Abstract

本发明涉及热熔胶技术领域,尤其涉及聚酰胺热熔胶,包括以下重量百分比的各组分:二聚酸30~45%;己内酰胺15~20%;己二酸10~15%;己二胺5~20%;二乙酸铵5~10%;聚醚胺1~3%;乙烯丙烯酸共聚物10~20%,与现有技术相比,本发明的聚酰胺热熔胶,首先是酸和胺经聚合反应形成酰胺,造粒形成颗粒,再加入高溶指乙烯丙烯酸共聚物,经挤压成条状收卷获得成品,乙烯丙烯酸共聚物起到增韧作用,产品具有很好的柔韧性、热稳定性和加工性,邵氏硬度75,软化点185℃,耐‑45℃低温,剥离强度达6.5N/mm,伸长率达620%,低温柔性和黏接性好,尤其适用于各种绷楦的上胶机械,实现自动上胶,加工性能好,大大降低了鞋子的加工成本。

技术领域
本发明涉及热熔胶技术领域,尤其涉及聚酰胺热熔胶。
背景技术
中国是世界鞋业的超级生产大国,年产鞋量达70~80亿双。制鞋中很多工序都要用到胶粘剂,绷楦就是用热熔胶使鞋帮与内底牢固粘合,中后帮绷楦主要使用条状聚酰胺热熔胶。条状胶条通过自动上胶机的胶管,在熔胶涂布在鞋帮的中后帮与内底之间,数秒钟内完成粘合操作。鞋用聚酰胺后帮胶要求具有较好的综合性能,包括较高的软化点、良好的粘合强度和低温柔韧性、快速固化、硬度适中(邵氏硬度大于40)和熔融粘度适中等。目前中国制鞋业使用的后帮胶还不能完全符合上述要求,价格非常贵。
聚酰胺是由二元酸和二元胺经缩聚反应后得到的,根据二元酸和二元胺种类的不同可制成具有各种软化点的产品。由二聚酸(为长链不饱和脂肪酸,系植物脂肪酸的二聚体)与二元胺缩合得到的聚酰胺树脂,俗称二聚酸型聚酰胺,具有良好的粘接强度,其作为热熔胶具有熔融范围宽、固化速度快等优点,非常适用于制鞋行业。然而,这类产品存在韧性不好、低温发脆、熔融粘度小不易成型等缺点,必须对其进行改性才能适合后帮胶的要求。
因此,急需提供聚酰胺热熔胶,以解决现有技术的不足。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供聚酰胺热熔胶,低温柔韧性好、软化点高、粘接强度高,而且硬度适中、固化速度快。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用如下的技术方案:

较优地,所述乙烯丙烯酸乙酯共聚物的重均分子量为8000-40000。

与现有技术相比,本发明的聚酰胺热熔胶具有以下有益效果:首先由酸和胺经聚合反应形成酰胺,造粒形成颗粒,再加入高溶指乙烯丙烯酸共聚物,经挤压成条状收卷获得成品,乙烯丙烯酸共聚物起到增韧作用,获得的产品具有很好的柔韧性、热稳定性和加工性,邵氏硬度75,软化点185℃,耐-45℃低温,剥离强度达6.5N/mm,伸长率达620%,低温柔性和黏接性好,尤其适用于各种绷楦的上胶机械,实现自动上胶,加工性能好,大大降低了鞋子的加工成本。

由表1的数据可知,本发明的聚酰胺热熔胶达到邵氏硬度75,软化点达到185℃,耐-45℃低温,剥离强度达6.5N/mm,伸长率达620%,低温柔性和黏接性好,易于机械化加工成型。
