Abstract
The invention discloses a traction force measuring device of a pure electric light truck, which comprises a main truck connecting plate, a front U-shaped pin, a hard rod, a rear U-shaped pin, a protection module and an auxiliary truck connecting plate, wherein the front end of the hard rod is connected with the main truck connecting plate through the front U-shaped pin, one end of the protection module is connected with the rear end of the hard rod through the rear U-shaped pin, the other end of the protection module is connected with the auxiliary truck connecting plate through a bolt, and bolt holes are formed in the main truck connecting plate and the auxiliary truck connecting plate. Replacing the tension sensor with a protection module when in the traction mode; when traction force is measured, the protection module is dismounted and replaced by a tension sensor, one end of the tension sensor is connected with the rear end of the hard rod through a U-shaped pin, and the other end of the tension sensor is connected with an auxiliary vehicle connecting plate through a connecting pin. The pure electric light card is connected with the front vehicle and the rear vehicle through the steel wire rope in the simulated climbing test process. The connection mode causes large measurement error of the swinging displacement of the tension sensor, and the safety of people and vehicles is easily influenced after the steel wire rope is broken.

The working principle of the invention is as follows:
the rear protection of the front vehicle is disassembled, and the main vehicle connecting plate 1 is fixed on a test vehicle (front vehicle) through bolts; the towing hook of the rear vehicle is detached, and the auxiliary vehicle connecting plate 6 is fixed on the test vehicle (the rear vehicle) through bolts.
