The sewage treatment device is low in maintenance cost, high in automation degree and good in effect.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a clean water filter wall which has low maintenance cost and good use effect and can realize sewage treatment stably for a long time.
In order to solve the technical problems, the technical scheme provided by the invention is as follows:
the clear water filter wall comprises a floating body, a filler frame, a pile body, an aeration module and a solar photoelectric plate, wherein the lower end of the floating body is connected with the filler frame, and the pile body is used for fixing the floating body and the filler frame in a water body; a certain amount of filler is filled in the filler frame; the floating body is provided with an aerator and a control system, the lower end of the filler frame is provided with an aerator, the air inlet of the aerator and the air outlet of the aerator are used for controlling the aerator to work, and the aerator is used for manually aerating the filler in the filler frame by aeration, so that the microbial growth and attachment in a natural water body are facilitated; the top of the floating body is provided with a solar photoelectric plate, the solar photoelectric plate converts solar energy into electric energy to supply power for an aeration system in the clean water filter wall, and aeration is used for artificially aerating the filler in the filler frame, so that the microbial growth and adhesion in the natural water and the formation of a micro-electrolysis loop are facilitated. The clean water filter wall consists of a plurality of floating bodies and filler frames which are arranged side by side.
The water of the polluted water body passes through the filter wall, and is firstly subjected to physical filtration, and then the filler can be subjected to film-forming absorption and chemical precipitation to consume part of pollutants in the water, so that the treatment of the water body is realized. The aeration system promotes dissolved oxygen in the water body and promotes the growth and attachment of microorganisms.
The packing frame is in a storage frame structure form and has a hole pitch with a certain distance; the porosity of the filler carrier is 75-98%, the pore diameter is 1-5 mm, and the specific surface area is 10-35 square meters per gram; the filler carrier is a composite material of a high molecular organic material (polyethylene or polyurethane) and an iron-carbon material, can provide a huge surface area for the adhesion growth of microorganisms, has good mass transfer performance, and can also form a micro-electrolysis loop to form an internal electrolysis reaction.
The surface of the filler carrier is loaded with a plurality of active groups, wherein the active groups comprise hydroxyl, carboxyl and amino, have good biocompatibility and can be combined with corresponding groups on the surface of microbial cells; is favorable for the carrier to quickly adsorb and fix the microorganisms, thereby promoting the quick formation of the biological film. And through the aeration system taking solar energy as power, the rapid generation of microbial films can be promoted, and meanwhile, the risk of filling blockage can be reduced.
The filler frame is filled with a filler for culturing microorganisms, and the types of the microorganisms comprise ammoniated bacteria, nitrifying bacteria, denitrifying bacteria and acidogenic bacteria, so that organic matters can be primarily degraded; meanwhile, an intermittent aeration mode is adopted, so that synchronous nitrification and denitrification are realized in a unit of a filler frame, and ammonia nitrogen, total phosphorus and organic matters are removed.
The clean water filter wall of the invention has the following advantages:
the equipment is in a modularized design, so that the on-site construction and maintenance are convenient; the microorganism absorbs and degrades pollutants in water, so that the sludge production is reduced; micro-electrolysis chemical precipitation dephosphorization; 2 times of pollution can not be generated when sewage is treated; through natural film hanging, the cost is low, and medicines and strains are not required to be put in; the solar energy is used for supplying power, and the equipment runs without energy consumption; the microorganism in the system is the microorganism naturally growing in raw water, so the survival rate is high, the adaptability is strong, and the long-term sewage treatment effect can be realized.
The filter wall provided by the invention is mainly aimed at water bodies with slower flow rates. Aiming at the water body which aims at removing turbidity and improving water transparency, the method is realized mainly by filtering and intercepting the water body granular substances by the filler. In addition, due to the adhesion of indigenous microorganisms on the filler, the flocs generated by the microorganisms degrade and adsorb suspended substances in the water body, and the like, so that the turbidity of the water body can be further reduced. Aiming at the main purpose of removing nutrient salts in water, reducing turbidity and improving transparency of water at the same time, the filter wall is filled with the filler which is cultured with microorganisms in advance in the filler frame. Wherein the microorganism mainly comprises ammoniation bacteria, nitrifying bacteria, denitrifying bacteria, acidogenic bacteria and the like, and primarily degrades organic matters. Meanwhile, an intermittent aeration operation mode is adopted, and synchronous nitrification and denitrification are realized in one frame unit, so that ammonia nitrogen, total phosphorus organic matters and the like are removed. Besides the function of degrading water pollutants, the filter wall can also directly filter and retain inorganic and organic pollutants in a particle state, reduce the turbidity of the water body and improve the transparency of the water body. Meanwhile, the flocs generated by the microbial film can also adsorb part of suspended and granular pollutants, so that the transparency of the water body is improved.
The filler of the filter wall provided by the invention is composed of a plurality of filler small blocks, and each filler small block is in a cube shape. Due to the intermittent aeration effect, the surface of the small filler blocks can form an aerobic area, and the inside of the small filler blocks can form a facultative and anaerobic area due to the mass adhesion and wrapping of microbial films. The aerobic area on the surface of the filler forms nitrifying microorganism flora, and the facultative anaerobic area inside the filler forms denitrifying flora to grow, so that complete nitrogen conversion functional flora such as nitrification and denitrification is formed in the filler area, and the nitrification and denitrification can be synchronously performed in the same reaction area.
