Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, the present invention will be described in further detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings by way of examples of preferred embodiments. It should be noted, however, that the numerous details set forth in the description are merely for the purpose of providing the reader with a thorough understanding of one or more aspects of the present invention, which may be practiced without these specific details.
The inventor of the invention considers that after the aircraft completes the design of the overall stealth appearance, the stealth performance test problem of each part is considered. Once the component and the machine body are separated, the edge and the embedded structure of the component are exposed, and if the component is tested without any treatment, the scattering of the edge and the embedded structure of the component influences the testing accuracy of the component. Therefore, the low-scattering carrier is designed to shield the edge and the embedded structure of the component, and the situation that the edge and the embedded structure cause scattering to influence the testing accuracy of the component RCS is avoided.
Fig. 1 shows the structure of the low scattering carrier for RCS test of the present invention, and referring to fig. 1, the low scattering carrier comprises an upper surface 3, a lower surface 4 and a flange interface 2.
Specifically, the upper surface 3 is a flat surface and is seamlessly connected to the lower surface 4. The lower surface 4 is a smooth curved surface. The upper surface 3 and the lower surface 4 have a high degree of finish, both of which have a surface roughness Ra (arithmetic mean deviation of the profile) of less than 1.6.
The flange interface 2 is arranged in the middle of the upper surface 3 and is used for installing a component 1 for RCS test.
In practical application, the flange interface 2 is recessed on the upper surface 3 of the low-scattering carrier in order to effectively shield the edge of the component 1 and the embedded structure. In this way, the bottom of the component 1 can be flush with the upper surface 3 of the low-scattering carrier after mounting. Meanwhile, the part of the low-scattering carrier close to the flange interface 2 is of a hollow structure, so that the part of the test component needing to be hidden can be conveniently accommodated, and the weight of the carrier can be reduced.
Preferably, the upper surface 3 is drop-shaped. Fig. 2 is a top view of the low scattering carrier of the present invention, and referring to fig. 2, the drop shape is a graph in which the horizontal direction is taken as the symmetry axis, and any one of the upper and lower parts is formed by two curves or a straight line and a curve which are connected in a tangent manner. Generally, the drop-shaped pattern includes two opposite tips, which may be formed by straight lines or curved lines, and the two tip angles have different sizes. The tip angle is defined as follows: when the tip is formed by straight lines, the two straight lines form a tip angle; when the tip is formed by a curve, two straight lines starting from the vertex and tangent to the two curves form a tip angle.
In a preferred embodiment of the invention, the smaller of the two tip angles is the internal forward angle, which is in the direction of the forward direction of the low scattering carrier; the larger of the two tip angles is the rearward interior angle.
In a particular application, the forward interior angle and the backward interior angle are both between 10 degrees and 60 degrees. According to electromagnetic scattering theory, the smaller the forward internal angle, the smaller the forward vertical polarization scattering of the low scattering carrier, but the larger the horizontal polarization scattering in some frequency bands. For this reason, the internal angle in the forward direction is preferably 30 degrees in the present invention, which is arranged to enable low scattering carriers to have less scattering in the full frequency band.
The low scattering carrier has a good surface current guiding effect, and when the component is subjected to head-to-head, side-to-side and back RCS testing, the low scattering carrier generates low scattering, so that the accuracy of a testing result is not influenced. The RCS of the low-scattering carrier was found to be 20dBm lower than that of the component2The above. In addition, the above-mentioned shape of the low-scattering carrier also makes the carrier have a smaller volume and weight.
When the low-scattering carrier is installed, the component 1 is installed on the flange interface 2 through a countersunk head screw, and in the process, the head direction of the component 1 is consistent with the forward direction of the low-scattering carrier. After the installation is finished, the edge of the bottom of the component 1 is flush with the upper surface 3, and gaps and screws between the bottom of the component 1 and the upper surface 3 are adhered through aluminum foil or conductive adhesive. In this way, the edges of the part and the embedded structure are shielded by the carrier, and its RCS can be accurately measured.
In practical application, the length and width of the low scattering carrier are both 0.5 to 3 meters, and the height is 0.2 to 0.4 meter. The length and width are distances in two directions from the upper surface 3, and the height is a height at which the lower surface 4 protrudes.
It should be noted that the low-scattering carrier and the target adopt an integrated structure design, which facilitates the target measurement and does not interfere with the accuracy of the target RCS. Meanwhile, the flange interface adopts a universal design, is suitable for various tested targets, and only needs to process the corresponding interface part during testing.
Fig. 3 shows a side view of the low scattering carrier of the present invention, and fig. 4 shows an oblique view of the low scattering carrier of the present invention.
The low-scattering carrier and the target are designed into an integrated structure, the low-scattering carrier and the target are smoothly and tightly combined, and gaps and screws are covered by aluminum foils or conductive adhesives, so that the scattering interference of the edge and inner cavity structures of the component can be eliminated, the effect of simulating the state of the component when the component is actually installed is achieved, and the low-scattering carrier and the target are of great importance for obtaining the real stealth characteristic of the component. The low-scattering carrier is suitable for various electromagnetic scattering test fields, so that the target can be accurately measured in various test environments. The invention is reliable and applicable, is easy to popularize and can generate good economic benefit and social benefit.
Those skilled in the art will appreciate that all or part of the steps in the method for implementing the above embodiments may be implemented by relevant hardware instructed by a program, and the program may be stored in a computer readable storage medium, such as: ROM/RAM, magnetic disk, optical disk, etc.
The foregoing is only a preferred embodiment of the present invention, and it should be noted that those skilled in the art can make various improvements and modifications without departing from the principle of the present invention, and these improvements and modifications should also be construed as the protection scope of the present invention.
