Abstract

本发明为一种免烧结纳米复合牙冠,包含:强化体,其底部具有凹槽,且该强化体由聚芳醚酮及陶瓷混合而成;及表面层,覆盖于该强化体的表面,该表面层由复合树脂所组成,且该表面层至少具有聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯。本发明的免烧结纳米复合牙冠通过上述配置,同时具有色泽优异的外观、高强度、高弹性及高延展性,套设于自然牙或植牙的支台齿时,不易破裂;并且,该免烧结纳米复合牙冠为齿桥状时,也不易断裂。

Description

免烧结纳米复合牙冠
技术领域
本发明是关于一种免烧结纳米复合牙冠,更特别的是关于一种不易破裂的免烧结纳米复合牙冠,具有色泽优异的外观、高强度、高弹性及高延展性。
背景技术
植牙时,必须把牙周韧带去除,所以当使用者使用牙冠套设于植牙的支台齿时,通常难以感受到咬合力的大小,常常会过度咬合,而导致强度差、延展性差的牙冠破裂。
已知的牙冠若外观色泽优异时,通常其材质的强度差、弹性差及延展性差,所以易破裂,且不适合制作成齿桥。
目前有另一种牙冠,其材质具有高强度、高延展性,但因外观的色泽差,导致不受使用者欢迎。
由于上述两种牙冠的特性完全不同,且上述牙冠是将材料堆栈而制成,因此在使用上,上述两种牙冠通常被单独且分开使用。
因此,如何创作出一种牙冠,同时具有色泽优异的外观、高强度、高弹性及高延展性,套设于自然牙或植牙的支台齿时,不易破裂;并且,当该牙冠为齿桥状时,也不易断裂,将是本发明所欲积极公开之处。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种免烧结纳米复合牙冠,同时具有色泽优异的外观、高强度、高弹性及高延展性,套设于自然牙或植牙的支台齿时,不易破裂。
本发明的另一目的在于提供一种免烧结纳米复合牙冠,为齿桥状时,不易断裂。
为实现上述目的及其他目的,本发明提出一种免烧结纳米复合牙冠,包含:强化体,其底部具有凹槽,且所述强化体由聚芳醚酮(Peek,polyaryletherketone)及陶瓷混合而成;及表面层,覆盖于所述强化体的表面,所述表面层由复合树脂所组成,且所述表面层至少具有聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯(PMMA,polymethyl methacrylate)。
在本发明的免烧结纳米复合牙冠中,其中,所述表面层还包含钡玻璃(bariumglass)、非结晶型二氧化硅(amorphous silica)、结晶型二氧化硅(crystalline silica)、三氟化镱(ytterbium trifluoride)、混合氧化物(mixed oxide)、钡氟硼硅酸盐玻璃(barium fluoro borosilicate glass)或二氧化锆(zirconium dioxide)中的任一种。
在本发明的免烧结纳米复合牙冠中,其中,按质量百分比计,在所述强化体中,陶瓷的比例为10%-40%。
在本发明的免烧结纳米复合牙冠中,其中,所述表面层的复合树脂具有渐层。
在本发明的免烧结纳米复合牙冠中,还具有钛基座,设置于所述凹槽内。
在本发明的免烧结纳米复合牙冠中,还具有牙根,插设于所述钛基座。
综上所述,本发明免烧结纳米复合牙冠通过上述配置,同时具有色泽优异的外观、高强度、高弹性及高延展性,套设于自然牙或植牙的支台齿时,不易破裂;并且,该免烧结纳米复合牙冠为齿桥状时,也不易断裂。

具体实施方式
为充分了解本发明的目的、特征及功效,现通过下述具体的实施例,并配合附图,对本发明做详细说明,说明如后:
请参照图1,其为本发明免烧结纳米复合牙冠100的第一实施例的示意图。该免烧结纳米复合牙冠100包含强化体10及表面层20。
该强化体10的底部具有凹槽11,用于套设至自然牙或植牙的支台齿,且该强化体10由聚芳醚酮(Peek,polyaryletherketone)及陶瓷混合而成。其中,按质量百分比计,在该强化体10中,陶瓷的比例为10%-40%,当改变陶瓷的比例时,能改变该免烧结纳米复合牙冠100的强度、弹性及延展性。因此,当该强化体10套设于该自然牙或该支台齿时,不易因使用者的过度咬合而破裂。
该表面层20覆盖于该强化体10的表面,该表面层20由复合树脂所组成,以使该免烧结纳米复合牙冠100的外观色泽变得优异,且该表面层20至少具有聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯(PMMA,polymethyl methacrylate)。其中,该表面层20还包含钡玻璃(barium glass)、非结晶型二氧化硅(amorphous silica)、结晶型二氧化硅(crystalline silica)、三氟化镱(ytterbium trifluoride)、混合氧化物(mixed oxide)、钡氟硼硅酸盐玻璃(bariumfluoro borosilicate glass)或二氧化锆(zirconium dioxide)中的任一种。
此外,该表面层20的复合树脂优选具有渐层,以使该免烧结纳米复合牙冠100的外观更接近真实的牙齿。
综上所述,本发明免烧结纳米复合牙冠通过上述配置,同时具有色泽优异的外观、高强度、高弹性及高延展性,套设于自然牙或植牙的支台齿时,不易破裂。
接着,请参照图2,其为本发明免烧结纳米复合牙冠200的第二实施例的示意图。该免烧结纳米复合牙冠200与该免烧结纳米复合牙冠100大致相同,其中,该免烧结纳米复合牙冠200还具有钛基座30,设置于该凹槽内。其中,该钛基座30优选由钛基复合材料组成,用于容置牙根40,或是直接套设于该自然牙、该支台齿上。
接着,请参照图3,其为本发明免烧结纳米复合牙冠300的第三实施例的示意图。该免烧结纳米复合牙冠300与该免烧结纳米复合牙冠100大致相同,其中,该免烧结纳米复合牙冠300制作成齿桥状。当使用者装设于口腔内时,纵使过度咬合,仍会因该免烧结纳米复合牙冠300的强化体10提供高强度、高弹性及高延展性,而有效避免该免烧结纳米复合牙冠300破裂;同时,该免烧结纳米复合牙冠300的表面层20因至少具有聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯(PMMA,polymethyl methacrylate),故使该免烧结纳米复合牙冠300的外观具有优异的色泽,并趋近真实的牙齿外观。
此外,该强化体10与该表面层20通过CAD制程完成,不须再进行烧结,即能有较佳的结合,并使所制成的该免烧结纳米复合牙冠300同时具有色泽优异的外观、高强度、高弹性及高延展性。
综上所述,本发明免烧结纳米复合牙冠通过上述配置,同时具有色泽优异的外观、高强度、高弹性及高延展性,套设于自然牙或植牙的支台齿时,不易破裂;并且,该免烧结纳米复合牙冠为该齿桥状时,也不易断裂。
本发明在上文中已以优选实施例公开,但是本领域技术人员应理解的是,该实施例仅用于描绘本发明,而不应理解为为限制本发明的范围。应注意的是,凡是与该实施例等效的变化与置换,均应理解为包含在本发明要求保护的范围内。因此,本发明的保护范围应当以权利要求书所限定的范围为准。

Claims (9)

1.一种免烧结纳米复合牙冠,包含:
强化体,其底部具有凹槽,且所述强化体由聚芳醚酮及陶瓷混合而成;及
表面层,覆盖于所述强化体的表面,所述表面层由复合树脂所组成,且所述表面层至少具有聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯。
2.如权利要求1所述的免烧结纳米复合牙冠,其中,所述表面层还包含钡玻璃、非结晶型二氧化硅、结晶型二氧化硅、三氟化镱、混合氧化物、钡氟硼硅酸盐玻璃或二氧化锆中的任一种。
3.如权利要求2所述的免烧结纳米复合牙冠,其中,按质量百分比计,在所述强化体中,陶瓷的比例为10%-40%。
4.如权利要求1所述的免烧结纳米复合牙冠,其中,按质量百分比计,在所述强化体中,陶瓷的比例为10%-40%。
5.如权利要求1至4中任一项所述的免烧结纳米复合牙冠,其中,所述表面层的复合树脂具有渐层。
6.如权利要求5所述的免烧结纳米复合牙冠,还具有钛基座,设置于所述凹槽内。
7.如权利要求6所述的免烧结纳米复合牙冠,还具有牙根,插设于所述钛基座。
8.如权利要求1至4中任一项所述的免烧结纳米复合牙冠,还具有钛基座,设置于所述凹槽内。
9.如权利要求8所述的免烧结纳米复合牙冠,还具有牙根,插设于所述钛基座。
