Abstract
本发明公开了一种除尘灭菌净化室,包括有净化室,净化室是由外室及设置在其内的内室构成的,内室外室之间构成有一夹腔,在内室内中心位置设有可转动的转盘,人员站在转盘上,在内室内一侧侧壁上开设有竖直条形风气孔,且正对着转盘上;有抽气风机将内室内的空气抽入至夹腔内的杀菌吸尘箱内,排出后经过多层竖直空气过滤网和臭氧片的过滤灭菌,有一过滤后的空气通过竖直条形风气孔吹向转盘上。本发明净化室内可以净化尘埃,清除人身及携带物品表面的尘埃,另外还可进行杀菌消毒,减少了人员进出洁净室所带来的污染问题。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及GMP车间领域,主要是一种除尘灭菌净化室。
背景技术
GMP车间是一种可实现内部净化的生产车间。GMP的目标是确保建立科学的、严格的无菌药品生产环境、工艺、运行和管理体系,最大限度地消除所有可能的、潜在的生物活性、灰尘、热原污染。人员进入GMP洁净车间更衣、洗手、手消毒后需要进入净化室内,以便清除人身及携带物品表面的尘埃,防止未被净化的空气进入净化加工区域,以确保环境的洁净度。目前的净化室主要是风淋净化室,其仅有净化尘埃的功能,不能进行杀菌消毒,因此净化功能不彻底。
发明内容 本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种除尘灭菌净化室,以解决现有技术存在的技术问题。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明所采用的技术方案为:
一种除尘灭菌净化室,包括有净化室,所述的净化室是由外室及设置在其内的内室构成的,内室外室之间构成有一夹腔,在所述内室内中心位置设有可转动的转盘,人员站在转盘上,在内室内一侧侧壁上开设有竖直条形风气孔,且正对着转盘上;内室内另一侧侧壁的底端上开有一出气口,在夹腔内设有抽气风机,抽气风机的抽气口与所述的出气口连通,所述的夹腔内设有一杀菌吸尘箱,杀菌吸尘箱的内箱壁上安装有紫外线灭菌灯,杀菌吸尘箱内还设有蛇形结构挡板,在蛇形结构挡板的板壁上粘附有一层活性炭棉,所述抽气风机通过出气口将内室内的空气抽入至夹腔内的杀菌吸尘箱内,空气经过杀菌吸尘后从杀菌吸尘箱的另一箱壁上排气口排出,所述的夹腔内还设有多层竖直空气过滤网,在杀菌吸尘箱与多层竖直空气过滤网之间还安装有臭氧片,所述夹腔内在靠近内室侧壁上竖直条形风气孔的位置还设有一送气风机,送气风机将经过竖直空气过滤网过滤后的空气送入至竖直条形风气孔,且通过竖直条形风气孔吹向站立在转盘上的人员;所述的内室内安装有红外线光电,其自动感应开关控制送气风机与抽气风机的运行;所述的内室内还安装有一个与紫外线灭菌灯感应连接的声控感应器,声控感应器感应人员进来则控制关闭紫外线灭菌灯。
所述的一种除尘灭菌净化室,其特征在于:净化室夹腔内的多层竖直空气过滤网分别是除异味滤网、抗菌滤网、负离子过滤网、集尘滤网、活性炭过滤网。
所述的一种除尘灭菌净化室,其特征在于:所述夹腔内送气风机的送风口上连通有送风管,送风管的管口上安装有竖直条形的风罩,风罩正好对着内室侧壁上的竖直条形风气孔上。
本发明的优点是:
本发明净化室内可以净化尘埃,清除人身及携带物品表面的尘埃,另外还可进行杀菌消毒,减少了人员进出洁净室所带来的污染问题。

具体实施方式
参见图1,一种除尘灭菌净化室,包括有净化室1,所述的净化室是由外室2及设置在其内的内室3构成的,内室3外室2之间构成有一夹腔4,在所述内室3内中心位置设有可转动的转盘5,人员站在转盘上,在内室内一侧侧壁上开设有竖直条形风气孔6,且正对着转盘5上;内室3内另一侧侧壁的底端上开有一出气口7,在夹腔4内设有抽气风机8,抽气风机8的抽气口与所述的出气口7连通,所述的夹腔4内设有一杀菌吸尘箱9,杀菌吸尘箱的内箱壁上安装有紫外线灭菌灯10,杀菌吸尘箱9内还设有蛇形结构挡板11,在蛇形结构挡板的板壁上粘附有一层活性炭棉12,所述抽气风机8通过出气口7将内室内的空气抽入至夹腔内的杀菌吸尘箱9内,空气经过杀菌吸尘后从杀菌吸尘箱9的另一箱壁上排气口13排出,所述的夹腔4内还设有多层竖直空气过滤网14,在杀菌吸尘箱与多层竖直空气过滤网之间还安装有臭氧片15,所述夹腔4内在靠近内室侧壁上竖直条形风气孔的位置还设有一送气风机16,送气风机将经过竖直空气过滤网过滤后的空气送入至竖直条形风气孔6,且通过竖直条形风气孔吹向站立在转盘5上的人员;所述的内室3内安装有红外线光电17,其自动感应开关控制送气风机16与抽气风机8的运行;所述的内室3内还安装有一个与紫外线灭菌灯感应连接的声控感应器18,声控感应器感应人员进来则控制关闭紫外线灭菌灯。
净化室夹腔4内的多层竖直空气过滤网14分别是除异味滤网、抗菌滤网、负离子过滤网、集尘滤网、活性炭过滤网。
所述夹腔4内送气风机16的送风口上连通有送风管,送风管的管口上安装有竖直条形的风罩19,风罩19正好对着内室侧壁上的竖直条形风气孔6上。

1.一种除尘灭菌净化室,包括有净化室,所述的净化室是由外室及设置在其内的内室构成的,内室外室之间构成有一夹腔,在所述内室内中心位置设有可转动的转盘,人员站在转盘上,在内室内一侧侧壁上开设有竖直条形风气孔,且正对着转盘上;内室内另一侧侧壁的底端上开有一出气口,在夹腔内设有抽气风机,抽气风机的抽气口与所述的出气口连通,所述的夹腔内设有一杀菌吸尘箱,杀菌吸尘箱的内箱壁上安装有紫外线灭菌灯,杀菌吸尘箱内还设有蛇形结构挡板,在蛇形结构挡板的板壁上粘附有一层活性炭棉,所述抽气风机通过出气口将内室内的空气抽入至夹腔内的杀菌吸尘箱内,空气经过杀菌吸尘后从杀菌吸尘箱的另一箱壁上排气口排出,所述的夹腔内还设有多层竖直空气过滤网,在杀菌吸尘箱与多层竖直空气过滤网之间还安装有臭氧片,所述夹腔内在靠近内室侧壁上竖直条形风气孔的位置还设有一送气风机,送气风机将经过竖直空气过滤网过滤后的空气送入至竖直条形风气孔,且通过竖直条形风气孔吹向站立在转盘上的人员;所述的内室内安装有红外线光电,其自动感应开关控制送气风机与抽气风机的运行;所述的内室内还安装有一个与紫外线灭菌灯感应连接的声控感应器,声控感应器感应人员进来则控制关闭紫外线灭菌灯。
