The invention provides a paperboard cutting machine which comprises a frame, wherein a bracket is arranged at one end of the frame, a second shaft is arranged at the other end of the frame, a cam and a driving mechanism for driving the cam to rotate are arranged on the bracket, a four-bar mechanism for cutting a paperboard at intervals is arranged below the cam and in contact with the cam, two ends of the four-bar mechanism are respectively hinged with the second shaft and the bracket, a torsion spring is sleeved on the second shaft and connected with the four-bar mechanism, and the torsion spring is used for driving the four-bar mechanism to reset. The paperboard cutting machine is simple in structure, through the cooperation movement of the four-bar mechanism and the cam, and through the reset of the torsion spring, the interval cutting action can be realized, the automatic interval cutting process of the paperboard is completed, the paperboard cutting machine is convenient and efficient, the labor capacity of workers is greatly reduced, and the cutting efficiency and effect are improved.

Background
Many products are packed in boxes, which are required to be separated by a layer of packing paper boards, so that the products are convenient to place and protect. As shown in fig. 2, the four-bar mechanism 6 includes a cutter 601, a first link 602, and a second link 603; one end of the cutter 601 is hinged with the second shaft 15, the other end of the cutter is hinged with the first connecting rod 602, one end of the second connecting rod 603 is hinged with the first connecting rod 602, the other end of the second connecting rod 603 is hinged with the bracket 5, the second connecting rod 603 is contacted with the cam 10, one end of the torsion spring 16 is fixed at the end part of the cutter 601, and the other end of the torsion spring is fixed on the second shaft 15; when the protruding part of the cam 10 contacts the second connecting rod 603 of the four-bar mechanism, the second connecting rod 603 applies force to the first connecting rod 602, so that the first connecting rod 602 pushes the cutter 601 to rotate around the second shaft 15 to realize cutting action, and the torsion spring 16 is pulled away; when the protruding portion of the cam 10 is separated from the contact link two 603, the cutter 601 is restored under the restoring force of the torsion spring 16, and when the cam 10 moves in its circumferential region, the cutter 601 is not moved, thereby achieving the interval cutting action. Preferably, the cutter 601 has an L-shaped structure, so that two sides of the cardboard can be cut at one time.
In addition, in order to adjust the cutting size of the cardboard, a positioning mechanism 12 is mounted on the edge of the upper platform 1302 of the frame 13. The specific structure of the positioning mechanism 12 is shown in fig. 5, and the positioning mechanism 12 comprises a first handle 1201, a fixed block 1202, a second handle 1203 and a positioning ruler 1204; the fixed block 1202 is fixed on the frame 13 through a first handle 1201, and the positioning ruler 1204 is arranged in the fixed block 1202 through a second handle 1203; the fixing block 1202 is provided with a mounting hole 1206 and a fixing groove 1205, the first 1201 vertical fixing block 1202 is arranged at the bottom, the end part of the first 1201 vertical fixing block is extended to the fixing groove 1205, the edge of the upper platform 1302 of the stand 13 is clamped in the fixing groove 1205, the fixing block 1202 and the upper platform 1302 of the stand 13 are pressed and fixed by adjusting the first 1201 vertical fixing block 1202, the end part of the second 1203 vertical fixing block 1202 is extended to the mounting hole 1206, the positioning ruler 1204 is movably mounted in the mounting hole 1206, the positioning ruler 1204 is adjusted to the size of a required paper board, and then the positioning ruler 1204 is pressed and fixed by the second 1203 vertical fixing block 1202. The positioning ruler 1204 is composed of a striker plate and a positioning plate which are perpendicular to each other, scales are arranged on the positioning plate, and the positioning plate is movably installed in the installation hole 1206 of the fixing block 1202. When the cutting size of the paperboard is adjusted, the positioning plate position of the positioning ruler 1204 is adjusted through the second handle 1203 according to the size of the paperboard required, two adjacent sides of the paperboard to be cut are abutted against the stop plates of the three sets of positioning mechanisms 12, then the other two adjacent sides of the paperboard to be cut can be cut through the cutters, and the size of the cut paperboard is the size of the paperboard required at the moment.
