目前,国内的蒸汽压缩机主要运用于蒸发、结晶、塔器、干燥等化工领域,离心式蒸汽压缩机用于压缩气体的主要部件是高速旋转的叶轮和通流面积逐渐增加的扩压器,通过叶轮对气体做功,在叶轮和扩压器的流道内,利用离心升压作用和降速扩压作用,将机械能转换为气体的压力能的。三元流离心式蒸汽压缩机是指应用三元流理论设计、制造的叶轮,这种叶轮的叶片在空间上是扭曲的,与气体的实际流动更相适应,其效率更高。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是,针对以上现有技术存在的缺点,提出一种离心式蒸汽压缩机,采用先进的三元流叶轮设计,并将离心高速压缩机采用叶轮与旋转轴直接相联,减少密封面,减少泄漏并提高效率。

本发明的压缩机采用合理的流道及内部装配的结构间隙设计,以及独特的补水设计,确保机组的稳定运行,特别是在效率转换方面保持在行业领先水平。本套结构采用更优的密封结构设计,大大减少蒸汽的泄漏,避免相邻设备发生腐蚀生锈的情况。为解决气蚀现象,通过对叶轮材质和表面处理的改进,极大的提高了叶轮的抗腐蚀性能。本套结构的润滑系统采用主油泵和辅助油泵配合使用,确保系统的润滑效果和安全运行。本套系统的高速齿轮箱内的齿轮采用单斜齿轮结构,并在高速轴两侧设置推力盘结构,用以传递载荷和承受外部轴向力,能够将叶轮的高速轴上的力传递到低速轴上,此结构噪声小,传动平稳,通过对齿轮的修形,可将齿轮的热变形和弹性变形相抵消,增加齿轮的啮合长度和齿轮之间的传递强度。

本发明叶轮中添加了镧系稀土,由于以上稀土元素的金属原子半径比铁的原子半径大,很容易填补在其晶粒及缺陷中,并生成能阻碍晶粒继续生长的膜,从而使晶粒细化而提高性能,同时,稀土元素易和氧、硫、铅等元素化合生成熔点高的化合物,可以起到净化的效果。

具体实施方式
实施例1
本实施例提供一种离心式蒸汽压缩机,结构如图1至图5所示,包括安装在底座5上的电机1、齿轮箱2、膜片联轴器3以及压缩机4,底座内设有润滑油油箱6,润滑油油箱通过润滑泵站对应管路连接齿轮箱和压缩机进行润滑供油,电机输出轴通过膜片联轴器3与齿轮箱的低速轴相连,齿轮箱的高速轴与压缩机的三元流叶轮15直接相连,叶轮在安装在压缩机的蜗壳内,蜗壳包括内蜗壳16和外蜗壳17,通过内蜗壳和外蜗壳构成螺旋形风道,在内蜗壳和外蜗壳连接处的进风口处安装三元流叶轮15,叶轮朝向进气口的端部设有锥形导流帽18,在叶轮进气口方向设有直径由大变小的导流筒19,导流筒19与压缩机的内蜗壳固定相连。
本实施例的齿轮箱包括箱体7、低速轴8、高速轴9、低速齿轮10以及高速齿轮11,体上安装有圆锥齿轮油泵12对齿轮箱进行辅助润滑,高速齿轮和低速齿轮采用单斜齿轮传动,低速齿轮安装在低速轴上,高速齿轮安装在高速轴上,高速轴和低速轴安装在箱体的轴瓦13上,且高速齿轮与低速齿轮相互啮合,在高速齿轮的两侧设有推力盘14,两个推力盘再运转时将低速齿轮夹在推力盘之间。
本实施例的蒸汽压缩机的叶轮按质量百分比计包括以下组分:C:0.24%,Si:0.23%,Fe:0.62%,Mg:5.5%,Zn:0.5%,Mn:0.1%,Cr:0.4%,Ti:1.18%,Ni:0.8%,Nb:0.02%,V:0.11%,Cu:0.2%,P:0.03%,S:0.02%,稀土:0.21%,余量为Al;
稀土的组分按质量百分比计包括以下组分: Sc:10%,Pr:5%,Sm:12%;Nd:8%,Ce:5%,Gd:6%,余量为La,以上各组分之和为100%;
其中在叶轮表面涂覆耐摩擦金属涂层,耐摩擦金属涂层的组分按质量百分比为:碳:0.29%,硼:0.23%,铬:6.2%,钛:1.2%,钒:2.5%,钴:1.5%,铌:0.2%,铝:0.21%,钙:1.4%,钡:0.2%,钨:0.1%,锌:1.2%,镍:2.6%,钐:3.5%,钕:2.2%,钷:0.32%,铕:0.22%,钆:5.2%,助剂:4.0%,其余为Fe和不可避免的杂质,杂质的总含量≤0.15%;
助剂的组分按重量份数计为:锆英石:15份,高岭石:12份,石墨粉:17份。
实施例2
本实施例的结构与实施例1结构相同,区别在于本实施例的叶轮按质量百分比计包括以下组分:C:0.25%,Si:0.37%,Fe:0.75%,Mg:6.6%,Zn:0.7%,Mn:0.2%,Cr:0.5%,Ti:1.19%,Ni:0.9%,Nb:0.03%,V:0.12%,Cu:0.15 %,P:0.03%,S:0.02%,稀土:0.23%,余量为Al;
稀土的组分按质量百分比计包括以下组分: Sc:11%,Pr:6%,Sm:13%;Nd:10%,Ce:6%,Gd:7%,余量为La,以上各组分之和为100%;
其中在叶轮表面涂覆耐摩擦金属涂层,耐摩擦金属涂层的组分按质量百分比为:碳:0.32%,硼:0.29%,铬:6.8%,钛:1.3%,钒:2.6%,钴:1.6%,铌:0.4%,铝:0.25%,钙:1.5%,钡:0.3%,钨:0.3%,锌:1.4%,镍:3.1%,钐:3.6%,钕:2.5%,钷:0.33%,铕:0.23%,钆:5.3%,助剂:4.2%,其余为Fe和不可避免的杂质,杂质的总含量≤0.15%;
助剂的组分按重量份数计为:锆英石:16份,高岭石:13份,石墨粉:18份。
实施例3
本实施例的结构与实施例1结构相同,区别在于本实施例的叶轮按质量百分比计包括以下组分:C:0.27%,Si:0.54%,Fe:0.82%,Mg:7.4%,Zn:0.8%,Mn:0.3%,Cr:0.6%,Ti:1.20%,Ni:1.0%,Nb:0.04%,V:0.13%,Cu:0.15%,P:0.03%,S:0.02%,稀土:0.24%,余量为Al;
稀土的组分按质量百分比计包括以下组分: Sc:12%,Pr:7%,Sm:15%;Nd:11%,Ce:8%,Gd:9%,余量为La,以上各组分之和为100%;
其中在叶轮表面涂覆耐摩擦金属涂层,耐摩擦金属涂层的组分按质量百分比为:碳:0.35%,硼:0.31%,铬:7.4%,钛:1.5%,钒:2.8%,钴:1.8%,铌:0.5%,铝:0.28%,钙:1.6%,钡:0.4%,钨:0.4%,锌:1.5%,镍:3.5%,钐:3.8%,钕:2.7%,钷:0.35%,铕:0.24%,钆:5.5%,助剂:4.5%,其余为Fe和不可避免的杂质,杂质的总含量≤0.15%;
助剂的组分按重量份数计为:锆英石:18份,高岭石:14份,石墨粉:19份。
除上述实施例外,本发明还可以有其他实施方式。凡采用等同替换或等效变换形成的技术方案,均落在本发明要求的保护范围。

Claims (9)

1.一种离心式蒸汽压缩机,包括安装在底座上的电机、齿轮箱、联轴器以及压缩机,所述底座内设有润滑油油箱,所述润滑油油箱通过润滑泵站对应管路连接齿轮箱和压缩机进行润滑供油,其特征在于,所述电机输出轴通过联轴器与齿轮箱的低速轴相连,所述齿轮箱的高速轴与压缩机的叶轮直接相连,所述叶轮在安装在压缩机的蜗壳内,所述蜗壳包括内蜗壳和外蜗壳,通过所述内蜗壳和外蜗壳构成螺旋形风道,在所述内蜗壳和外蜗壳连接处的进风口处安装所述叶轮,所述叶轮朝向进气口的端部设有锥形导流帽,在所述叶轮进气口方向设有直径由大变小的导流筒,所述导流筒与压缩机的内蜗壳固定相连。
2.根据权利要求1所述的离心式蒸汽压缩机,其特征在于:所述齿轮箱包括箱体、低速轴、高速轴、低速齿轮以及高速齿轮,所述高速齿轮和低速齿轮采用单斜齿轮传动,所述低速齿轮安装在所述低速轴上,所述高速齿轮安装在高速轴上,所述高速轴和低速轴安装在箱体的轴瓦上,且高速齿轮与低速齿轮相互啮合,在高速齿轮的两侧设有推力盘,两个推力盘再运转时将所述低速齿轮夹在推力盘之间。
3.根据权利要求2所述的离心式蒸汽压缩机,其特征在于:所述箱体上安装有圆锥齿轮油泵对齿轮箱进行辅助润滑。
4.根据权利要求1所述的离心式蒸汽压缩机,其特征在于:所述叶轮为三元流叶轮。
5.根据权利要求1所述的离心式蒸汽压缩机,其特征在于:所述联轴器为膜片联轴器。
6.一种用于权利要求1所述离心式蒸汽压缩机的叶轮,其特征在于:所述叶轮按质量百分比计包括以下组分:C:0.24-0.27%,Si:0.23-0.54%,Fe:0.62-0.82%,Mg:5.5-7.4%,Zn:0.5-0.8%,Mn:0.1-0.3%,Cr:0.4-0.6%,Ti:1.18-1.20%,Ni:0.8-1.0%,Nb:0.02-0.04%,V:0.11-0.13%,Cu≤0.2%,P≤0.03%,S≤0.02%,稀土:0.21-0.24%,余量为Al;
稀土的组分按质量百分比计包括以下组分: Sc:10-12%,Pr:5-7%,Sm:12-15%;Nd:8-11%,Ce:5-8%,Gd:6-9%,余量为La,以上各组分之和为100%;
其中在所述叶轮表面涂覆耐摩擦金属涂层,所述耐摩擦金属涂层的组分按质量百分比为:碳:0.29-0.35%,硼:0.23-0.31%,铬:6.2-7.4%,钛:1.2-1.5%,钒:2.5-2.8%,钴:1.5-1.8%,铌:0.2-0.5%,铝:0.21-0.28%,钙:1.4-1.6%,钡:0.2-0.4%,钨:0.1-0.4%,锌:1.2-1.5%,镍:2.6-3.5%,钐:3.5-3.8%,钕:2.2-2.7%,钷:0.32-0.35%,铕:0.22-0.24%,钆:5.2-5.5%,助剂:4.0-4.5%,其余为Fe和不可避免的杂质,所述杂质的总含量≤0.15%;
所述助剂的组分按重量份数计为:锆英石:15-18份,高岭石:12-14份,石墨粉:17-19份。
7.根据权利要求6所述的离心式蒸汽压缩机的叶轮,其特征在于:所述叶轮按质量百分比计包括以下组分:C:0.24%,Si:0.23%,Fe:0.62%,Mg:5.5%,Zn:0.5%,Mn:0.1%,Cr:0.4%,Ti:1.18%,Ni:0.8%,Nb:0.02%,V:0.11%,Cu:0.2%,P:0.03%,S:0.02%,稀土:0.21%,余量为Al;

所述助剂的组分按重量份数计为:锆英石:16份,高岭石:13份,石墨粉:18份。
