Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide spraying type pickling equipment to overcome the defects of wiping and pickling passivation paste in the prior art.
In order to achieve the above purpose, the invention provides the following technical scheme:
a spraying type pickling device comprises an acid liquor storage tank, an infusion pipeline, an infusion pump, a closed chamber, an outer wall spraying mechanism and an inner wall spraying mechanism, wherein the infusion pump is arranged on the infusion pipeline; the inner wall spraying mechanism comprises a main pipeline and a plurality of branch pipelines, each branch pipeline is movably connected to the main pipeline, each branch pipeline is provided with a spraying position and a folding position in the moving stroke, inner wall spray heads of the branch pipelines are arranged in a spherical shape at the spraying position, and the branch pipelines are attached to the main pipeline in a closed manner at the folding position;
one end of the infusion pipeline is communicated with the acid liquor storage tank, and the other end of the infusion pipeline is communicated with the outer wall spraying mechanism and the inner wall spraying mechanism.
In the spraying type pickling device, the two ends of the opening of the U-shaped spraying ring on the outer wall are movable free ends.
The spray type pickling device is characterized in that an air drying mechanism is arranged in the closed chamber, an air exhaust port is formed in the closed chamber, and an acid liquor filtering mechanism is arranged on the air exhaust port.

In the spraying type pickling device, the chain is welded with the plurality of fixing cylinders, each fixing cylinder is provided with the fixing hole with different angles, and each hard branch pipeline is inserted into the fixing cylinder.
In the technical scheme, the spray type pickling device provided by the invention is provided with the closed chamber for placing the tank to be cleaned, the outer wall of the tank to be cleaned is sprayed with acid liquor through the outer wall spraying mechanism, the inner wall spraying mechanism extends into the tank to be cleaned and sprays acid liquor on the inner wall of the tank to be cleaned, and thus pickling of the outer wall and the inner wall of the tank to be cleaned is realized.

Detailed Description
In order to make the technical solutions of the present invention better understood, those skilled in the art will now describe the present invention in further detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
As shown in fig. 1 to 7, the spray type pickling apparatus provided by the embodiment of the present invention includes an acid storage tank 1, a liquid delivery pipe 2, a liquid delivery pump 3 disposed on the liquid delivery pipe 2, a closed chamber 4, and an outer wall spraying mechanism 5 and an inner wall spraying mechanism 6 disposed in the closed chamber 4, wherein the closed chamber 4 is used for placing a tank to be cleaned, the outer wall spraying mechanism 5 includes a plurality of U-shaped outer wall spraying rings disposed in parallel, the outer wall spraying rings are used for covering the tank to be cleaned, and a plurality of outer wall spray heads 5.1 are disposed on each outer wall spraying ring at intervals; the inner wall spraying mechanism 6 comprises a main pipeline 6.1 and a plurality of branch pipelines 6.2, each branch pipeline 6.2 is movably connected to the main pipeline 6.1, each branch pipeline 6.2 is provided with a spraying position and a folding position on the moving stroke, the inner wall spray heads 6.3 of the plurality of branch pipelines 6.2 are arranged in a spherical shape at the spraying position, and the plurality of branch pipelines 6.2 are attached to the main pipeline 6.1 in a closed manner at the folding position; one end of the infusion pipeline 2 is communicated with the acid liquor storage tank 1, and the other end of the infusion pipeline 2 is communicated with the outer wall spraying mechanism 5 and the inner wall spraying mechanism 6.
Specifically, the closed chamber 4 is used for placing a tank to be washed, the closed chamber 4 is arranged for preventing the acid liquor to be washed from floating everywhere after being gasified, and the gasified acid liquor is confined in a closed space through the closed chamber 4. The tank to be washed is a liquid storage tank to be washed by acid, the acid storage tank 1, the infusion pipeline 2, the infusion pump 3, the outer wall spraying mechanism 5 and the inner wall spraying mechanism 6 form a circulation pipeline of acid liquor, the acid liquor storage tank 1 is used for storing acid liquor such as sulfuric acid for acid washing operation, the infusion pipeline 2 extracts the acid liquor from the acid liquor storage tank 1 and respectively conveys the acid liquor to the outer wall spraying mechanism 5 and the inner wall spraying mechanism 6 under the driving of the infusion pump 3, the outer wall spraying mechanism 5 and the inner wall spraying mechanism 6 are both arranged in the closed chamber 4 and respectively comprise the infusion pipeline 2 and spray heads arranged on the infusion pipeline 2, wherein the outer wall spraying mechanism 5 comprises a U-shaped outer wall spraying ring, the outer wall spraying ring covers the outer side of the tank to be washed downwards through an opening, a plurality of outer wall spray heads 5.1 are arranged on the outer wall spraying ring, the plurality of outer wall spraying rings are linearly arranged to cover the whole tank body to be washed, the outer wall spraying ring can comprise a hard framework and a liquid conveying pipeline 2 connected to the hard framework, the hard framework is fixed on a shell of the closed chamber 4, and acid liquor is sprayed to the outer wall of the tank to be washed through an outer wall spray head 5.1 arranged on the liquid conveying pipeline 2, so that a protective layer is formed on the outer wall of the tank to be washed; the inner wall spraying mechanism 6 comprises a main pipeline 6.1 and a plurality of branch pipelines 6.2 movably connected to the main pipeline 6.1, on the movable stroke of the branch pipelines 6.2, each branch pipeline 6.2 has a spraying position and a folding position, each branch pipeline 6.2 is folded to the main pipeline 6.1 to form a bundle, at the moment, the branch pipelines 6.2 are attached to the main pipeline 6.1 or the branch pipelines 6.2 are attached to each other, the branch pipelines 6.2 are parallel to the main pipeline 6.1 or are approximately parallel to the main pipeline, the folding positions are used for putting in and taking out the inner wall spraying mechanism 6 from an opening on a tank to be washed, the whole sizes of the branch pipelines 6.2 and the main pipeline 6.1 are smaller at the moment, the branch pipelines 6.2 and the main pipeline 6.1 are convenient to take out and put in, the spraying positions are the opening positions of the branch pipelines 6.2, included angles between the branch pipelines 6.2 and the main pipeline 6.1 are different, and the inner wall spraying heads 6.3 of each branch pipeline 6.2 are integrally positioned on a spherical surface, namely, the angles of part of the inner wall spraying heads 6.3 are upward, the spherical inner wall spraying mechanism 6 is partially level and partially faces downwards, and can spray acid liquor to the inner wall of the tank to be washed comprehensively without dead angles, so that a complete and full-coverage protective shell is formed on the inner wall of the tank to be washed. The spraying type pickling device provided by the embodiment comprises a spraying type pickling device, wherein during pickling operation, a tank to be washed is placed in a closed chamber 4, a tank body to be washed is fixed in an inverted U-shaped outer wall spraying ring, an inner wall spraying mechanism 6 is rotated to a folding position and then placed inside the tank to be washed, the inner wall spraying mechanism 6 is rotated to a spraying position, then an operator withdraws from the closed chamber 4 and seals the closed chamber 4, an infusion pump 3 is started again, so that an outer wall spraying mechanism 5 and an inner wall spraying mechanism 6 inside the closed chamber 4 spray acid liquid outwards, the outer wall and the inner wall of the tank to be washed are pickled respectively, after pickling is finished, the closed chamber 4 is opened, and the pickled tank body is taken out. The redundant acid washing of the operation can be collected and reused, and the operation of acid washing in high-concentration acid gas by operators is not needed.
In the spray type pickling apparatus provided in this embodiment, components located in the closed chamber 4, such as the outer wall spraying mechanism 5 and the inner wall spraying mechanism 6, are both acid corrosion resistant mechanisms, and cannot be corroded by being stained with acid liquid.
The spraying type pickling device provided by the embodiment of the invention is provided with the closed chamber 4 for placing the tank to be cleaned, the outer wall spraying mechanism 5 is used for spraying acid liquor on the outer wall of the tank to be cleaned, the inner wall spraying mechanism 6 extends into the tank to be cleaned and sprays acid liquor on the inner wall of the tank to be cleaned, and thus the pickling of the outer wall and the inner wall of the tank to be cleaned is realized.
In this embodiment, furthermore, the two ends of the opening of the U-shaped outer wall spraying ring are movable free ends 5.2, the free ends 5.2 can be driven by external force to move, such as a corrugated pipe, a soft plastic part, or a structure with multiple sections and all sections capable of rotating relatively, the free ends 5.2 are arranged to be in such a way that the U-shaped outer wall spraying ring is difficult to cover completely, and the free ends 5.2 are rotated to be positioned on the belly of the tank to be washed, so that the belly of the tank to be washed is washed with acid.
In this embodiment, further, an air drying mechanism is arranged in the closed chamber 4, an air outlet 7 is formed in the closed chamber 4, an acid liquor filtering mechanism is arranged on the air outlet 7, the air drying mechanism is used for blowing air into the closed chamber 4, the air outlet 7 is used for extracting air from the closed chamber 4, and before the closed chamber 4 is opened after the acid washing is finished, the air in the closed chamber 4 is replaced by the air drying mechanism, so that the acid liquor in the air is removed, and the subsequent situation that the operator inhales the acid liquor to influence the body health is prevented. The acid liquor filtering mechanism on the exhaust port 7 absorbs acid gas in the air and prevents the acid gas from being exhausted into the atmosphere.
In the embodiment, further, the ground of the closed chamber 4 is a wave surface 8, the ground is provided with a collecting groove 9, the peak top 8.1 of the wave surface 8 is positioned on a horizontal plane, the peak bottom 8.2 of the wave surface 8 is positioned on the same plane, the collecting groove 9 is communicated with each peak bottom 8.2, the plane where the peak bottom 8.2 of the wave surface 8 is positioned and the plane where the peak top 8.1 of the wave surface 8 is positioned are arranged in an acute angle, the plane where the ground of the collecting groove 9 is positioned and the plane where the peak top 8.1 of the wave surface 8 is positioned are arranged in an acute angle, the plane where the peak top 8.1 of the wave surface 8 is positioned is a horizontal plane, the plane where the peak bottom 8.2 is positioned is an inclined plane, the plane where the operator walks and the horizontal plane to-be-washed are positioned on the peak top 8.1, so that walking and fixing operation are not affected, and meanwhile, the residual liquid after acid washing falls into the bottom 8.2, and the residual liquid at the lower end automatically flows into the collecting groove 9 because of the lower end, and finally, the acid liquor is returned to one position by the collecting tank 9 and can be recycled, or directly flows into the acid liquor storage tank 1 for recycling after being filtered, so that the automatic recycling of the acid liquor is realized.
