本发明提出的是一种核电管接头。通过在接头管壁上层或下层设有锯齿槽,锯齿槽中线与边线夹角为30°,边线与边线之间夹角为60°。所述锯齿槽平行间隔排列。本发明的接头管壁上设有锯齿槽,便于螺扣连接,所以连接强度大,且牢固。适宜作为核电管件连接的管接头使用。

技术领域
本发明提出的是核电领域应用的一种核电管接头。
背景技术
核电领域经常用到管接头,现有的管接头的管壁为平面结构,不能起到螺纹连接的作用,而且管壁之间没有摩擦作用,容易脱离与管的连接,导致连接强度低。
发明内容
为了克服现有管接头存在的缺点,本发明提出了一种核电管接头。该管接头通过在具有接头管腔的接头管壁上设置锯齿槽,解决管接头与管件连接的技术问题。
本发明解决技术问题采用的方案是:
在管状的接头管壁内设有接头管腔。
所述接头管壁上层或下层设有锯齿槽,锯齿槽中线与边线夹角为30°,边线与边线之间夹角为60°。
所述锯齿槽平行间隔排列。
积极效果,本发明的接头管壁上设有锯齿槽,便于螺扣连接,所以连接强度大,且牢固。适宜作为核电管件连接的管接头使用。

由于本发明管接头管壁一面或两面设有锯齿槽,所以方便与管体连接,而且连接牢固。
还有,由于管壁上所设的锯齿槽能够旋接或套装管体,起到密封的作用,特别适合在核电领域作为各种管接头使用。
