The housing is shown in fig. 18 as having an upper case U-shaped wall 227 with an inner flange 228 at the lower edge of the wall.
The housing cover 29 is a rectangular plate having a certain thickness as shown in fig. 19.
The lower cap 24 is provided with a funnel-shaped housing as shown in fig. 20 and 21, the funnel cavity 221 is convenient for collecting and filtering the liquid medicine, the funnel mouth is conical to form a male connector 222, the upper end of the male connector is spaced from the bottom of the lower cap by a certain distance, a triangular convex ring 223 is arranged, the convex ring is convenient for the male connector to be pulled and pressed when the fastening nut is screwed with the upper connecting seat of the apparatus after the male connector is inserted into the upper connecting seat of the apparatus, the male connector is prevented from being separated from the connecting seat, and a through hole 224 in the male connector is communicated with the funnel cavity of the lower. The filter membrane bracket is composed of a left bracket 233, a right bracket 233 and a middle bracket 234, the side brackets are provided with a herringbone frame 251 as shown in figure 22, the lower edge of the bracket is provided with an outward single flange 252, and the filter membrane is covered on the right side frame surface of the bracket; the middle support is shown in figure 23 and has a lateral U-shape and a certain width, two side walls of the U-shape are hollowed into a frame 261 in a shape like a Chinese character 'ri', the upper edges of the two side walls of the U-shape are provided with symmetrical outward flange edges 263, the flange edges are provided with a step 262 so as to be fixedly connected and positioned with the side supports, the filter membrane is covered on the outer frame surface of the U-shape, the side supports and the middle support are fixedly connected to form a parallel multi-layer fence-shaped filter layer, as shown in figure 24, the volume can be reduced as much as possible, the filter area is as large as possible.
The filter combination is that, at first, the filtering layer is combined, a soft sealing sheet is arranged at the U-shaped bottom of the filter shell, the lower edge of the sealing sheet is abutted against and contacted with the upper edge of the inner flange of the shell, then the filtering layer is installed in the filter shell, the lower planes of the lower flanges of the left and right side brackets of the filter are abutted against and contacted with the upper edge of the inner flange of the shell, one end of the filtering layer is contacted with the sealing sheet, the other end of the filtering layer is covered with another sealing sheet, the lower edges of the sealing sheet are flush with the upper edge of the flange of the shell, a cover plate of the shell is covered, the lower edges of the left and right side brackets of the filter are fixedly connected with the shell after being aligned with the shell, the two end sides of the filtering layer are tightly contacted. Then, the upper cover of the filter is combined and fixedly connected with each branch connector, a breathable film is covered at the breathable hole on the inner side of the upper cover, a movable locking nut is sleeved into the lower cover of the filter and is covered with the male connector, the male connector convex ring is forcibly sleeved, then the combined upper cover and the combined lower cover of the filter are covered, the upper cover and the combined lower cover of the filter are aligned with the shell of the filter and are fixedly connected and sealed, and thus the complete infusion connector with the precise filtering function is formed. During use of the fitting, fluid flow is shown in figure 25.
The parts not described in the present embodiment are the same as those in the prior art.

Claims (10)

  1. The precise filtering medical infusion joint comprises a joint base connected with an extracorporeal indwelling catheter component and a connection joint connected with a liquid medicine infusion device, wherein infusion channels communicated with each other are arranged in inner cavities of the joint base and the connection joint.
  2. The precise filtering medical infusion joint as claimed in claim 1, wherein the bottom of the inner cavity of the housing is in a funnel shape, the filter membrane assembly is positioned above a triangular cavity at the lower part of the funnel, the bottom of the triangular cavity for collecting filtrate is connected with a mouth of the funnel, the mouth of the funnel is exposed out of the housing, and the hollow inner core of the funnel is communicated with the triangular cavity and is an infusion channel.
  3. The precision filtration medical infusion connector of claim 2, wherein the funnel mouth is conical to form the male connector, the male connector upper portion is spaced from the housing outer bottom surface, a collar is provided, and the male connector and collar form the connector base.
  4. The precision filtration medical infusion connector of claim 3, wherein the male connector is movably connected to a locking nut, the locking nut is suspended from the collar, the portions of the locking nut in contact with the collar are conjugate to each other, and the male connector, the collar and the locking nut form a connector base.
  5. The precise filtering medical infusion joint as claimed in claim 1, wherein the housing has an upper cover, the upper cover is fixedly connected with the housing after the assembled filter membrane assembly is placed in the inner cavity of the housing, the upper cover is provided with a structure connected with the connector, and gaps for flowing of the filtrate are arranged between the outer side of the filter membrane assembly or the outer side of the filter membrane assembly and the corresponding surface of the bottom and the inner cavity of the housing.
  6. The precision filtration medical infusion connector of claim 5, wherein the top opening edge of the housing is provided with an inner annular step, the upper edge of the filter membrane assembly is provided with a flared flange corresponding to the inner annular step, and the filter membrane assembly is positioned and fixedly sealed in the inner cavity of the housing by the corresponding structure.
  7. The microfiltration medical infusion connector according to claim 1 or 5 or 6, wherein the filter membrane module comprises a filter membrane holder and a filter membrane, the filter membrane is either coated on the outer side surface of the filter membrane holder or coated on the outer side surface and the bottom surface of the filter membrane holder, and the filter membrane holder is either in a tetrahedral frame or in a cylindrical frame.
  8. The medical infusion joint of precise filtration according to claim 1, 5 or 6, wherein the filter membrane assembly comprises a filter membrane support and filter membranes, four or six or eight sheet-shaped frames are arranged at left and right intervals and fixedly connected to form the filter membrane support, the filter membranes are attached to each sheet-shaped frame, the filter membrane assembly has an opening at the top center and two openings at the bottom, and the filtrate channel passes through the interval between the two sheet-shaped frames, penetrates through an even number of filter membranes from left to right, passes through the gap between the outer filter membrane and the corresponding side surface of the inner cavity of the housing, passes through the openings at two sides of the bottom of the filter membrane assembly, and is connected with the outlet at the bottom of the inner cavity.
  9. The microfiltration medical infusion connector as claimed in claim 1, 5 or 6, wherein the filter membrane module comprises a filter membrane holder and a filter membrane, the filter membrane holder is composed of a left side holder, a right side holder and a middle holder, the side holders are provided with a frame shaped like a Chinese character 'ri', the lower edge of the holder is provided with an outward single flange, the filter membrane is attached to the right side frame surface of the holder, the middle holder is provided with a lateral U shape and has a certain width, two side walls of the U shape are hollowed out to form a frame shaped like a Chinese character 'ri' 261, the upper edges of the two side walls of the U shape are provided with symmetrical outward flange edges, the flange edges are provided with a step for fixedly connecting and positioning the side holders, the filter membrane is attached to the outer side frame surface of the U shape, the side holders and the middle holder are fixedly connected to form a parallel multi-layer fence-shaped filter layer, the top, each filter membrane passes through one filter membrane, downwards passes through the bottom openings of the left and right adjacent filter membranes, and is connected with the bottom outlet of the inner cavity of the shell.
  10. The precision filtration medical infusion connector of claim 1, wherein the housing top cover is a triangular roof surface, and a connector is connected to each inclined surface to form a dual-branch type liquid infusion connector.
