The present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the embodiments with reference to the attached drawings.
The embodiment of the system is as follows:
referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 is a schematic structural diagram of a steel cable tension measuring system with a wedge according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown, the system includes: a clamping device 1, a take-up device 2 and a tension measuring device 3.
Wherein, clamping device 1 can be two, all is used for the centre gripping to be surveyed wire rope 4 to, the distance between two clamping device 1 is preset distance, and during concrete implementation, the preset distance between two clamping device 1 is more than or equal to tension measuring device 3's length. The wire tightening device 2 is connected between the two clamping devices 1 and used for tensioning the tested steel wire rope 4, in the specific implementation, the wire tightening device 2 can select an electric wire tightening device, and the wire tightening device 2 can be provided with a wire tightening steel wire rope 21.
The tension measuring device 3 is connected between the two clamping devices 1 and used for measuring the tension of the steel wire rope 4 to be measured, the wire tightening device 2 and the tension measuring device 3 are arranged in parallel, and during specific implementation, the tension measuring device 3 can select a wireless tension measuring device.
During measurement, the two ends of the steel wire rope 4 to be measured are fixed, and then the steel wire rope 4 to be measured is determined to be in a stable state, namely, the steel wire rope cannot have large vibration, rotation or circumferential motion, which is a necessary condition for installing the steel wire rope tension measuring system with the wedge-shaped body. After the steel wire rope 4 to be measured is determined to be in a stable state, a tension measuring point is selected on the steel wire rope 4 to be measured, after the measuring point is selected, the clamping devices 1 are respectively installed on two sides of the tension measuring point, and the clamping device on the left side shown in fig. 1 is marked as a first clamping device, and the clamping device on the right side is marked as a second clamping device. The installation distance between the two clamping devices 1 is greater than or equal to the length of the tension measuring device 3, and the installation distance is the preset distance between the two clamping devices 1. After the two clamping devices 1 are installed, the wire tensioning device 2 is connected between the two clamping devices 1, the wire tensioning device 2 is started to reduce the distance between the two clamping devices 1, and then the tested steel wire ropes 4 outside the two clamping devices 1 are tensioned, namely the tested steel wire ropes 4 on the left side of the first clamping device and the tested steel wire ropes 4 on the right side of the second clamping device are tensioned. When the distance between the two clamping devices 1 reaches a certain distance, for example, 20cm to 30cm, the take-up device 2 is closed, and at this time, the take-up device 2 bears the tension of the measured steel wire rope 4. Then, the tension measuring device 3 is connected between the two clamping devices 1, the wire tightening device 2 is started, the wire tightening steel wire rope 21 of the wire tightening device 2 is loosened, at the moment, if the diameter of the measured steel wire rope 4 is too large, the wire tightening device 2 can be completely taken down to prevent the measured steel wire rope 4 from contacting with the wire tightening device 2, the tension of the measured steel wire rope 4 is born by the tension measuring device 3, and the tension value of the measured steel wire rope 4 is obtained through the tension measuring device 3. After the tension of the measured steel wire rope 4 is measured, the wire tightening device 2 is started, the wire tightening steel wire rope 21 is loosened primarily, the distance between the two clamping devices 1 is shortened so as to remove the tension measuring device 3, and then the wire tightening steel wire rope 21 is loosened completely, so that the measured steel wire rope 4 is restored to the initial state. And finally, the wire tensioning device 2 and the two clamping devices 1 are taken down, so that the tension of the measured steel wire rope 4 is measured.
During measurement, the tension measuring device actually measures the tension of the measured steel wire rope 4 between the first wire clamping device and the second wire clamping device, namely the tension of the measured steel wire rope 4 at the measuring point.
