All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
The terms "first," "second," and "third," etc. in the description and claims of the present invention and the above-described drawings are used for distinguishing between different objects and not for describing a particular order. Furthermore, the terms "comprises" and any variations thereof, are intended to cover non-exclusive inclusions. For example, a process, method, system, article, or apparatus that comprises a list of steps or elements is not limited to only those steps or elements listed, but may alternatively include other steps or elements not listed, or inherent to such process, method, article, or apparatus.
The hot spot establishing method of the embodiment of the invention comprises the following steps: when moving project data in a first terminal needs to be transferred to a second terminal, judging whether the moving project data is preset moving project data or not; when the moving project data is preset moving project data, establishing a data transfer hotspot of the first terminal; and establishing data connection between the first terminal and the second terminal based on the data transfer hotspot so that the first terminal transfers the moving project data to the second terminal through the data connection.
Referring to fig. 1-a, fig. 1-a is a network architecture diagram of a hotspot establishing system according to an embodiment of the present invention, in the network architecture diagram shown in fig. 1-a, both the first terminal 100 and the second terminal 200 may be mobile intelligent terminals such as a mobile phone and a tablet computer, in an embodiment of the present invention, the first terminal 100 is a "mobile phone moving" transmitter, the second terminal 200 is a "mobile phone moving" receiver, the first terminal 100 establishes a data transfer hotspot, and then the second terminal 200 is connected to the data transfer hotspot, so as to establish a communication connection between the first terminal 100 and the second terminal 200, and the first terminal 100 transfers moving item data to the second terminal 200 based on the communication connection, so as to complete a "mobile phone moving" process.
Referring to fig. 1-b, fig. 1-b is a schematic flowchart of a hot spot establishment method according to a first embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 1-b, the hotspot establishing method may include the following steps:
s101, when the moving project data in the first terminal needs to be transferred to the second terminal, judging whether the moving project data is preset moving project data or not.
The first terminal is a mobile intelligent terminal such as a mobile phone and a tablet personal computer; the second terminal is a mobile intelligent terminal such as a mobile phone and a tablet personal computer.
The moving item data refers to application or file data in the first terminal, and may be all data such as an address book, information (short message, multimedia message), call record, schedule, picture, audio, video, document, application program, even application program data, memo, alarm clock, browser bookmark, preference setting of an old mobile phone, and the like. The process of transferring the preset data from the first terminal to the second terminal is also called 'mobile phone moving'.
The preset moving project data refers to moving project data which is preset by a system and consumes less data traffic in the mobile phone moving process.
Optionally, the preset moving item data includes at least one of the following:
address book data, short message data, call records, schedules, documents, memorandum, and browser tags.
It can be understood that when the moving project data is document project data, the consumed data traffic is less.
And S102, establishing a data transfer hotspot of the first terminal when the moving project data is preset moving project data.
The data transfer hotspot is a hotspot arranged in the first terminal for establishing a point-to-point data channel between the first terminal and the second terminal when the preset data in the first terminal needs to be transferred to the second terminal, so that the second terminal can establish a data connection between the first terminal and the second terminal through the data transfer hotspot, and then the data transmission between the first terminal and the second terminal can be realized through the data channel, and at the moment, any other communication connection such as a data network or wireless fidelity WiFi is not needed, but if the data network between the first terminal and the second terminal is in a connection state, the flow of the data network is consumed in the process of transferring the preset data in the first terminal to the second terminal.
Alternatively, a data transfer application may be installed in the first terminal and the second terminal, so that when the preset data in the first terminal needs to be transferred to the second terminal, the application in the first terminal and the second terminal may be opened at the same time.
Furthermore, the user can establish the data transfer hotspot through the application operation terminal. To trigger the 'move mobile phone' process.
S103, establishing a data connection between the first terminal and the second terminal based on the data transfer hotspot, so that the first terminal transfers the moving item data to the second terminal through the data connection.
After the data connection between the first terminal and the second terminal is established based on the data transfer hotspot, the moving item data is transferred between the first terminal and the second terminal based on the data connection, and at the moment, even if the first terminal or the second terminal is not connected to any communication network, such as a data network or a wireless network, the first terminal and the second terminal can communicate.
It can be seen that in the technical solution provided in the embodiment of the present invention, when the moving item data in the first terminal needs to be transferred to the second terminal, whether the moving item data is the preset moving item data is determined; when the moving project data is preset moving project data, establishing a data transfer hotspot of the first terminal; and establishing data connection between the first terminal and the second terminal based on the data transfer hotspot so that the first terminal transfers the moving project data to the second terminal through the data connection. By judging whether the moving project data is the preset moving project data or not, the data transfer hot spot between the first terminal and the second terminal is directly established to carry out mobile phone moving when the moving project data is the preset moving project data, so that the mobile phone moving process is simpler and more convenient.
Optionally, in some embodiments of the invention, the method further comprises:
when the moving item data is not preset moving item data, judging whether the current state of the data network of the first terminal is an open state;
if the current state of the data network of the first terminal is an open state, closing the data network of the first terminal and establishing a data transfer hotspot of the first terminal, so that data connection is established between the first terminal and the second terminal based on the data transfer hotspot and the moving project data is transferred.
Optionally, if the current state of the data network of the first terminal is a closed state, a data transfer hotspot of the first terminal is established.
The data network refers to a mobile operator network to which the terminal is connected, such as a third Generation mobile communication technology (3G for short) or a 4G network, and when the terminal opens an account in the data network, it will consume an operator network traffic and generate a higher traffic charge when data is transmitted between the first terminal and the second terminal.
In the embodiment of the present invention, after the data transfer hotspot is established, the second terminal may be connected to the data transfer hotspot, so that the first terminal and the second terminal may establish a data connection based on the data transfer hotspot and transfer preset data through the data connection.
For example, in an example of the present invention, after a user replaces a mobile phone, the user needs to transfer an address book in the mobile phone a to the mobile phone B, and at this time, it is first determined whether the address book is a preset moving item, and it is obvious that the address book is a moving item with low flow, that is, a preset moving item, so that there is no need to worry about transferring the address book to generate data flow, and thus a data transfer hotspot in the mobile phone a is directly established and the mobile phone B is connected to the data transfer hotspot without determining whether a data network of a terminal is opened, so that the mobile phone a and the mobile phone B establish a data connection for transferring the address book;
if the film in the mobile phone A needs to be transferred to the mobile phone B, at the moment, when judging whether the mobile phone moving item is a preset moving item or not, obviously, the mobile phone moving item is not preset due to large moving flow of the film, at the moment, in order to not consume the data flow of the mobile phone A, before establishing a data transfer hotspot of the mobile phone A, judging whether a data network of the mobile phone A is started or not, if so, closing the data network of the mobile phone A, then establishing the data transfer hotspot of the mobile phone A again when the data network of the mobile phone A is in a closed state, and enabling the mobile phone B to be connected to the data transfer hotspot for film transfer, so that the data network flow of the mobile phone A is not consumed in the film transferring process, and the network charge is saved.
It can be understood that when the moving project data is not the preset moving project data, the data transfer hotspot is established after the data network in the first terminal is closed, so that the data network flow of the first terminal can be prevented from being consumed, and the flow cost can be controlled.
Optionally, in some embodiments of the invention, the method further comprises:
when the moving project data is preset moving project data, judging whether the current state of the data network of the first terminal is an opening state;
and if the current state of the data network of the first terminal is an open state, the first terminal transfers the moving project data to the second terminal through the network connection of the data network.
For example, in an example of the present invention, when the address book in the mobile phone a needs to be transferred to the mobile phone B, since the address book is a low-traffic item, the data network traffic can be directly used to transfer the address book from the mobile phone a to the mobile phone B at this time for simplicity and convenience of operation.
It can be understood that when the moving project data is the preset moving project data and the current state of the data network is started, the data network is directly used for data transfer, so that the moving process of the mobile phone is simpler and more convenient.
Optionally, in an embodiment of the present invention, if the first terminal is in a WiFi network environment, the WiFi may be directly utilized to transfer the preset moving item data in the first terminal to the second terminal.
Optionally, before the preset moving project data is transferred by using the data network, the network state of the current data network or wireless network is judged, and when the network state of the current data network or wireless network is good, the mobile phone can be moved by directly using the data network or wireless network of the terminal; and when the network state of the current data network or wireless network is not good, a data transfer hotspot of the first terminal needs to be established, so that the second terminal is connected to the data transfer hotspot and then performs data transfer.
Optionally, in some embodiments of the present invention, after the establishing the data transfer hotspot, the method further includes:
and setting an encryption password for the data transfer hotspot, wherein the encryption password is used for carrying out identity verification on the second terminal of which the first terminal sends the connection request of the data transfer hotspot.
The encrypted password is a password used for verifying the identity of the second terminal established by connecting to the first terminal.
Further, in some embodiments of the present invention, after the setting of the encryption password to the data transfer hotspot, the method further includes:
when the connection request sent by the second terminal is received, sending an authentication verification request to the second terminal;
acquiring an authentication verification password sent by the second terminal;
and when the authentication verification password is the encrypted password, establishing data connection between the first terminal and the second terminal through the connection request of the second terminal.
The authentication and verification password is a verification password which is required to be input by the second terminal by the first terminal when the second terminal requests to be connected to the first terminal.
Specifically, the first terminal prompts a user to input an encryption password while establishing a data transfer hotspot.
Specifically, when the second terminal sends a connection request to the first terminal, after the first terminal receives the connection request, the second terminal is instructed to input an authentication password, and then a dialog box pops up on an interface of the second terminal to instruct a user to input the authentication password. Referring to fig. 2, fig. 2 is a schematic diagram of data transfer hotspot verification provided by the embodiment of the invention.
It can be understood that the encryption password of the data transfer hotspot is set by the first terminal, and then when other terminals request to access the data transfer hotspot, the connection request is passed only when the authentication verification password sent by the other terminals is matched with the data transfer hotspot, so that the data transfer hotspot where other illegal terminals are connected to the first terminal is prevented, and the communication security is improved.
Optionally, in some embodiments of the present invention, after the first terminal receives a request for establishing a data transfer hotspot of a user, the method further includes:
judging whether the current state of the wireless fidelity WiFi of the first terminal is an on state;
and if the current state of the wireless fidelity WiFi of the first terminal is an on state, closing the WiFi.
It can be understood that when a hotspot needs to be established in the terminal, it is necessary to ensure that the WiFi of the terminal is in an off state, so that it can be determined whether the WiFi in the terminal is in the off state, and the WiFi in the terminal is turned off when the WiFi in the terminal is not in the off state, so as to ensure that the hotspot can be established smoothly.
Optionally, in some embodiments of the present invention, after the establishing the data connection between the first terminal and the second terminal, the method further includes:
and setting a data connection name for the data connection, wherein the data connection name is used for uniquely identifying the data connection between the first terminal and the second terminal.
Furthermore, when a third terminal is connected to the first terminal, a data connection name may be further set for identifying the data connection between the first terminal and the third terminal.
It can be understood that by setting the data connection name, when the second terminal is to be connected to the first terminal next time, the data connection can be identified by the name, and other terminals are also prevented from impersonating the second terminal to be connected to the first terminal, thereby improving the communication security.
Furthermore, when the second terminal is connected to the first terminal, since the data connection names of the first terminal and the second terminal are stored in the first terminal, the second terminal does not need to be authenticated at this time.
Optionally, in some embodiments of the present invention, after the establishing the data transfer hotspot, the method further includes:
sending Beacon broadcast outwards by taking first preset time as a period, wherein the Beacon comprises a data connection name of the data connection;
judging whether the data connection is established;
and if the second terminal does not establish the data connection when the second terminal exceeds a preset time threshold value, setting the first preset time as second preset time, wherein the second preset time is greater than the first preset time.
It can be understood that, since the first terminal needs to send out the broadcast including the data connection name after the first preset time, if the first terminal and the second terminal do not establish the data connection within the first preset time, the broadcast cycle time can be extended to ensure that a new data connection can be established and the broadcast content is correct.
In order to facilitate a better understanding and implementation of the above-described schemes of the embodiments of the present invention, some specific application scenarios are exemplified below.

And S403, if the current state of the data network of the first terminal is an open state, the first terminal transfers the moving item data to the second terminal through the network connection of the data network.
When the moving project data is the preset moving project data and the current state of the data network is started, the data network is directly used for data transfer, so that the moving process of the mobile phone is simpler and more convenient.
Referring to fig. 5, fig. 5 is a schematic flowchart of a fourth embodiment of a hot spot establishing method according to an embodiment of the present invention.
