网线可以分别连接两个网络接头,从而能节省网线布设空间,降低巡检员工作量,提高巡检效率;并且四芯网线内设有多层屏蔽铝箔膜,两根四芯网线间设有软质塑料片隔断,使其具有优异的抗电磁干扰性能,能保证轨道交通智能控制系统信号传输稳定;同时采用燃PVC大护套结合阻燃PE小护套,使网线具有良好的耐磨性、防水、阻燃性。

一种轨道交通用双接头网线,包括:阻燃PVC大护套1,被所述阻燃PVC大护套1包裹着的两根四芯网线2,所述两根四芯网线2可分别连接到两个网络接头,即所述网线内置有两根独立的四芯网线2,从而能节省网线布设空间;
所述四芯网线2由阻燃PE小护套4包裹的四条芯线组成,所述芯线包括:铜导体21、包覆在所述铜导体21外的聚烯烃绝缘料22、包覆在所述聚烯烃绝缘料22外的多层铝箔屏蔽膜23,所述两根四芯网线2之间还设有软质塑料片3,用于将所述两根四芯网线进行隔断,避免两根四芯网线出现信号互扰现象。
优选地,所述铜导体21的直径为0.57-0.59mm,采用较粗的铜导体,能提高网线的传输速度。
所述阻燃PVC大护套1与阻燃PE小护套4之间,沿着所述阻燃PE小护套4的外壁绕制有聚酯纤维缠绕层5,其能提高网线整体柔软性,便于弯曲布线。
所述铝箔屏蔽膜23有2-4层,屏蔽性高,能有效排除外界对网线传输的干扰,从而提高传输速度。
本发明揭示了一种轨道交通用双接头网线,内设置有两根独立的四芯网线,所述两根四芯网线可以分别连接两个网络接头,从而能节省网线布设空间,降低巡检员工作量,提高巡检效率;并且四芯网线内设有多层屏蔽铝箔膜,两根四芯网线间设有软质塑料片隔断,使其具有优异的抗电磁干扰性能,能保证轨道交通智能控制系统信号传输稳定;同时采用燃PVC大护套结合阻燃PE小护套,使网线具有良好的耐磨性、防水、阻燃性。

1.一种轨道交通用双接头网线,其特征在于,包括:阻燃PVC大护套,位于阻燃PVC大护套内的两根四芯网线,所述两根四芯网线可分别连接到两个网络接头,所述四芯网线由阻燃PE小护套包裹的四条芯线组成,所述芯线包括:铜导体、包覆在所述铜导体外的聚烯烃绝缘料、包覆在所述聚烯烃绝缘料外的多层铝箔屏蔽膜,所述两根四芯网线之间还设有软质塑料片。
2.根据权利要求1所述的轨道交通用双接头网线,其特征在于,所述铜导体的直径为0.57-0.59mm。
3.根据权利要求1所述的轨道交通用双接头网线,其特征在于,所述阻燃PVC大护套与阻燃PE小护套之间还设有聚酯纤维缠绕层。
4.根据权利要求1所述的轨道交通用双接头网线,其特征在于,所述铝箔屏蔽膜有2-4层。
