一种紧凑型微通道热管换热器,上集流管和中集流管之间设有第一换热芯体,上集流管和中集流管经第一换热芯体连通,中集流管和下集流管之间设有第二换热芯体,中集流管和下集流管经第二换热芯体连通;第一换热芯体和上集流管设置成冷凝器,第二换热芯体和下集流管设置成蒸发器,冷凝器和蒸发器分别设置在上下互不连通的冷凝腔室和蒸发腔室里。本发明将冷凝器和蒸发器连在一起,结构紧凑,外形体积小,可广泛使用于工业制冷中散热负载小、安装空间集中在一个平面的场合。

技术领域
本发明属于换热器技术领域,具体是涉及一种紧凑型微通道热管换热器,冷凝器和蒸发器连在一起,适用于工业制冷中散热负载小的场合。
背景技术
现有技术中,热管型换热器通常把冷凝器和蒸发器分开在两个独立不连通的空间中,冷凝器和蒸发器之间通过管道相连,由于机构体积较大,连接复杂,密封麻烦,因此不适合用于小型的换热场合。
发明内容
本发明主要是解决上述现有技术所存在的技术问题,提供了一种紧凑型微通道热管换热器。
本发明的上述技术问题主要是通过下述技术方案得以解决的:一种紧凑型微通道热管换热器,所述换热器包括上集流管、中集流管和下集流管,上集流管上设有冷媒加注口,其中上集流管和中集流管之间设有第一换热芯体,上集流管和中集流管经第一换热芯体连通,中集流管和下集流管之间设有第二换热芯体,中集流管和下集流管经第二换热芯体连通;所述第一换热芯体和上集流管设置成冷凝器,第二换热芯体和下集流管设置成蒸发器,冷凝器和蒸发器分别设置在上下互不连通的冷凝腔室和蒸发腔室里。
作为优选,所述第一换热芯体由若干微通道扁管及相邻扁管间的翅片构成,微通道扁管插接在上集流管和中集流管中,并使之连通;所述第二换热芯体由若干普通扁管构成,普通扁管插接在中集流管和下集流管中,并使之连通。
作为优选,所述蒸发腔室里,构成第二换热芯体的若干普通扁管外侧紧贴在导热板上,热源经导热板将热量传导给普通扁管,热交换充分高效。
作为优选,所述导热板上端翻折设有安装部,方便安装固定换热器。
使用时,经安装部将本发明安装在小型的换热场合,经冷媒加注口往上集流管中加注适量的冷媒,在蒸发腔室里,热源经导热板将热量传导给蒸发器,蒸发器的普通扁管内冷媒吸热汽化,冷媒沿着扁管上流经中集流管进入冷凝腔室;在冷凝腔室里,空气带走冷媒中的热量,冷凝器的微通道扁管内冷媒受冷液化,冷媒沿着微通道扁管下流经中集流管进入蒸发腔室,重复上述过程。本发明将冷凝器和蒸发器连在一起,结构紧凑,外形体积小,可广泛使用于工业制冷中散热负载小、安装空间集中在一个平面的场合。因此,本发明具有结构简单、设计合理等特点。

具体实施方式
下面通过实施例,并结合附图,对本发明的技术方案作进一步具体的说明。
实施例:参看图1,一种紧凑型微通道热管换热器,所述换热器包括上集流管、中集流管和下集流管,上集流管上设有冷媒加注口,其中上集流管和中集流管之间设有第一换热芯体,上集流管和中集流管经第一换热芯体连通,中集流管和下集流管之间设有第二换热芯体,中集流管和下集流管经第二换热芯体连通;所述第一换热芯体和上集流管设置成冷凝器,第二换热芯体和下集流管设置成蒸发器,冷凝器和蒸发器分别设置在上下互不连通的冷凝腔室和蒸发腔室里。所述第一换热芯体由若干微通道扁管及相邻扁管间的翅片构成,微通道扁管插接在上集流管和中集流管中,并使之连通;所述第二换热芯体由若干普通扁管构成,普通扁管插接在中集流管和下集流管中,并使之连通。所述蒸发腔室里,构成第二换热芯体的若干普通扁管外侧紧贴在导热板上,热源经导热板将热量传导给普通扁管,热交换充分高效。所述导热板上端翻折设有安装部,方便安装固定换热器。

Claims (4)

1.一种紧凑型微通道热管换热器,其特征在于所述换热器包括上集流管、中集流管和下集流管,上集流管上设有冷媒加注口,其中上集流管和中集流管之间设有第一换热芯体,上集流管和中集流管经第一换热芯体连通,中集流管和下集流管之间设有第二换热芯体,中集流管和下集流管经第二换热芯体连通;所述第一换热芯体和上集流管设置成冷凝器,第二换热芯体和下集流管设置成蒸发器,冷凝器和蒸发器分别设置在上下互不连通的冷凝腔室和蒸发腔室里。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种紧凑型微通道热管换热器,其特征在于所述第一换热芯体由若干微通道扁管及相邻扁管间的翅片构成,微通道扁管插接在上集流管和中集流管中,并使之连通;所述第二换热芯体由若干普通扁管构成,普通扁管插接在中集流管和下集流管中,并使之连通。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种紧凑型微通道热管换热器,其特征在于所述蒸发腔室里,构成第二换热芯体的若干普通扁管外侧紧贴在导热板上,热源经导热板将热量传导给普通扁管。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种紧凑型微通道热管换热器,其特征在于所述导热板上端翻折设有安装部。
