Abstract

本发明是一种用于双螺杆泵或双螺杆压缩机的新型螺杆。本发明通过改变其齿形曲线,用阿基米德螺旋线以及以其为基线的摆线包络线替代原有的渐开线或圆弧等曲线段,使其用于双螺杆泵或双螺杆压缩机时能达到严格(完全)的密封,容积效率高,且不会发生干涉现象,是一种简单、实用、应用效果好,齿形由摆线(B)、阿基米德螺旋线(A)、以及以其为基线的摆线包络线(B)等组成的新型螺杆。

Description

一种新型齿形螺杆
本发明是一种用于双螺杆泵或双螺杆压缩机的螺杆,属于双螺杆泵或双螺杆压缩机所用螺杆的改进技术。
现有用于双螺杆泵或双螺杆压缩机的螺杆,如渐开线齿形螺杆,其齿形曲线是由摆线、齿根圆圆弧、齿顶圆圆弧。渐开线组合而成,这种螺杆用于双螺杆泵时,其存在的缺点就是不能达到严格(完全)密封性,容积效率不高。
本发明的目的在于提供一种通过改变其齿形曲线,以使其用于双螺杆泵或双螺杆压缩机时能达到严格(完全)密封,容积效率高,不会发生干涉现象,齿形由摆线(B)、阿基米德螺旋线(A)、以及以其为基线的摆线包络线(B)等组成的新型螺杆。
本发明的齿形曲线如附图所示,曲线abcdefghij为螺杆横截面上的齿形曲线,acg在齿顶圆的一直径上,a在齿顶圆上,c在齿根圆上,d、e在齿根圆上,i、j在齿顶圆上,曲线abc为摆线,cde为齿根圆的圆弧,ija为齿顶圆的圆弧,ghi为阿基米德螺旋线,efg为以ghi曲线段为基线的摆线包络线。
上述螺杆可做成左旋螺杆,也可做成右旋螺杆。
本发明通过改变其齿形曲线,用阿基米德螺旋线以及以其为基线的摆线包络线替代原有的渐开线或圆弧等曲线段,以使其用于双螺杆泵或双螺杆压缩机时能达到严格(完全)的密封,容积效率高,且不会发生干涉现象,是一种简单、实用,应用效果好的新型螺杆。
下面通过附图详细说明本发明的具体结构及其密封机理。
图1为本发明的齿形曲线,图中abc为直齿面,efghi为斜齿面。
图2为图1中螺杆直齿面上的密封线在轴截面上的投影图。

本发明可做成左旋螺杆,也可做成右旋螺杆。
本发明用于双螺杆泵或双螺杆压缩机时,相邻螺杆仅在螺纹方向不同,其齿形结构相同。
本发明用于双螺杆泵或双螺杆压缩机时的密封机理如下:
根据本发明的齿形曲线可得到图2及图3所示的螺杆齿面密封曲线,其中图2为本发明螺杆直齿面的密封线在轴截面上的投影,图中O1螺杆直齿面的密封线是O2螺杆齿顶缘划出的ac弧,而O1螺杆的齿顶缘与O2螺杆齿面同样形成一条密封线a′c′,且螺杆直齿面的密封线ac、a′c′都各自贯穿齿面与壳体和O1、O2线上的螺杆齿底相连。
图3为图1中螺杆斜齿面的密封线在轴截面上的投影,图中O2螺杆斜齿面的齿面母线与O1螺杆斜齿面的齿根齿形组成的密封曲线就是折线abg;同理,O1螺杆斜齿面齿顶缘与O2螺杆斜齿面根缘在齿面上的密封线是折线a′b′g,它与折线abg相接于g点。由此可见,螺杆斜齿面的密封线是折线abgb′a′,它贯穿于两螺杆的共同齿面,而与O1、O2线上的两螺杆齿底相连。
根据对螺杆齿面密封线的分析,再考虑到O1、O2螺杆齿顶面及齿底面相互相切而形成的密封线,则可得螺杆密封腔状况如图4所示,图4中密封腔的轴截面投影图如图5所示。从图4、图5可见;每级螺杆齿槽中的压液连通路线都形成一个单独的“8”字形封闭环。这个密封环的存在,已从应用本发明的双螺杆泵的实际检测中得到证实,它是完全满足螺杆泵第一、二类密封条件的。
综上所述,可见,本发明用于双螺杆泵或双螺杆压缩机时能达到严格(完全)的密封,因此其容积效率高,且不会发生干涉现象。

Claims (2)

1、一种新型齿形螺杆,曲线abcdefghij为螺杆横截面上的齿形曲线,a、c、g在齿顶圆的一直径上,a在齿顶圆上,c在齿根圆上,d、e在齿根圆上,i、j在齿顶圆上,其特征在于曲线abc为摆线,cde为齿根圆的圆弧,ija为齿顶圆的圆弧,ghi为阿基米德螺旋线,efg为以ghi曲线段为基线的摆线包络线。
2、根据权利要求1所述的螺杆,其特征在于可做成左旋螺杆,也可做成右旋螺杆。
