For example, the processor is respectively connected with the communication module and the door lock structure, and the processor is used for controlling the opening and closing of the door lock structure according to the management information; preferably, the processor is connected to the memory and the door lock structure, respectively, and the processor is configured to control the opening and closing of the door lock structure according to the management information, and generate the opening and closing information of the door lock structure when opening and closing. For example, door opening information among the switch information of the door lock structure is generated every time a door is opened; and generating door closing information in the switch information of the door lock structure every time the door is closed, and so on. For another example, the door opening information in the switch information of the door lock structure is generated only when the door of the switch of the door lock structure is opened for the first time according to the management information, and the door closing information in the switch information of the door lock structure is generated each time the door is closed, but only the door closing information when the door is closed for the last time is retained.
Preferably, the controller is further provided with a timer, the timer is connected with the communication module, and the timer is used for triggering the communication module to send the switch information to the background management server at regular time. Preferably, the timer is connected with the communication module through the processor, and the timer is used for controlling the communication module to send the switch information to the background management server at regular time through the processor. Therefore, the communication module can be controlled at regular time, and the switching information can be sent to the background management server at regular time. For example, the switching information is sent to the background management server once per week or once per month. Therefore, the overall statistics of the background management server is facilitated. Preferably, the timer is further configured to control the communication module to send the switch information to the management terminal at regular time through the processor, for example, the timer is further configured to control the communication module to send the switch information to the management terminal corresponding to the intelligent lock device at regular time through the processor. Therefore, the management terminal can perform overall statistics.
Preferably, the controller is further provided with an acquisition device, the acquisition device is connected with the memory, and the acquisition device is used for acquiring external device data and storing the external device data in the memory. For example, the controller obtains device data of external network data service, telephone, water meter, electricity meter, heating meter and/or gas meter and the like through the obtaining device and stores the device data in the memory. Preferably, the obtaining device is connected to the memory through the processor, and the obtaining device is configured to transmit the device data to the processor, generate the device data corresponding to the device number information by the processor, and store the device data in the memory. Preferably, the acquiring device is further connected to the door lock structure, and is configured to acquire external device data when the door lock structure is opened or closed, and store the external device data in the memory as a part of the opening/closing information. Therefore, the intelligent lockset device can conveniently and directly acquire network data service number information, telephone number information, water meter number information, electric meter number information, heating meter number information and/or gas meter number information and the like, and directly transmit the network data service number information, the telephone number information, the water meter number information, the electric meter number information, the heating meter number information and/or the gas meter number information to the processor, so that the background management server can quickly acquire related data. For example, the obtaining device is used for obtaining data of equipment of an apartment where the intelligent lock device is located, where the equipment includes a network data service, a telephone, a water meter, an electric meter, a heating meter, a gas meter, and/or the like; that is, the acquisition device directly reads the meter in a short distance, and the acquisition device does not need to acquire long-distance data; the background management server is used for remotely acquiring the equipment data of the service provider according to the equipment number information; preferably, the background management server is further configured to compare device data of an apartment where the intelligent lock device is located with device data of a service provider to determine whether an abnormal condition occurs; preferably, the background management server is further configured to send alarm information when it is determined that an abnormal condition occurs; for example, sending alarm information to the management terminal; for example, sending alarm information to the management terminal connected to the intelligent lock device of the apartment.
Preferably, the processor generates the switch information of the door lock structure only when the door lock structure corresponding to the beginning of the management information becomes effective for the first time and only when the door lock structure corresponding to the ending of the management information becomes effective for the last time is closed; for example, the processor also stores the switch information in the memory. And/or the acquiring device is further connected with the door lock structure and used for respectively acquiring external equipment data when the door lock structure corresponding to the beginning of the management information takes effect is opened for the first time and the door lock structure corresponding to the ending of the management information takes effect is closed for the last time, and the external equipment data are stored in the memory as part of the switch information. Therefore, the switch information when the door lock structure is opened for the first time corresponding to the effective beginning of the management information and the switch information when the door lock structure is closed for the last time corresponding to the effective ending of the management information can be stored in the memory and sent to the background management server, so that the processing efficiency of the background management server is improved, and the overhead of the background management server can be saved.
Preferably, the door lock structure is integrally provided with the controller. Preferably, each management terminal corresponds to one intelligent lock device, that is, the management terminals and the intelligent lock devices are arranged in a one-to-one correspondence manner; for another example, each of the management terminals is correspondingly integrated with one of the intelligent lock devices, for example, the management terminal is integrated with the intelligent lock device, and the management terminal and the intelligent lock device are manufactured, used and sold as an integrated product.
Preferably, the intelligent lock device further comprises an external module, wherein the external module is connected with the controller and is used for accessing a control unit of at least one external device; the controller is also used for sending a control signal to at least one control unit through the external module. Preferably, the external module is connected with the processor through the communication module. For example, the communication module is a wireless communication module. For example, the external module is connected with the processor through the wireless communication module. For example, the intelligent lock device or the controller thereof is configured to generate switch information when the lock device is turned on or off, acquire operating data corresponding to the external device when the external module is connected to the control unit, generate or adjust the switch information according to the operating data, and upload the switch information to the background management server at regular time through the communication module. Therefore, a large number of external devices such as a refrigerator, a washing machine, a television, an electric cooker, an air conditioner and/or a water heater can be connected through the external module, so that the intelligent apartment and the functional service thereof can be really realized by matching with the use of intelligent household appliances, and effective management and control are realized through the intelligent lockset device.
Preferably, the management terminal is a handheld terminal, for example, the communication module is further configured to be in communication connection with the handheld terminal. For example, the handheld terminal is a mobile phone, a tablet computer or other smart devices that can be handheld. For another example, the intelligent lock device or the controller thereof is further configured to receive a prompting message corresponding to the external device when the external module is connected to the control unit, and send the prompting message to the handheld terminal immediately when the prompting message is received. For example, the reminding information comprises gas leakage of an apartment, light not being turned off, curtain wetting and the like. For another example, the memory is further configured to store an early warning plan, and the intelligent lock device or the controller thereof is further configured to receive an alarm signal corresponding to an external device when the external module is connected to the control unit, immediately start the early warning plan when the alarm signal is received, and send the alarm signal to the management terminal or the preset alarm receiving terminal according to the early warning plan. Thus, the intelligent lockset device can realize various control and safety functions. Preferably, the controller is provided with a policy configuration unit, and the policy configuration unit is connected with the memory, and is used for configuring a control policy and storing the control policy in the memory; for example, the control policy includes a reliability order setting policy, a reliability selection policy, a switch information generation policy, and/or a switch information transmission policy. For example, the policy configuration unit is further configured to configure an authorization policy, an upload policy, and/or an alarm policy; or the control policy comprises an authorization policy, an uploading policy and/or an alarm policy and the like. For example, the authorization policy includes a user authentication policy, a password verification policy, and/or an installation address coding policy; for another example, the uploading policy includes a switch information generation policy, a switch information screening policy, a background management server selection policy and/or a controller selection policy, and the like; for another example, the alarm policy includes an alarm signal generation policy, an alarm object selection policy, and/or an alarm mode selection policy. Preferably, the policy configuration unit is connected with a numeric password keyboard and/or a touch display screen (i.e. a touch screen). As another example, the policy configuration unit is connected to the communication module. Thus, more intelligent and reliable control effect can be realized according to preset or revised strategies. For the intelligent lock device, the reliability is the first and is more important than the intelligence, and through the strategy configuration, the sequence of the strategies with high reliability can be adjusted according to the requirements of apartment users, apartment managers or apartment obligees, so that the intelligent lock device is more relieved in use and management, and can be reminded and alarmed when needed, thereby effectively improving the reliability and the safety of the intelligent lock device.
For example, the communication module is further configured to send configuration data of the intelligent lock device, an intelligent reminding strategy, data information of installed application software, and user right management information to the background management server; for example, the background management server is configured to receive configuration data, an intelligent reminding strategy, data information of installed application software, and user right management information uploaded by the intelligent lock device; for example, the background management server is provided with a configuration receiving unit, a policy receiving unit, an application software data information receiving unit and a user authority management unit, wherein the configuration receiving unit is used for receiving configuration data uploaded by the intelligent lock device, the policy receiving unit is used for receiving an intelligent reminding policy uploaded by the intelligent lock device, the application software data information receiving unit is used for receiving data information of application software installed on the intelligent lock device uploaded by the intelligent lock device, and the user authority management unit is used for receiving user authority management information uploaded by the intelligent lock device and completing user authority management.
For example, the background management server is configured to receive switch information sent by the intelligent lockset device through the communication module, where the switch information includes door opening information, door closing information, a lock falling state, whether to unlock the intelligent lockset device by unauthorized means, and the like; for example, the controller is provided with a door opening monitoring unit, a door closing monitoring unit, a lock falling state monitoring unit and an authorized unlocking judgment unit, wherein the door opening monitoring unit is used for monitoring door opening information, the door closing monitoring unit is used for monitoring door closing information, the lock falling state monitoring unit is used for monitoring lock falling state, and the authorized unlocking judgment unit is used for judging whether unauthorized unlocking is performed.
For example, the background management server is further configured to receive related information of all external modules and/or related data of all applications; for another example, the background management server is further configured to send the relevant information to the intelligent lock device or the management terminal according to a reminding strategy customized by the user, for example, send the relevant information to the intelligent lock device or the management terminal in different reminding manners; for another example, the background management server is further configured to receive relevant information of all the external modules, and send the relevant information to the intelligent lock device or the management terminal according to a user customized reminding strategy; for another example, the background management server is further configured to push the relevant information to the intelligent lock device or the management terminal in different manners according to the relevant service policy customized by the user.
For example, the management terminal is used for pairing with the intelligent lock devices one by one, receiving the management authority distributed by the intelligent lock devices, and performing remote access or remote control; for another example, the management terminal is further configured to receive a message prompt of the intelligent lock device, so that an administrator can view information of other external modules connected to the intelligent lock device and perform remote control.
For example, the controller is configured with a system architecture for installing an operating system, that is, an operating control system, for example, the system architecture includes an android system architecture or a Linux system architecture or a window system architecture, which is respectively used for installing the android system or the Linux system or the window system, and is connected to the internet through the communication module, for example, a WiFi module. As another example, the intelligent lock device sets the operation control system in the controller, for example, the operating system is used to install app software and complete corresponding online application operations. Preferably, the background management server collects software information and/or data of each app installed in the controller of the intelligent lock device, and is used for performing big data analysis service on each intelligent lock device. For example, the background management server is provided with an analysis module, and the analysis module is connected with the controller through the communication module of the intelligent lockset device; for another example, the analysis module is connected to the policy configuration unit and/or the policy processing unit of the controller through the communication module of the intelligent lock device, and is configured to implement big data analysis through the switch information and/or the control policy of the intelligent lock device. For another example, the background management server is further provided with an adjusting module connected to the analysis module, the adjusting module is further in communication connection with the communication module of each intelligent lock device, and the adjusting module is configured to adjust the control strategy of each intelligent lock device according to the big data analysis of the analysis module. For example, the policy receiving unit is connected to the policy configuration unit and/or the policy processing unit of the controller through the communication module of the intelligent lock device, and the policy receiving unit is configured to receive an intelligent reminding policy uploaded by the intelligent lock device and is further configured to receive a control policy of the intelligent lock device; as another example, the policy receiving unit is further configured to receive, through the configuration receiving unit, a control policy of the intelligent lock device; in another example, the adjusting module is connected to the configuration receiving unit or the policy receiving unit.
For example, the external device comprises gas, water and electricity, an air conditioner, a water heater, an electric lamp and/or a curtain, and the external module is used for connecting a control unit of the gas, water and electricity, the air conditioner, the water heater, the electric lamp and/or the curtain; the controller is also used for sending a control signal to at least one control unit through the external module. For example, the external module is used for connecting or controlling a control unit of equipment such as gas, water and electricity, an air conditioner, a water heater, an electric lamp and/or a curtain. Preferably, each control unit is connected with the external module through the WiFi module and transmits the information to the intelligent lock device.
For example, the intelligent lock device is provided with an operating system, management software is installed in the operating system to manage and control the accessed external module, and at least 3 control strategies are formulated. For another example, the controller of the intelligent lock device is provided with a policy processing unit, configured to perform policy processing according to at least one control policy, for example, the policy processing unit is connected to the policy configuration unit; the strategy processing comprises controlling the communication module to transmit the switch information, controlling the external module to be connected with the control unit, controlling the intelligent lockset device to alarm and the like; for another example, the control strategies include a first strategy, a second strategy, and/or a third strategy; wherein, the first policy is: the intelligent lockset device generates switch information when being switched on and switched off, acquires running data corresponding to external equipment when an external module is connected to a control unit, generates or adjusts the switch information according to the running data, and uploads the switch information to the background management server at regular time. The second strategy is: the intelligent lockset device acquires the reminding information of corresponding external equipment when the external module is connected into the control unit, and immediately sends the reminding information to the management terminal when receiving the reminding information. The third strategy is: when the external module is connected to the control unit, the intelligent lockset device receives an alarm signal corresponding to external equipment, immediately starts an early warning plan when receiving the alarm signal, and sends the alarm signal to a preset management terminal or a preset alarm receiving end according to the early warning plan.
For example, an example of an application is a long-renting apartment, and the long-renting apartment needs to be combined with a smart home, an IT system and the internet of things to be a smart apartment for future development, so that the management is convenient and the living experience of a tenant is improved. Therefore, the decentralized and centralized operation modes are integrated through an effective system, unified management is realized, and the cost is reduced; the house state of the house can be monitored at any time, and the renting state of the house can be known in time through a management terminal. Furthermore, through the application of the intelligent lock device, the entrance guard safety integration of long-renting apartments or other applications can be realized, the house positioning service and the check-in experience service are realized, the short-renting service experience is realized, the self-service house-watching service is realized, the statistical analysis of the information state of the apartment house is realized, the on-line supervision of gas, water and electricity is realized, the water, electricity and gas of the apartment are inquired through the system, the notice and the assistance payment are issued, the safety precaution and the monitoring are realized, and the like. And, the same applies to hotel management or short rental apartments. For example, an apartment manager distributes the lock authority through the system, issues a password and unlocks an IC card, inquires the water and electricity use state of each apartment through the system, and expands and connects corresponding intelligent equipment according to actual needs, so that the intelligent lock device management system is perfected, and more comprehensive and faster service is improved.
One example of the application is that a single chip microcomputer of an intelligent lockset device in an N # room of a centralized apartment is responsible for controlling specific door opening actions and collecting door opening records; the single chip microcomputer in the N # room temporarily stores the acquired data to an internal EEPROM/FLASH and waits for the inquiry of a host of the centralized apartment; polling N submachine in an idle state by the host, and transmitting inquired data to a background management server through a network port; when the host receives a specific instruction of the background management server, the host exits the idle state, enters an instruction mode and starts to execute the instruction; and after the instruction execution is finished, the room enters an idle state polling N # again. In the embodiment, the requirements on data instantaneity and data throughput are not high, and the requirements can be completely met by adopting a serial port. For example, 485 internal networking can be adopted, and data are transmitted by adopting differential signals, so that the anti-interference performance is good.
For example, the apartment self-service registration management system further includes a website connected to the backend management server, and is configured to log in the backend management server through the website; as another example, the backend management server further includes a website. As another example of the application, as shown in fig. 2, the background management server issues a password, and the dormitory user opens the door by using the password; wifi is directly connected with a background management server of the internet website, and the background management server of the website manages the lock. For another example, the APP application software is set on the administrator mobile phone, and the Wifi internet function is configured by the APP application software. For example, the user adopts a cell phone BLE (bluetooth low energy) door opening function. For another example, only the mobile phone number of the user authorized on the website can be opened by bluetooth within a certain time range. For example, background website functions include: registering dormitory personnel information including mobile phone numbers and the like; inquiring the working state of the lock; issuing and canceling door cards according to personnel, wherein the door cards comprise a card loss reporting function and the like; the door card can be provided with an expiration date; the mobile phone number authorizes the Bluetooth to open the door; reading door opening records, including door opening by a door card and door opening by Bluetooth; a direct power supply function and an emergency power supply interface. For example, the intelligent lock device or the door lock structure thereof adopts centralized power supply without using a battery. Preferably, the intelligent lock device or the door lock structure thereof is provided with an emergency power interface, and if no power is available, the intelligent lock device or the door lock structure thereof uses USB for emergency power supply. For another example, the intelligent lockset device further includes a sound player for voice prompt, and the sound player is connected to the controller, for example, for giving a voice prompt in the door opening action, that is, giving a voice prompt in the door opening and closing process. For example, adopt current electronic lock framework, cancel the button part, increase a Wifi serial module and a BLE serial module, set up the controller, for example adopt two serial ports on the singlechip to drive Wifi and BLE module respectively. For example, the Wifi module sets the module through a serial port AT command, works in a Station mode, connects to the wireless AP, and finally connects to the Internet. After the website is established on the external network, the lock is managed through the website. As another example, the intelligent lock device is an intelligent device, and preferably, the controller is provided with an operation control system. For example, the operation control system includes an android system. For example, the controller has an intelligent chip or an intelligent system, such as a SoC, as well as an android, etc.; therefore, the controller can be conveniently and flexibly controlled, is easy to upgrade or manage, and can realize multiple functions by operating different software on the control system. For example, as shown in fig. 3, interaction between the background management server and the website and interaction between the website and the smart device are performed, and the background management server is connected to the website and the smart device, respectively, to implement service processing.
For example, the controller comprises a single chip microcomputer and is realized by adopting serial port communication; for example, serial parameters may be communicated to the host using UART1, e.g., a baud rate of 9600, 8 bits, without verification. For example, the data packet format therein uses a fixed length of 24 bytes, as shown in table 1 below.

1. An apartment self-service registration management system is characterized by comprising a background management server, at least one management terminal and a plurality of intelligent lockset devices which are remotely connected;
the intelligent lockset device comprises a door lock structure and a controller connected with the door lock structure;
each management terminal is respectively connected with the background management server and the controller of at least one intelligent lock device;
the management terminal is provided with an authentication module, the authentication module is connected with the controller and is remotely connected with the background management server, and the authentication module is used for acquiring the registration information of at least one intelligent lock device, sending the registration information to the background management server, receiving the confirmation information of the background management server for at least one intelligent lock device and forwarding the confirmation information to the controller of the corresponding intelligent lock device;
the controller is remotely connected with the background management server and is used for receiving the confirmation information, sending the identity information of the door lock structure to the background management server, receiving the management information of the background management server and managing the door lock structure according to the management information;
the intelligent lockset device also comprises an external module, wherein the external module is connected with the controller and is used for accessing a control unit of at least one external device; the controller is also used for sending a control signal to at least one control unit through the external module;
wherein,
the registration information comprises a check code used for proving that a manager or an owner of the door lock structure agrees to register on the background management server;
the registration information further comprises a certificate;
the identity information includes room information for locating the intelligent lockset device and equipment number information for providing public support services for the room.
2. An apartment self-service registration management system as described in claim 1, wherein the controller is provided with a memory, a communication module, and a processor;
the memory is connected with the communication module and used for storing the check code, the identity information and the switch information of the door lock structure;
the communication module is respectively connected with the processor and the authentication module and remotely connected with the background management server, and is used for sending the check code of the door lock structure to the authentication module, receiving the confirmation information of the authentication module and transmitting the confirmation information to the processor;
the communication module is also used for sending the identity information and the switch information of the door lock structure to the background management server, receiving the management information of the background management server and transmitting the management information to the processor;
the processor is respectively connected with the memory and the door lock structure, and is used for controlling the opening and closing of the door lock structure according to the management information and generating the opening and closing information of the door lock structure during opening and closing.
3. An apartment self-service registration management system as claimed in claim 2, wherein the controller is further provided with a timer, the timer is connected to the communication module, and the timer is used for triggering the communication module to send the switch information to the background management server at regular time.
4. An apartment self-service registration management system as defined in claim 3, wherein the timer is connected to the communication module via the processor, and the timer is configured to control the communication module via the processor to send the switch information to the background management server at regular time.
5. An apartment self-service registration management system according to claim 2, wherein the controller is further provided with an acquisition device, the acquisition device being connected to the memory, and the acquisition device being configured to acquire external device data and store the external device data in the memory.
6. An apartment self-service registration management system according to claim 5, wherein the acquisition device is connected to the memory via the processor, and the acquisition device is configured to transmit the device data to the processor, generate device data corresponding to device number information by the processor, and store the device data in the memory.
