Abstract
本发明公开了一种透明柔肤水,按重量份计,包括如下组分:油性成分0.05‑0.3份;高级醇0.05‑0.3份;PEG 6‑20mol非离子活性剂0.2‑0.5份;PEG 30‑80mol非离子活性剂0.2‑0.5份;柔肤水基料99‑110份。本发明通过高级醇、PEG 6‑20mol非离子活性剂和PEG 30‑80mol非离子活性剂作为油性成分的增溶剂,能够将油性成分分散并增溶至可透明溶解,从而使得制备得到的透明柔肤水具有与传统化妆水一样的稳定透明外观,并且可将油性成分增溶至粒径达到50μm以下,使其对皮肤具有很好的保湿、补充油分,增加皮肤锁水保湿效果。

技术领域
本发明涉及化妆品领域,特别涉及一种透明柔肤水及其制备方法。
背景技术
随着社会的进步、人民生活水平的不断提高,化妆品逐渐从奢侈品变为人们生活的必需品,近年来在众多化妆品中透明化妆水产品越来越受到消费者的青睐。其中透明柔肤水是化妆水中占有较大比例的产品。
通常柔肤水中添加油性成分,但是不能做成透明状态。现有的添加高油脂成分的柔肤水主要有两种,一类是半透明,一类是乳白色。半透明柔肤水存在外观不够清澈透明的缺点,乳白色柔肤水是低粘的乳液而非柔肤水。如果要将油性成分的香精增溶至透明,一般采用PEG-60氢化蓖麻油、聚山梨醇酯-20等HLB值大的非离子表面活性剂将其增溶至透明,用量是油性成分即香精的2~5倍。但是这种方法仍然不能将维生素E/生育酚、生育酚乙酸酯、天然油脂、霍霍巴油、角鲨烷、植物甾醇/辛基十二醇月桂酰谷氨酸酯、植物甾醇异硬脂酸酯、胆甾醇油等多种油性成分增溶至透明。
因此开发一种将上述维生素E/生育酚、生育酚乙酸酯、天然油脂、霍霍巴油、角鲨烷、植物甾醇/辛基十二醇月桂酰谷氨酸酯、植物甾醇异硬脂酸酯、胆甾醇油等多种油性成分通过高级醇、PEG 6-20mol非离子活性剂和PEG 30-80mol非离子活性剂增溶至透明,从而使得制备得到的透明柔肤水具有与传统化妆水一样的稳定透明外观,且可将上述油性成分增容至粒径达到50μm以下,使其对皮肤具有很好的保湿、补充油分,增加皮肤锁水保湿效果的透明柔肤水具有重要意义。
发明内容
本发明旨在给出一种能够将油性成分分散并增溶至可透明溶解,具有与传统化妆水一样的稳定透明外观;且能够将油性成分增溶至粒径达到50μm以下,对皮肤具有很好的保湿、补充油分,增加皮肤锁水保湿效果的透明柔肤水。

其中,所述油性成分选自维生素E/生育酚、生育酚乙酸酯、3个脂肪酸及甘油酯组成的甘油三酯、霍霍巴油、角鲨烷、植物甾醇/辛基十二醇月桂酰谷氨酸酯、植物甾醇异硬脂酸酯、胆甾醇油中的一种或几种。

水84-88重量份、1,3-丁二醇3-5重量份、甘油1-3重量份、异戊二醇1-3重量份、甜菜碱0.5-1.5重量份、乳酸钠0.1-0.3重量份、尿囊素0.00001g、PCA钠0.2-0.7重量份、银耳(TREMELLA FUCIFORMIS)提取物0.005-0.03重量份、PEG-60氢化蓖麻油0.2-0.4重量份、香精0.01-0.03重量份、马齿苋0.05-0.02重量份、柠檬酸钠0.3-0.7重量份、柠檬酸0.03-0.07重量份、银0.2-0.4重量份、烟酰胺0.05-0.15重量份、海藻糖0.05-0.15重量份、葡聚糖0.0005-0.002重量份、苯甲地那铵0.00003重量份、PCA ZN0.00001重量份、交替单胞菌发酵产物提取物0.03-0.1重量份、高岭土0.00001重量份、珍珠提取物0.0005-0.002重量份、墨角藻(FUCUS VESICULOSUS)提取物0.0005-0.002重量份、黑茶镳子(RIBES NIGRUM)籽油0.0005-0.002重量份、鲟鱼子酱提取物0.0005-0.002重量份、丙烯酸(酯)类共聚物钠0.00001重量份、辛酰羟肟酸0.00001重量份、乙基己基甘油0.00001重量份、、尿囊素0.00001重量份。
本申请人经过多年的研究发现:由于油性成分为无极性或极性低的油脂,而柔肤水基料中的水的极性最高,本发明以油性成分、高级醇、PEG 6-20mol非离子活性剂、PEG30-80mol非离子活性剂的极性为着眼点,通过添加高级醇(末端带有OH基团、极性高)、PEG6-20mol非离子活性剂(PEG低mol非离子活性剂,极性介于高级醇和PEG 30-80mol非离子活性剂的中间)和PEG 30-80mol非离子活性剂(PEG高mol非离子活性剂,极性较高)作为油性成分的增溶剂,使得无极性或极性低的油性成分在使水和油之间有个中间极性连接者,从而实现将油性成分分散并增溶至可透明溶解,且能将油性成分增溶至粒径达到50μm以下。
此外,本发明还公开了一种上述透明柔肤水的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
1)取水、1,3-丁二醇、甘油、异戊二醇、甜菜碱、乙基己基甘油、乳酸钠、尿囊素、PCA钠,加入水相锅,加热至70-75℃后,搅拌均匀,抽入真空乳化机中;
2)取油性成分、高级醇、PEG 6-20mol非离子活性剂、PEG 30-80mol非离子活性剂,加入油相锅,加热至60-65℃,搅拌均匀,抽入真空乳化机中;
3)开启真空乳化机,以800-1200rpm/分的转速搅拌20-40分钟后,停止搅拌,降温至35-45℃;加入银耳(TREMELLA FUCIFORMIS)提取物、PEG-60氢化蓖麻油、香精、马齿苋、柠檬酸钠、柠檬酸、银、烟酰胺、海藻糖、葡聚糖、苯甲地那铵、PCA ZN、交替单胞菌发酵产物提取物、高岭土、珍珠提取物、墨角藻(FUCUS VESICULOSUS)提取物、黑茶镳子(RIBES NIGRUM)籽油、鲟鱼子酱提取物、丙烯酸(酯)类共聚物钠、辛酰羟肟酸,继续搅拌均匀,冷却至室温;灌装,即得透明柔肤水。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有如下有益效果:
本发明通过高级醇、PEG 6-20mol非离子活性剂和PEG 30-80mol非离子活性剂作为油性成分的增溶剂,能够将油性成分分散并增溶至可透明溶解,从而使得制备得到的透明柔肤水具有与传统化妆水一样的稳定透明外观,并且可将油性成分增溶至粒径达到50μm以下,使其对皮肤具有很好的保湿、补充油分,增加皮肤锁水保湿效果。
具体实施方式
下面通过具体实施方式来进一步说明本发明,以下实施例为本发明较佳的实施方式,但本发明的实施方式并不受下述实施例的限制。
本发明的实施例及对比例采用如表1所示的原料,但不仅限于这些原料:

各性能指标的测试方法:
外观透明度稳定性的测试方法:样品配制:取所述透明柔肤水,加入50mL去离子水,再加入50mL1,3-丁二醇,混合均匀,得到透明柔肤水混合物,备用;试验方法:取透明柔肤水混合物,置于40℃存放1个月、室温25℃存放1个月、低温5℃存放1个月,恢复至室温后观察外观透明度。
油性成分的粒径的测试方法,采用欧美克LS900型激光粒度分析仪进行测试。
外观透光率测试方法,采用上海天美科学仪器有限公司紫外可见分光光度计UV1000。
实施例1-16及对比例1-6:透明柔肤水的制备
首先将一部分柔肤水基料(水86.77997g、1,3-丁二醇4g、甘油2g、异戊二醇1.5g、甜菜碱1g、乙基己基甘油0.00001g、乳酸钠0.2、尿囊素0.00001g、PCA钠0.5g)加入水相锅,加热至70-75℃后,搅拌均匀,抽入真空乳化机中;然后按照表1的配比加入油性成分、高级醇、PEG 6-20mol非离子活性剂、PEG 30-80mol非离子活性剂,加入油相锅,加热至60-65℃,搅拌均匀,抽入真空乳化机中;然后开启真空乳化机,以1000rpm/分的转速搅拌30分钟后,停止搅拌,降温至40℃;加入剩余的柔肤水基料(银耳(TREMELLA FUCIFORMIS)提取物0.015g、PEG-60氢化蓖麻油0.3g、香精0.015g、马齿苋0.1g、柠檬酸钠0.5g、柠檬酸0.05g、银0.3g、烟酰胺0.1g、海藻糖0.1g、葡聚糖0.001g、苯甲地那铵0.00003g、PCA ZN0.00001g、交替单胞菌发酵产物提取物0.05g、高岭土0.00001g、珍珠提取物0.001g、墨角藻(FUCUSVESICULOSUS)提取物0.001g、黑茶镳子(RIBES NIGRUM)籽油0.001g、鲟鱼子酱提取物0.001g、丙烯酸(酯)类共聚物钠0.00001g、辛酰羟肟酸0.00001g),继续搅拌均匀,冷却至室温;灌装,即得透明柔肤水;所得透明柔肤水的外观透明度稳定性、粒径、保湿性等性能指标如表1所示。

1.一种透明柔肤水,其特征在于,按重量份计,包括如下组分:
油性成分 0.05-0.3份;
高级醇 0.05-0.3份;
PEG 6-20mol非离子活性剂 0.2-0.5份;
PEG 30-80mol非离子活性剂 0.2-0.5份;
柔肤水基料 99-110份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的透明柔肤水,其特征在于,所述透明柔肤水,按重量份计,包括如下组分:
油性成分 0.1-0.2份;
高级醇 0.1-0.2份;
PEG 6-20mol非离子活性剂 0.3-0.4份;
PEG 30-80mol非离子活性剂 0.3-0.4份;
柔肤水基料 99-110份。

7.根据权利要求1或2所述的透明柔肤水,其特征在于,所述柔肤水基料包括水84-88重量份、1,3-丁二醇3-5重量份、甘油1-3重量份、异戊二醇1-3重量份、甜菜碱0.5-1.5重量份、乳酸钠0.1-0.3重量份、尿囊素0.00001g、PCA 钠0.2-0.7重量份、银耳(TREMELLAFUCIFORMIS)提取物0.005-0.03重量份、PEG-60 氢化蓖麻油0.2-0.4重量份、香精0.01-0.03重量份、马齿苋0.05-0.02重量份、柠檬酸钠0.3-0.7重量份、柠檬酸0.03-0.07重量份、银0.2-0.4重量份、烟酰胺0.05-0.15重量份、海藻糖0.05-0.15重量份、葡聚糖0.0005-0.002重量份、苯甲地那铵0.00003重量份、PCA ZN0.00001重量份、交替单胞菌发酵产物提取物0.03-0.1重量份、高岭土0.00001重量份、珍珠提取物0.0005-0.002重量份、墨角藻(FUCUS VESICULOSUS)提取物0.0005-0.002重量份、黑茶镳子(RIBES NIGRUM)籽油0.0005-0.002重量份、鲟鱼子酱提取物0.0005-0.002重量份、丙烯酸(酯)类共聚物钠0.00001重量份、辛酰羟肟酸0.00001重量份、乙基己基甘油0.00001重量份、、尿囊素0.00001重量份。
8.一种如权利要求1-7任一项所述的透明柔肤水的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
1)取水、1,3-丁二醇、甘油、异戊二醇、甜菜碱、乙基己基甘油、乳酸钠、尿囊素、PCA 钠,加入水相锅,加热至70-75℃后,搅拌均匀,抽入真空乳化机中;
2)取油性成分、高级醇、PEG 6-20mol非离子活性剂、PEG 30-80mol非离子活性剂,加入油相锅,加热至60-65℃,搅拌均匀,抽入真空乳化机中;
3)开启真空乳化机,以800-1200 rpm/分的转速搅拌20-40分钟后,停止搅拌,降温至35-45℃;加入银耳(TREMELLA FUCIFORMIS)提取物、PEG-60 氢化蓖麻油、香精、马齿苋、柠檬酸钠、柠檬酸、银、烟酰胺、海藻糖、葡聚糖、苯甲地那铵、PCA ZN、交替单胞菌发酵产物提取物、高岭土、珍珠提取物、墨角藻(FUCUS VESICULOSUS)提取物、黑茶镳子(RIBES NIGRUM)籽油、鲟鱼子酱提取物、丙烯酸(酯)类共聚物钠、辛酰羟肟酸,继续搅拌均匀,冷却至室温;灌装,即得透明柔肤水。
