The vertical vibration type cosmetic device having noise reduction and inclined puff functions according to the present invention includes: a housing 10 provided with a mounting member 13 on an inner side thereof; a motor 20 mounted on the mounting member 13 and connected to the motor cam 21; an operation control unit 30 for controlling the operation of the motor 20; a power supply unit 40 that supplies power to the operation control unit 30; a motor case 50 connected to the motor 20; a shaft 60 installed inside the motor case 50; a motor case rubber 65 installed between the motor case 50 and the shaft 60; an elastic member 66 mounted between the shaft 60 and the motor case rubber 65; a puff holder 70 attached to the inside of the shaft 60; a shaft rubber 75 installed between the shaft 60 and the puff holder 70; a powder puff plate 80 attached to the inner side of the powder puff bracket 70; and a puff 85 connected to the puff plate 80.

As the rotary shaft 22 rotates, the motor cam 21 rotates together with the rotary shaft 22.
The motor 20 operates under the control of the operation control unit 30.
The operation control unit 30 includes: a button 31 inserted into a button insertion hole 12 formed in a side surface of the housing 10; and a circuit board 32 mounted inside the case 10.
The button 31 is used to turn on or off a switch formed on the circuit board 32, and has a transmission groove 33 formed in an edge of the button 31.
Light of the LED 35 formed on the circuit board 32 penetrates the transmission groove 33 to allow a user to visually recognize whether the cosmetic device according to the present invention is operated.
When the button 31 is inserted into the button insertion hole 12 formed in the side surface of the housing, the button 31 is mounted to the button rubber 36 so that the button 31 is stably inserted into the button insertion hole 12.
The circuit board 32 is mounted to the mounting element 13 of the housing 10 such that the circuit board 32 controls the rotational operation of the motor 20.

a motor (20) mounted on the mounting element (13) and connected to a motor cam (21);
an operation control unit (30) for controlling the operation of the motor (20);
a power supply unit (40) that supplies power to the operation control unit (30);
a motor case (50) connected to the motor (20);
a shaft (60) mounted inside the motor case (50);
a motor case rubber (65) mounted between the motor case (50) and the shaft (60);
an elastic member (66) mounted between the shaft (60) and the motor case rubber (65);
a puff holder (70) attached to the inside of the shaft (60);
