Abstract
A vibration sensor fixing device with a wind and rain preventing function is composed of a multifunctional base and a wind and rain preventing fixing cover. Compared with other sensor fixing devices, the sensor fixing device comprehensively considers factors influencing the measurement and arrangement of the sensor. The device has a weather-proof function, the connecting wire of the sensor is fixed by a movable cover plate of the fixing device, and the fixed cover can further isolate the influence of the external environment, so that the sensor is protected and the data measurement is prevented from being interfered by the weather; secondly, the multifunctional base used by the invention structurally provides a plurality of connection modes with a measured object, and the base can be fixed by selecting bonding, magnetic attraction or mechanical fixing methods according to the structural characteristics and the field environment of the measured object; and the sensor can be directly and reliably contacted with a measured object by utilizing the vertical pressing device and the sensor mounting hole reserved in the base. Because the fixing mode is flexible and convenient, and the sensor can be prevented from being damaged, the fixing effect of the sensor is effectively ensured.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a vibration sensor fixing device with a wind and rain preventing function, and belongs to the technical field of sensor fixing and protecting facilities.
Background
When outdoor vibration detection or monitoring is performed, a vibration sensor is generally fixed on the surface of a measured object to acquire measurement information. At present, the fixing method of the sensor mainly comprises three modes of mechanical fixing, adhesive fixing and magnetic adsorption fixing. The mechanical fixation is that the sensor is fixed on the surface of the measured object through a fixed clamp or a fastening screw, and the measured frequency response is real and reliable; however, the method needs to drill holes on the object to be measured for fixation, cannot realize nondestructive testing, and is not suitable for the object to be measured which cannot be drilled. The magnetic adsorption fixation fixes the sensor through magnetic attraction, does not damage a measured object and is convenient to move; however, the magnetic attraction test can reduce the use frequency response of the sensor, and for non-metal materials such as concrete, a metal sheet for fixation needs to be adhered in advance, so that the adhesive layer and the adhesion condition can also influence the test precision. The sensor is fixed on the surface of a measured object by coating adhesive on the surface of the sensor, and the method is suitable for measured objects with different surfaces; however, the adhesive is directly coated on the surface of the sensor, the surface of the sensor needs to be cleaned after each use, the sensor is damaged to a certain extent, and the sensor is not suitable for impact measurement.
On the other hand, in the outdoor vibration detection or monitoring process of large civil structures such as bridges and dams, the wind and rain environment of a measurement site directly brings interference to sensor data acquisition. Under the influence of field gust, the swing of the sensor to the connecting line near the interface can bring obvious disturbance and deviation to the measured data; rainwater easily enters the interface of the sensor, so that the phenomena of unstable data uploading and false alarm of the sensor are caused. Although wind and rain have a great influence on the sensor, they are not paid attention to many times.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a weather-proof multifunctional vibration sensor fixing device which is simple in structure, convenient to install and reliable in fixing, is suitable for a measured object made of any material, improves the installation application range of the sensor, avoids the influence of adhesive and magnetic attraction on measurement, and has the functions of protecting the sensor and avoiding the influence of weather, thereby bringing great benefits to outdoor vibration detection and monitoring.
The vibration sensor fixing device comprises a multifunctional base and a weather-proof fixing cover;
the multifunctional base is a part of the fixing device which is directly contacted with a measured object and is a thin plate with a central circular through hole, the central through hole, namely a sensor mounting hole, a base connecting thread and a base mounting hole, is arranged on the multifunctional base thin plate, and the base mounting hole comprises a magnetic suction mounting hole and a screw mounting hole;
the bottom surface of the multifunctional base thin plate is a plane and is bonded with a measured object through an adhesive;
the sensor mounting hole is arranged in the center of the multifunctional base and used for placing the sensor, so that the sensor can be directly contacted with the surface of a measured object;
the base connecting thread is arranged between the central through hole and the counter bore, is used for connecting the weather-proof fixed cover and the multifunctional base, and transmits and bears the reaction force generated by the sensor pressed by the fixed cover;
the base mounting holes are in a countersunk hole form and consist of magnetic suction mounting holes and screw mounting holes, and four vertex angle areas of the multifunctional base are respectively provided with one mounting hole; the countersunk head part is a magnetic suction mounting hole and is used for placing a strong magnetic suction to provide a magnetic suction fixing mode; the through hole part is a screw mounting hole for mounting a screw to provide a rigid fixing mode.

The vertical pressing device is positioned in the middle of the top surface of the shell of the weather-proof fixed cover and is connected with the top surface of the shell of the weather-proof fixed cover through threads; the vertical pressing device consists of a threaded rod and an upper rotating handle; the threaded rod is higher than the fixed cover shell height of weather proof slightly, can remove along the fixed cover shell direction of height of weather proof through the screw through-hole of the fixed cover shell top surface of weather proof, and the sensor is pushed down to inside screw in messenger threaded rod bottom to realize that sensor and testee firmly contact.
The transverse pressing and positioning device is arranged in the shell of the wind and rain resistant fixed cover; evenly set up four compression springs around the inner wall that is close to the fixed cover shell of weather proof, compression spring one end is fixed on the fixed cover shell of weather proof, and a little clamp plate is connected to the other end, and little clamp plate is direct and the sensor contact. When the sensor works, the sensor is placed among the four compression springs, and the elasticity of the compression springs is utilized to ensure that the sensor does not obviously move in the transverse direction.
The invention has the beneficial effects that: compared with other sensor fixing devices, the sensor fixing device comprehensively considers factors influencing the measurement and arrangement of the sensor. The device has a weather-proof function, the connecting wire of the sensor is fixed by a movable cover plate of the fixing device, and the fixed cover can further isolate the influence of the external environment, so that the sensor is protected and the data measurement is prevented from being interfered by the weather; secondly, the multifunctional base used by the invention structurally provides a plurality of connection modes with a measured object, and the base can be fixed by selecting bonding, magnetic attraction or mechanical fixing methods according to the structural characteristics and the field environment of the measured object; and the sensor can be directly and reliably contacted with a measured object by utilizing the vertical pressing device and the sensor mounting hole reserved in the base. Because the fixing mode is flexible and convenient, and the sensor can be prevented from being damaged, the fixing effect of the sensor is effectively ensured.

Detailed description of the preferred embodiments
The fixing device of the vibration sensor consists of a multifunctional base and a weather-proof fixing cover;

the base connecting thread is arranged between the central through hole, namely the sensor mounting hole, and the counter bore, is used for connecting the weather-proof fixing cover and the multifunctional base, and transmitting and bearing the reaction force generated when the fixing cover compresses the sensor;
