本发明涉及中药加工技术领域，尤其涉及一种治疗慢性结肠炎的中药组合物及其制备方法。
背景技术
现代医学的慢性肠炎、慢性结肠炎以及过敏性结肠炎等都属于慢性腹泻之范畴。本病即为中医“泄泻”一病之迁延日久，反复发作。《内经》载有飱泄、濡泄、溏泄、鹜溏、洞泄。后世又扩充有胃泄、脾泄、大肠泄、小肠泄、肾泄、肝泄、痰泄、食泄、大瘕泄、伤酒泄、暑泄等。泄泻之本，无不由于饮食不节，起居不时，脾胃受邪所致。此病由多种病因引起，可分为慢性特异性和慢性非特异性溃疡性两类。前者以细菌性痢疾、阿米巴痢疾和肠结核多见；后者原因不明。腹泻是本病的主要症状，中医认为与肝郁、脾虚有关。即所谓“湿胜则濡泻”、“痛责于肝，泻责于脾”之说。或因湿热邪毒壅滞胃肠，湿浊内生，腑气不利，气血凝滞所致。又因湿毒蕴结，损伤肠道，壅而成为溃疡等的复杂症候；此病属中医学“泄泻”、“腹痛”等范畴。
近年来，黄酮类化合物因具有较强的生物活性，越来越受到学者的关注，其药效表现在肿瘤、心血管疾病的治疗、抗菌、抗氧化活性等方面。植物中总黄酮的提取方法主要集中在乙醇回流提取、超声波提取、微波提取、超声酶法提取等，其提取时间相对较长，提取温度较高，提取液中杂质多，而且微波和超声波提取要求设备费用较高。减压内部沸腾法，主要是在减压条件下低温提取，发生的内部沸腾提取强化了提取过程。该法已经成功应用到多种植物黄酮和其他成分的提取，均取得了较好的提取效果。与传统水提或醇提相比，该法提取液中杂质少，提取温度低，有利于有效成分的后续分离纯化。翁艳英、张贞发等在《减压内部沸腾法提取人面子树皮总黄酮的研究》文中为优化人面子树皮中总黄酮的减压内部沸腾提取工艺，提高总黄酮的提取率，采用单因素试验的方法，考察解吸及提取过程中的解吸剂体积分数、解吸时间、提取剂体积分数、提取剂用量、提取温度及提取时间等6个因素对提取效果的影响。结果表明，提取过程中提取剂体积分数影响效果最显著，其次是提取时间和提取温度，影响最小的是提取剂用量。在最佳提取条件下进行重复试验，人面子树皮总黄酮提取率为 41.51%。与传统回流提取法相比，提取时间缩短了68 分钟，提取率提高了9．05个百分点。说明低温快速的减压内部沸腾法对人面子树皮总黄酮的提取效果良好，为其在实际生产中提供了理论依据。在实际生产中，因制剂的提取和精制工艺不便改动，通常以筛选辅料的种类和用量来降低制剂的吸湿性。传统中药浸膏多采用水提的方法制得，其中含多种亲水性成分，极易吸湿。在保留传统简单方便的工艺前提下，筛选防潮辅料。与以往研究单味药或复方药防潮相比，何倩灵在《防潮辅料在中药固体制剂中的应用研究》中针对吸湿药物的主要吸湿组分进行防潮，把复杂的吸湿体系转化为具有针对性的影响因素，从一类组分上去进行防潮研究，将筛选出的防潮辅料推广应用于单味药及复方中，摸索防潮规律，希望为含此类有效组分的药物的防潮研究提供一种可借鉴的模式，以之对中药浸膏吸湿更具有普遍适宜性。
发明内容
本发明目的就是为了弥补已有技术的缺陷，提供一种治疗慢性结肠炎的中药组合物。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的：
一种治疗慢性结肠炎的中药组合物，它是由下述组分及其重量份制成：
黄芪8-10、丹参6-8、玄参5-7、三七参3-5、熟地黄8-10、炒白芍6-8、全蝎2-4、金银花6-8、炒白术5-7、川牛膝6-8、诃子肉5-7、干姜4-6、广地龙5-7、川芎6-8、地鳖虫4-6、川厚朴3-5、姜半夏5-7、茯苓6-8、赤芍5-7、鱼腥草多糖5-6、甘草多糖3-3.5、乳糖9-10、微晶纤维素15-18、CaHPO4 6-8。
所述的一种治疗慢性结肠炎的中药组合物，是由下列步骤制成的：
1）、将全蝎、地鳖虫清洗干净后用5-6倍量黄酒浸泡2-3天，将其取出后文火烘干，研磨成粉，过60-80目筛；
2）、将黄芪、丹参、三七参、炒白芍、金银花、炒白术、川牛膝、诃子肉、干姜、广地龙、川厚朴、姜半夏、赤芍分别清洗干净，粗粉碎后混合加入5-6倍量30-50%的乙醇溶液浸润2-3小时；
2）、将步骤2所得物料加入15-20倍量75-90%的乙醇溶液，于精密恒温槽中于50-55℃，迅速减压至0.03-0.05MPa条件下，使内部产生沸腾，提取6-8分钟，抽滤，滤渣进行再次提取，提取方法同上，合并滤液，回收乙醇；
3）、将步骤2所得滤液加入质量分数为5-7%的竹炭进行脱色处理，并将其进行减压浓缩，再将玄参、熟地黄、川芎、茯苓粉碎过60-80目筛，加入步骤1所得物后与之混合煎煮成膏状；
4）、将步骤3所得浸膏干燥成粉，细粉碎过80-100目筛，再与鱼腥草多糖、甘草多糖、乳糖、微晶纤维素、CaHPO4混合制粒，干燥保存。

本发明的一种治疗慢性结肠炎的中药组合物，通过减压内部沸腾法，在减压条件下低温提取，发生的内部沸腾提取强化了提取过程。与传统水提或醇提相比，该法提取液中杂质少，提取温度低，有利于有效成分分离及保存。本发明的一种治疗慢性结肠炎的中药组合物，方中以川厚朴、干姜、诃子肉、炒白术肉温中散寒；玄参、全蝎、金银花祛风解毒；茯苓、姜半夏化浊兼除痰湿；赤芍药、白芍药清血宣血；丹参、三七参祛瘀生血止血，以庇护血液；地鳖虫、广地龙化瘀通经络，以涤荡顽固毒浊；川芎行气血通天彻地，得川牛膝载药力下调上通，祛浊邪外泄；黄芪扶正祛邪以助气血运行，入阴随阴，入阳随阳；熟地黄生水制火，益肾涵木滋阴培元，五行相生则病速愈。本发明的一种治疗慢性结肠炎的中药组合物，具有对人体具有双向调整的多层次性功效，把平衡人体阴阳、调和气血、益气固本、畅通瘀阻、清血排毒、祛痰化浊等诸多功效融为一体，具有疗效确切，作用平稳持久。本发明将乳糖、微晶纤维素、CaHPO4作为辅料制备颗粒，可矫正口感，防潮，更好的保持外型。
具体实施方式
一种治疗慢性结肠炎的中药组合物，它是由下述组分及其重量份制成：
黄芪8、丹参6、玄参5、三七参3、熟地黄8、炒白芍6、全蝎2、金银花6、炒白术5、川牛膝6、诃子肉5、干姜4、广地龙5、川芎6、地鳖虫4、川厚朴3、姜半夏5、茯苓6、赤芍5、鱼腥草多糖5、甘草多糖3、乳糖9、微晶纤维素15、CaHPO4 6。
所述的一种治疗慢性结肠炎的中药组合物，是由下列步骤制成的：
1）、将全蝎、地鳖虫清洗干净后用5倍量黄酒浸泡2天，将其取出后文火烘干，研磨成粉，过60目筛；
2）、将黄芪、丹参、三七参、炒白芍、金银花、炒白术、川牛膝、诃子肉、干姜、广地龙、川厚朴、姜半夏、赤芍分别清洗干净，粗粉碎后混合加入5倍量30%的乙醇溶液浸润2小时；
2）、将步骤2所得物料加入15倍量75%的乙醇溶液，于精密恒温槽中于50℃，迅速减压至0.03MPa条件下，使内部产生沸腾，提取6分钟，抽滤，滤渣进行再次提取，提取方法同上，合并滤液，回收乙醇；
3）、将步骤2所得滤液加入质量分数为5%的竹炭进行脱色处理，并将其进行减压浓缩，再将玄参、熟地黄、川芎、茯苓粉碎过60目筛，加入步骤1所得物后与之混合煎煮成膏状；
4）、将步骤3所得浸膏干燥成粉，细粉碎过80目筛，再与鱼腥草多糖、甘草多糖、乳糖、微晶纤维素、CaHPO4混合制粒，干燥保存。

Claims (2)

1.一种治疗慢性结肠炎的中药组合物，其特征在于它是由下述组分及其重量份制成：
黄芪8-10、丹参6-8、玄参5-7、三七参3-5、熟地黄8-10、炒白芍6-8、全蝎2-4、金银花6-8、炒白术5-7、川牛膝6-8、诃子肉5-7、干姜4-6、广地龙5-7、川芎6-8、地鳖虫4-6、川厚朴3-5、姜半夏5-7、茯苓6-8、赤芍5-7、鱼腥草多糖5-6、甘草多糖3-3.5、乳糖9-10、微晶纤维素15-18、CaHPO4 6-8。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种治疗慢性结肠炎的中药组合物，其特征在于是由下列步骤制成的：
1）、将全蝎、地鳖虫清洗干净后用5-6倍量黄酒浸泡2-3天，将其取出后文火烘干，研磨成粉，过60-80目筛；
2）、将黄芪、丹参、三七参、炒白芍、金银花、炒白术、川牛膝、诃子肉、干姜、广地龙、川厚朴、姜半夏、赤芍分别清洗干净，粗粉碎后混合加入5-6倍量30-50%的乙醇溶液浸润2-3小时；
2）、将步骤2所得物料加入15-20倍量75-90%的乙醇溶液，于精密恒温槽中于50-55℃，迅速减压至0.03-0.05MPa条件下，使内部产生沸腾，提取6-8分钟，抽滤，滤渣进行再次提取，提取方法同上，合并滤液，回收乙醇；
3）、将步骤2所得滤液加入质量分数为5-7%的竹炭进行脱色处理，并将其进行减压浓缩，再将玄参、熟地黄、川芎、茯苓粉碎过60-80目筛，加入步骤1所得物后与之混合煎煮成膏状；
4）、将步骤3所得浸膏干燥成粉，细粉碎过80-100目筛，再与鱼腥草多糖、甘草多糖、乳糖、微晶纤维素、CaHPO4混合制粒，干燥保存。
