Detailed Description
In order that the invention may be more fully understood, reference will now be made to the following description. This invention may, however, be embodied in many different forms and should not be construed as limited to the embodiments set forth herein. Rather, these embodiments are provided so that this disclosure will be thorough and complete.
Unless defined otherwise, all technical and scientific terms used herein have the same meaning as commonly understood by one of ordinary skill in the art to which this invention belongs. In some embodiments, the gel air freshener comprises the following components in parts by weight:
70 parts of essential oil, 12.2 parts of fluxing agent, 4 parts of polyamide resin, 2.5 parts of isocyanurate, 0.3 part of antioxidant and 0.1 part of pigment.
In some of these embodiments, the fluxing agent is one or more of 3-methoxy-3-methyl-1-butanol, dipropylene glycol methyl ether acetate, and cyclohexane 1, 2-dicarboxylic acid diisononyl ester.
In some of these embodiments, the polyamide resin is an amino-terminated polyamide resin. In the above formulation, the polyamide resin is preferably a polyamide polyamine resin.
The antioxidant includes butylated hydroxyanisole, dibutyl hydroxy toluene, propyl gallate, tert-butyl hydroquinone, etc.
The essential oil contains aldehyde, ester, alcohol, ketone, acid and other components, and the aldehyde and polyamine are easy to generate balanced reaction at room temperature to generate imine and prolong the solidification time of the system. The polyamide resin and the perfume also undergo other, poorly defined, minor irreversible reactions which destroy the gel effect, making the gel soft and less elastic. Therefore, it is desirable to add the curing agent as quickly as possible while ensuring adequate mixing of the polyamide resin and the fragrance.
Also, the perfume, any fluxing agent containing a hydroxyl or amino group, and the curing agent are mixed together as these groups will react with the-N ═ C ═ O groups in the curing agent. Esters, ketones or aromatic hydrocarbons may be used as fluxing agents, for example, one or more of 3-methoxy-3-methyl-1-butanol, dipropylene glycol methyl ether acetate and cyclohexane 1, 2-dicarboxylic acid diisononyl ester may be used in the present invention.
The preparation method of the gel air freshener comprises the following steps:
providing the following components in parts by weight: 25-80 parts of essential oil, 5-40 parts of fluxing agent, 3-30 parts of polyamide resin, 2-6 parts of isocyanurate and 0.2-0.5 part of antioxidant;
mixing polyamide resin and 80-90% of fluxing agent by mass proportion, and uniformly stirring to form a primary mixed material;
adding essential oil and an antioxidant into the primary mixed material, and quickly stirring and uniformly mixing to obtain a semi-finished product;
and mixing the curing agent and the balance of the fluxing agent, adding the mixture into the semi-finished product, uniformly stirring, and standing at room temperature until the mixture is solidified to obtain the gel air freshener.
In some of these embodiments, the rapid agitation is mixing within 2min to 10 min.
The gel air freshener generates transverse cross-linked gel through the reaction of the isocyanurate and the polyamide resin with amino as a terminal group, the curing agent isocyanurate in the system can preferentially react with amine under the condition of containing alcohol, water and acid, and has excellent compatibility with ester, ketone, aldehyde, alcohol and the like, so that the gel air freshener can be compatible with various dyes and spices, can bear 80% of essence and spice, slowly and continuously and uniformly disperses the fragrance for six months at most; the gel system is formed by combining stable hydrogen bonds, so that the gel system has the characteristic of high temperature resistance, is not easy to produce oil or soften in structure in a high-temperature or low-temperature environment, and can keep a lasting fragrance-emitting effect; the system has fast and controllable reaction, can form gel from soft to hard by changing the content of the polymer, and has excellent molding performance.
The invention also has the following advantages:
all production processes are carried out at room temperature, the operation is simple and convenient, and the process cost is reduced.
The gel system can control the curing time by changing the proportion, thereby facilitating the production operation.
