Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the embodiments of the present invention clearer, the technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are some, but not all, embodiments of the present invention. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
The embodiments of the present invention will be described in further detail with reference to the drawings attached hereto. It is to be understood that the embodiments described herein are merely illustrative and explanatory of the invention and are not restrictive thereof.
In the embodiment shown in fig. 1, there is provided a method for detecting cross-shipment, the method comprising:
s11, the intelligent device detects whether the anti-serial numbers in at least two storage areas in the intelligent device are consistent, and the anti-serial numbers stored in the at least two storage areas cannot be cleared or changed simultaneously.
Wherein the anti-serial number is used for representing a sales area of the intelligent device, and one possible implementation form of the anti-serial number is as follows: the identification of the intelligent device and the sales area of the intelligent device form the anti-serial number.
Optionally, at least two storage areas in the smart device are used for storing the anti-serial numbers. The anti-cross cargo number of the intelligent equipment can be input into the at least two storage areas by adopting an anti-cross cargo code scanning gun for storage.
Optionally, the at least two storage areas include a FLASH Memory FLASH and an Electrically Erasable Programmable Read-Only Memory (EEPROM) in the smart device. The anti-serial numbers in the FLASH memory FLASH can be cleared by the serial number communication personnel in an upgrading mode generally, and the anti-serial numbers in the EEPROM are cleared by a hardware replacing mode generally. The cross-contamination prevention in the two storage areas is not cleared simultaneously.
Of course, the embodiment of the present invention is not limited to the two storage areas, and may also be other storage areas, such as a hard disk, a U disk, a cf (compact flash) Card, a multimedia Card (MMC), a one-time Programmable read only memory (OTP ROM), a Programmable Read Only Memory (PROM), an Erasable Programmable Read Only Memory (EPROM), and the like.
And S12, if the anti-serial goods numbers stored in the at least two storage areas are consistent, the intelligent device determines that the intelligent device does not have the serial goods condition.
Specifically, if the at least two storage areas store the anti-serial numbers and the stored anti-serial numbers are the same, the anti-serial numbers in the at least two storage areas are considered to be consistent.
S13, if the anti-serial goods numbers stored in the at least two storage areas are inconsistent, the intelligent device determines that the intelligent device has the serial goods condition.
Specifically, if at least one of the at least two storage areas does not store the anti-serial number, or the at least two storage areas store the anti-serial numbers and the stored anti-serial numbers are different, the anti-serial numbers in the at least two storage areas are considered to be inconsistent.
In the embodiment of the invention, the anti-serial numbers of the intelligent equipment are stored in at least two storage areas of the intelligent equipment, the anti-serial numbers stored in the at least two storage areas cannot be simultaneously cleared or changed, and whether the intelligent equipment has the serial condition is judged by detecting whether the anti-serial numbers in the at least two storage areas are consistent, so that the situation that the intelligent equipment in different sales areas is serially connected by a serial worker is effectively prevented.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the executing of the triggering conditions from S11 to S13 by the smart device includes:
firstly, when the intelligent equipment detects that the upgrading is needed, the anti-cross-stock detection of S11-S13 is executed.
Specifically, when the intelligent device detects that the intelligent device needs to be upgraded, whether the anti-serial numbers in the at least two storage areas are consistent or not is triggered and detected.
Furthermore, after the intelligent equipment determines that the goods mixing situation exists in the intelligent equipment, the intelligent equipment does not execute upgrading operation, so that the goods mixing products can be prevented from entering the market from the source; or
After the intelligent equipment determines that the intelligent equipment does not have a goods mixing condition, the intelligent equipment executes upgrading operation and writes the goods mixing prevention number in the EEPROM of the intelligent equipment into the FLASH of the intelligent equipment after upgrading is completed.
Specifically, in the upgrading process, the upgrading packet covers original data in the FLASH, so that after upgrading is completed, the anti-serial number in the EEPROM of the intelligent device needs to be written into the FLASH of the intelligent device, so that the anti-serial number in the FLASH is consistent with the anti-serial number in the EEPROM, and misjudgment in subsequent detection is avoided.
And secondly, when the intelligent equipment detects that the system is powered on, executing the anti-cross-stock detection of S11-S13.
Specifically, when the intelligent device detects that the system is powered on, whether the anti-serial numbers in the at least two storage areas are consistent or not is triggered and detected.
Further, if the anti-serial numbers in the at least two storage areas are inconsistent and the intelligent device does not detect the flag bit indicating the first power-on, the intelligent device determines that the intelligent device has the serial situation.
Further, when the intelligent device determines that the intelligent device does not have a serial goods condition, or that the serial goods prevention numbers in the at least two storage areas are inconsistent and the intelligent device detects a flag bit indicating that power is turned on for the first time, the method further includes: the intelligent equipment executes a starting operation; or
After the intelligent device determines that the intelligent device has a stock crossing condition, the method further comprises: the intelligent equipment does not execute the starting operation, thereby preventing the goods from entering the market from the source.
Specifically, if the serial number of the at least two storage areas is inconsistent, the smart device needs to further detect whether the smart device is powered on for the first time, that is, whether a flag bit indicating the first power on exists is detected, if so, it indicates that the smart device is powered on for the first time, because the smart device produces and assembles hardware of the smart device during production, and writes a main program into a main board of the smart device through patch upgrading, and at this time, there is no serial number, in order to prevent the smart device from performing the detection of the serial number condition at this time and causing misjudgment, after the patch upgrading, the flag bit indicating the first power on is written into the smart device, so that if the serial number of the at least two storage areas is inconsistent and the flag bit indicating the first power on is detected, the start-up operation is performed.
Further, after the smart device detects the flag indicating the first power-on, the method further includes: the intelligent device writes the anti-serial goods numbers into the at least two storage areas and erases the flag bit representing the first electrification, so that whether the intelligent device has the serial goods condition can be judged according to whether the anti-serial goods numbers in the at least two storage areas are consistent or not in the subsequent detection of the anti-serial goods condition.
Optionally, the flag bit indicating the first power-up is set in the emmc (embedded Multi Media card). Of course, the flag bit may also be stored in other storage devices, as long as the flag bit is written into the smart device during production.
The intelligent equipment in the embodiment of the invention can be a mobile terminal, such as a mobile phone, a tablet computer, a notebook computer and the like, and can also be intelligent household equipment, such as a television, an air conditioner, a washing machine and the like. The embodiment of the invention does not limit the type of the intelligent equipment.
The following describes in detail a method for detecting a cross-shipment prevention according to an embodiment of the present invention with four specific embodiments.
Example 1: this embodiment describes a cross-shipment prevention detection, as shown in fig. 2, specifically as follows:
s21, identifying the generated selling area of the intelligent equipment when the intelligent equipment is produced by a manufacturer;
s22, the manufacturer generates a corresponding anti-serial number according to the sales area of the intelligent device;
s23, writing the anti-serial number into the intelligent equipment by the manufacturer;
s24, selling the intelligent equipment to the user;
s25, carrying out anti-cross-shipment detection at the background;
s26, identifying the anti-serial number of the intelligent equipment by the background;
s27, judging whether the intelligent equipment is in a serial state or not according to the serial number;
if yes, go to S28;
if not, ending the processing;
and S28, reporting to an operation system.
Specifically, the background analyzes the anti-serial number of the intelligent device, and if the sales area indicated by the anti-serial number is inconsistent with the actual sales area of the intelligent device, the sales area is reported to the operation system, so that a manufacturer can judge whether the serial number exists according to the data of the operation system.
The actual selling area of the intelligent equipment can be determined based on the IP address of the intelligent equipment, the intelligent equipment is sold to a user, the user can allocate the IP address after networking the intelligent equipment, the actual position area of the intelligent equipment can be judged based on the IP address, the actual position area of the intelligent equipment is compared with the selling area indicated by the anti-serial number, and if the actual position area of the intelligent equipment is inconsistent with the selling area indicated by the anti-serial number, the intelligent equipment is indicated to have the serial condition.
Due to the existence of the anti-serial goods detection service, once the products in the market are in serial goods, the products can be easily found, so that the serial goods personnel often destroy or tamper the anti-serial goods number for achieving the purpose. The principle of the anti-serial goods detection method provided by the embodiment of the invention is clarified from three parts of startup, USB flash disk upgrading and patch upgrading, and after the anti-serial goods number is judged to be maliciously modified, the startup and upgrading of the system can be prohibited, so that the serial goods are prevented from entering the market from the source.
Example 2: the embodiment describes a process of detecting the anti-cross-shipment at startup, as shown in fig. 3, including:
s31, the intelligent device detects that the system is powered on;
s32, the intelligent equipment detects whether the anti-serial number in the EEPROM is consistent with the anti-serial number in the FLASH;
if yes, go to S33;
if not, executing S34;
s33, the intelligent device executes the starting operation;
s34, the intelligent device judges whether the intelligent device is powered on for the first time;
if yes, go to S33;
if not, executing S35;
and S35, forbidding starting.
In the embodiment, in the process of starting the intelligent device, the intelligent device is subjected to anti-serial detection by the starting program of the intelligent device, so that the intelligent device can be automatically prohibited from starting the intelligent device when a serial worker upgrades the intelligent device by using the U disk, the anti-serial number stored in the FLASH is erased, or the anti-serial number is damaged by replacing the FLASH, the EEPROM and the like, and a serial product is not sold to a user, and the fact that the serial product enters the market from the source is avoided.
Example 3: the embodiment describes a flow of detecting anti-serial goods in the USB flash disk upgrading process, and a program used in factory production is called a 'patch program', and the program is directly written into a storage device (such as EMMC) through special equipment; after sale or research and development personnel use a program called 'USB flash disk upgrading program', and the program is stored in the USB flash disk and then upgraded. As shown in fig. 4, includes:
s41, the intelligent device detects that the upgrade is needed;
s42, the intelligent equipment detects whether the anti-serial number in the EEPROM is consistent with the anti-serial number in the FLASH;
if yes, go to S43;
if not, executing S44;
s43, the intelligent device executes the upgrade operation and continues to execute S45;
s44, stopping the intelligent equipment from executing the upgrading operation;
and S45, after the intelligent equipment finishes upgrading, writing the anti-serial number in the EEPROM into the FLASH.
Example 4: the embodiment describes a patch upgrading process, when patch upgrading is used for intelligent device production, because no anti-serial number is stored in the intelligent device during production, a flag bit indicating first power-on can be written in after patch upgrading, the intelligent device can be started after the flag bit is detected, then the anti-serial number is respectively written in an EEPROM and a FLASH, then the flag bit is erased, and whether the intelligent device can be started or not is determined according to whether the anti-serial number in the EEPROM is consistent with the anti-serial number in the FLASH or not during subsequent starting. The specific process is shown in fig. 5, and includes:
s51, the manufacturer upgrades the intelligent device by the patch;
s52, setting a flag bit for indicating the first power-on in the intelligent equipment by a manufacturer;
s53, the intelligent device executes startup;
and S54, writing the anti-serial numbers into the EEPROM and the FLASH of the intelligent equipment respectively by the manufacturer.
The above method process flow may be implemented by a software program, which may be stored in a storage medium, and when the stored software program is called, the above method steps are performed.
Based on the same inventive concept, the embodiment of the present invention further provides an intelligent device, and since the principle of solving the problem of the intelligent device is similar to the method shown in fig. 1, the implementation of the intelligent device may refer to the implementation of the method, and repeated details are not repeated.
