技术领域
本发明涉及一种面料，尤其涉及仿编织纹路皮革面料，属于纺织面料领域。
背景技术
采用天然皮革编织制成的服装、服饰，保暖性好，手感极佳，国内外市场对于编织类的皮革制品需求越来越高，但是由于天然皮革代价昂贵，并且编织过程中，费工费时，需要一种价格较低的类似编织纹的皮革。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述不足，提供仿编织纹路皮革面料。
本发明的目的是这样实现的：一种易打理仿编织纹路皮革面料，包括表纹层，所述表纹层的内侧依次设有压痕保持层、底胚层和内里层；所述表纹层采用塑胶树脂制成，所述压痕保持层采用SEE生态棉制成，所述表纹层和所述压痕保持层贴合后固定压制纹路；所述底胚层采用聚氯乙烯人造革制成；所述内里层采用竹炭纤维织成；各层通过热熔胶粘接固定。所述内里层背面设置有衬里织物层，该衬里织物层由经丝和纬丝沉浮交织而成，经丝包括第一经丝和第二经丝，纬丝包括第一纬丝和第二纬丝，第一经丝和第一纬丝均采用麻型天丝，该麻型天丝呈竹节形，第二经丝采用涤纶化纤弹丝仿麻纱PWY并加捻，第二纬丝采用涤纶高弹丝T400，该衬里织物层采用变化经重平组织。
与现有技术相比，本发明的有益效果是：
表纹层和压痕保持层一体压制纹路，确保纹路的长久有效，竹炭纤维纺织皮层异味，面料整体成本较低，表面纹路清晰媲美编织皮具。
本发明织物染整工艺采用单染天丝，涤纶留白，天丝的砂洗工艺赋予织物柔软、爽滑悬垂的手感，麻型天丝和涤纶仿麻纱的结合赋予织物清凉爽身，克服了真正的麻织物易起毛不易打理的缺点，十分适合夏季裤装织物。
