Abstract

本发明公开了一种含茶树精油的护肤按摩油，其所含主要成分按重量份计为：茶树精油20‑30份、胡萝卜籽油10‑15份、冬青叶提取物8‑10份、尿囊素3‑5份、艾草精油3‑5份、黑莓果提取物2‑3份。本发明通过科学搭配，将茶树精油、胡萝卜籽油、艾草精油配合作为油性基底及功效促进成分，将冬青叶提取物、尿囊素、黑莓果提取物作为主要功效成分，制得的护肤按摩油具有良好保湿、美白的效果，可有效缓解因皮肤干燥引起的瘙痒、皲裂等不适症状。

一种含茶树精油的护肤按摩油
技术领域
本发明属于医药及化妆品技术领域，具体涉及一种含茶树精油的护肤按摩油。
背景技术
人体皮肤内分布着皮脂腺和汗腺，其分泌的皮脂和汗液可在皮肤上形成一层薄膜，以减少皮肤水分蒸发，使皮肤保持润滑、柔韧。秋冬季节，由于气温降低、空气干燥，会使人体皮肤缺少水分、皮脂分泌减少，进而出现瘙痒、皲裂等症状；而随着年龄的增长，皮肤代谢功能的减慢，也会使皮肤保湿作用及屏障功能减弱，导致皮肤干燥开裂。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种含茶树精油的护肤按摩油，其具有良好保湿、美白的效果，可有效缓解因皮肤干燥引起的瘙痒、皲裂等不适症状。
为实现上述目的，本发明采用如下技术方案：
一种含茶树精油的护肤按摩油，其所含主要成分按重量份计为：茶树精油20-30份、胡萝卜籽油10-15份、冬青叶提取物8-10份、尿囊素3-5份、艾草精油3-5份、黑莓果提取物2-3份。
优选地，其所用主要成分按重量份计为：茶树精油25份、胡萝卜籽油12份、冬青叶提取物9份、尿囊素4份、艾草精油4份、黑莓果提取物2份。
所述冬青叶提取物是在采摘的冬青叶中加入其重量2-3倍、70-80wt%的乙醇溶液，50~70℃超声提取30-50min后过滤，滤液浓缩至干后粉碎即得。
所述黑莓果提取物是在黑莓果中加入其重量2-3倍的水进行打浆，所得浆液过滤后，在滤液中加入其体积20-30%的无水乙醇，搅拌混匀后静置3-5h，然后离心，所得上清液经冷冻干燥即得。
茶树精油具有良好的保湿滋润效果，并具有较好的皮肤相容性和渗透性能。胡萝卜籽油具有良好促进细胞再生的效果，对皲裂等引起的皮肤损伤具有良好的愈合作用，且其具有改善肤色、增加皮肤弹性的作用。艾草精油是从艾草的茎、叶中提炼萃取得到的挥发性芳香物质，其具有温通经脉、促循环的功效。将艾草精油与茶树精油、胡萝卜籽油配合作为油性基底，有利于促进各功效成分的快速渗透。
冬青叶为冬青科植物冬青的叶片，其含挥发油、原儿茶酸及黄酮类成分，具有抑菌、修复的功效。
黑莓果为蔷薇科悬钩子多年生藤本植物的成熟果实，其富含原花青素、硒、类黄酮等高效抗氧化活性物质，具有良好抗衰老、增加皮肤弹性的作用。
本发明在大量研究的基础上，经科学搭配，将茶树精油、胡萝卜籽油、艾草精油配合作为油性基底及功效促进成分，将冬青叶提取物、尿囊素、黑莓果提取物作为主要功效成分，制备得到一款具有护肤效果的按摩油，其具有良好保湿、美白的效果，可有效缓解因皮肤干燥引起的瘙痒、皲裂等不适症状，尤其适于冬日使用。
具体实施方式
为了使本发明所述的内容更加便于理解，下面结合具体实施方式对本发明所述的技术方案做进一步的说明，但是本发明不仅限于此。
实施例1
一种含茶树精油的护肤按摩油，其所含主要成分按重量份计为：茶树精油25份、胡萝卜籽油12份、冬青叶提取物9份、尿囊素4份、艾草精油4份、黑莓果提取物2份。
其中，所用冬青叶提取物是在采摘的冬青叶中加入其重量2倍、75wt%的乙醇溶液，60℃超声提取40min后过滤，滤液浓缩至干后粉碎即得。
所用黑莓果提取物是在黑莓果中加入其重量2倍的水进行打浆，所得浆液过滤后，在滤液中加入其体积25%的无水乙醇，搅拌混匀后静置4h，然后离心，所得上清液经冷冻干燥即得。
实施例2
一种含茶树精油的护肤按摩油，其所含主要成分按重量份计为：茶树精油20份、胡萝卜籽油10份、冬青叶提取物8份、尿囊素3份、艾草精油3份、黑莓果提取物2份。
其中，所用冬青叶提取物是在采摘的冬青叶中加入其重量2倍、70wt%的乙醇溶液，50℃超声提取50min后过滤，滤液浓缩至干后粉碎即得。
所用黑莓果提取物是在黑莓果中加入其重量2倍的水进行打浆，所得浆液过滤后，在滤液中加入其体积20%的无水乙醇，搅拌混匀后静置3h，然后离心，所得上清液经冷冻干燥即得。
实施例3
一种含茶树精油的护肤按摩油，其所含主要成分按重量份计为：茶树精油30份、胡萝卜籽油15份、冬青叶提取物10份、尿囊素5份、艾草精油5份、黑莓果提取物3份。
其中，所用冬青叶提取物是在采摘的冬青叶中加入其重量3倍、80wt%的乙醇溶液，70℃超声提取30min后过滤，滤液浓缩至干后粉碎即得。
所用黑莓果提取物是在黑莓果中加入其重量3倍的水进行打浆，所得浆液过滤后，在滤液中加入其体积30%的无水乙醇，搅拌混匀后静置5h，然后离心，所得上清液经冷冻干燥即得。
吸湿性检测
取一定量实施例1-3所述成分配方制备的按摩油，将其分别置于直径为3cm的称量瓶中，然后放入装有饱和碳酸钠溶液（相对湿度RH43%）的干燥器中，于不同时间下取出进行称量，另以茶树精油作为按摩油进行对照，分别计算不同时间下样品的吸湿率，其结果见表1。
计算公式为：吸湿率（%）=（W2-W1）/W1×100%，其中，W1为空称量瓶的重量，W2为试验过程中称量瓶的重量。

保湿性检测
取一定量实施例1-3所述成分配方制备的按摩油，将其分别置于直径为3cm的称量瓶中，然后加入样品重量10%的去离子水，置于装有干硅胶的干燥器中，于不同时间下取出进行称量，另以茶树精油作为按摩油进行对照，分别计算不同时间下样品的保湿率，其结果见表2。
计算公式为：保湿率（%）=H2/H1×100%，其中，H1为加入水的重量，H2为试验过程中称量瓶中剩余水的重量。

由表1、2可见，与单纯含茶树精油的按摩油相比，本发明提供的护肤按摩油的保湿效果有明显提高，其中以实施例1效果最佳。
滋润效果试验
选择80名皮肤干燥、有瘙痒症状的患者，将其随机分为4组，每组20名，各组受试者间无明显差异。第1-3组分别试用实施例1-3所述成分配方制备的按摩油，第4组以茶树精油作为按摩油进行对照，各组涂抹8h后评价其感觉，结果见表3。

由表3可见，采用本发明按摩油进行涂抹后，大部分试用者在8h内均感觉有良好滋润效果，其中以实施例1效果最好。
以上所述仅为本发明的较佳实施例，凡依本发明申请专利范围所做的均等变化与修饰，皆应属本发明的涵盖范围。

1.一种含茶树精油的护肤按摩油，其特征在于：所含主要成分按重量份计为：茶树精油20-30份、胡萝卜籽油10-15份、冬青叶提取物8-10份、尿囊素3-5份、艾草精油3-5份、黑莓果提取物2-3份。
2.根据权利要求1所述含茶树精油的护肤按摩油，其特征在于：所用主要成分按重量份计为：茶树精油25份、胡萝卜籽油12份、冬青叶提取物9份、尿囊素4份、艾草精油4份、黑莓果提取物2份。
3.根据权利要求1所述含茶树精油的护肤按摩油，其特征在于：所述冬青叶提取物是在采摘的冬青叶中加入其重量2-3倍、70-80wt%的乙醇溶液，50~70℃超声提取30-50min后过滤，滤液浓缩至干后粉碎即得。
4.根据权利要求1所述含茶树精油的护肤按摩油，其特征在于：所述黑莓果提取物是在黑莓果中加入其重量2-3倍的水进行打浆，所得浆液过滤后，在滤液中加入其体积20-30%的无水乙醇，搅拌混匀后静置3-5h，然后离心，所得上清液经冷冻干燥即得。
