Abstract
The invention discloses a vehicle-mounted temperature-resistant elastic fragrance-releasing product and a preparation method thereof, and belongs to the technical field of preparation of functional master batches. The invention solves the problems that the existing in-vehicle perfuming technology depends on liquid essence, has the defects of essence overflow, pollution to surrounding objects, flammability and unsuitability for being applied to the environment with strict requirements on temperature. According to the invention, TPE and EVA elastomer plastic particles with simple components are selected to be mixed with spice and a stabilizer to prepare a fragrance-holding solid with the fragrance absorption of 25-50%, various shapes are formed by injection molding/hot pressing and other processes, the surface of the solid is dry and keeps unchanged at the temperature of-20-110 ℃ (the conventional temperature of the vehicular solid fragrance requires 0-90 ℃), the solid continuously releases fragrance outwards and releases fragrance (the fragrance type can be identified when the fragrance strength is more than or equal to 2), and the temperature-resistant elastic fragrance-releasing product is suitable for being used in a vehicle body.

The existing perfuming technology depends on liquid essence, has the problems of essence overflow, pollution to surrounding objects, flammability and the like, and is not suitable for being applied to vehicles with large temperature change. The conventional essence carrier is mainly environment-friendly plastic, the essence absorption amount of the conventional plastic is relatively low, and the physical properties, particularly temperature resistance, of the plastic carrier are reduced along with the increase of the fragrance absorption amount, so that the fragrance diffusion time is too short, the long-acting fragrance-holding effect is difficult to generate, and the conventional essence carrier is not suitable for being applied to vehicles with large temperature change.
Therefore, it is necessary to provide a vehicle-mounted temperature-resistant elastic fragrance releasing product and a preparation method thereof, so as to meet the requirement of a product with a long-time fragrance releasing effect under a wide temperature condition.

The technical scheme of the invention is as follows:
the vehicle-mounted temperature-resistant elastic fragrance-releasing product is prepared from 25-50 parts by weight of spice, 10-75 parts by weight of TPE (thermoplastic elastomer) particles, 10-75 parts by weight of EVA (ethylene vinyl acetate) particles and 0-5 parts by weight of stabilizer.
Further limiting, the stabilizer is one or a plurality of IPM, dipropylene glycol, benzyl benzoate or isopropyl myristate which are combined according to any proportion.

and step three, performing injection molding on the thermoplastic temperature-resistant fragrant master batch obtained in the step two in an injection molding machine to obtain a vehicle-mounted temperature-resistant elastic fragrance releasing product.
Further, the polymer in the first step includes one or more of hydrogenated styrene-butadiene-styrene block copolymer (SEBS), polypropylene (PP), ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer (EVA), Polyethylene (PE), Polystyrene (PS) or styrene-butadiene-styrene block copolymer (SBS).
Further, in the first step, the filler comprises one or more of white mineral oil, naphthenic oil, hydrogenated naphthenic oil or liquid paraffin.

Example 1:
firstly, SEBS, PP and white mineral oil are mixed according to the mass ratio of 30:21:49, and then added into a double-screw extruder for granulation, wherein the L/D of a screw of the double-screw extruder is 21/1, and the processing temperature is 235 ℃, so that TPE particles are obtained.
Then, 45g of the TPE particles obtained in the step, 75g of EVA particles, 65g of costustoot raw material and 15g of benzyl benzoate are added into a closed mixing tank to be mixed for 15 minutes, and then the mixture is adsorbed for 12 hours at normal temperature to obtain the thermoplastic temperature-resistant fragrant master batch with a dry and comfortable surface.
Finally, installing a circular ring-shaped mold on an injection molding machine, adding the obtained fragrant master batch into the injection molding machine, and performing injection molding at the pressure of 45MP and the temperature of 135 ℃ for 120s to obtain the vehicle-mounted temperature-resistant elastic fragrance releasing product. Example 2:

mixing and granulating a polymer and a filler to obtain TPE particles;

and step three, performing injection molding on the thermoplastic temperature-resistant fragrant master batch obtained in the step two in an injection molding machine to obtain a vehicle-mounted temperature-resistant elastic fragrance releasing product.

The method for preparing the vehicle-mounted temperature-resistant elastic fragrance-releasing product according to claim 5, wherein the polymer in the first step comprises one or more of hydrogenated styrene-butadiene-styrene block copolymer, polypropylene, ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer, polyethylene, polystyrene or styrene-butadiene-styrene block copolymer.
