Abstract
本发明的一种废气热量回收装置,包括底部相连通的加热箱体和净化箱体,加热箱体顶部设置有排气口和竖直穿入箱体内的废气进管,废气进管末端延伸至箱体内底部并连接有加热盘管,加热盘管上开有出气孔,加热箱体底部设置有出水口,出水口连接有位于加热箱体内的金属软管和位于加热箱体外的进水管,加热箱体内设置有浮球,浮球底部与金属软管的末端管壁相连接,进水管连接有锅炉水箱,锅炉水箱与净化箱体之间连接有出水管,出水管和进水管上均设置有水泵和阀门。本发明的有益效果是:废气能够把常温水加热,避免吸入沉淀物,延长了锅炉的使用寿命。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于锅炉供水设备技术领域,更具体地说,是涉及一种废气热量回收装置。
背景技术
纸板生产线中会产生废气,废气温度为130℃-150℃,现在还没有充分回收废气的热量,造成能量的浪费。而且给锅炉供常温水时,锅炉压力会下降,增加了用煤量。如果把常温水加热到100℃的热水打到锅炉,锅炉压力不下降,而且还可降低用煤量5%。因此废气的热量回收成为较为迫切的需要。
发明内容
为解决以上技术上的不足,本发明提供了一种结构设计合理,热量回收效果好的废气热量回收装置。
本发明是通过以下措施实现的:
本发明的一种废气热量回收装置,包括底部相连通的加热箱体和净化箱体,所述加热箱体顶部设置有排气口和竖直穿入箱体内的废气进管,所述废气进管末端延伸至箱体内底部并连接有加热盘管,所述加热盘管上开有出气孔,加热箱体底部设置有出水口,所述出水口连接有位于加热箱体内的金属软管和位于加热箱体外的进水管,加热箱体内设置有浮球,所述浮球底部与金属软管的末端管壁相连接,所述进水管连接有锅炉水箱,所述锅炉水箱与净化箱体之间连接有出水管,所述出水管和进水管上均设置有水泵和阀门。
上述加热箱体外侧设置有水位计和温度计。
上述加热箱体由镀锌板制作而成。
本发明的有益效果是:结构简单,废气能够把常温水加热到100℃,而且能够把常温水里面的氧气排出,从而明显增加了废气中的热量的传递量,增加了回收效果,而且采用浮球控制进水水位,避免吸入沉淀物,延长了锅炉的使用寿命。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明做进一步详细的描述:
如图1所示,本发明的一种废气热量回收装置,包括底部相连通的加热箱体2和净化箱体1,加热箱体2顶部设置有排气口5和竖直穿入箱体内的废气进管3,废气进管3末端延伸至箱体内底部并连接有加热盘管7,加热盘管7上开有出气孔8,加热箱体2底部设置有出水口,出水口连接有位于加热箱体2内的金属软管6和位于加热箱体2外的进水管9,加热箱体2内设置有浮球4,浮球4底部与金属软管6的末端管壁相连接,进水管9连接有锅炉水箱10,锅炉水箱10与净化箱体1之间连接有出水管,出水管和进水管9上均设置有水泵11、单向阀12和阀门13。加热箱体2外侧设置有水位计14和温度计15,水位计14显示水箱内的水位。加热箱体2由镀锌板制作而成,水加热后降温慢,保温效果好。
使用时,净化箱体1内的水油自身压力向加热箱体2内供水,高温废气经废气进管3进入加热盘管7,并从加热盘管7的出气孔8溢出,从而将周围的水加热,并把水里面的氧气排出,最后从加热箱体2顶部的排气口5排出。浮球4根据水位变化浮动,并带动金属软管6浮动,从而使金属软管6的进水口保持在水面上部,避免吸入沉淀物。水泵11将加热后的水经进水管9打入锅炉水箱10中,从而降低了锅炉的用煤量,然后水还可以抽回到净化箱体1重复使用。

1.一种废气热量回收装置,其特征在于:包括底部相连通的加热箱体和净化箱体,所述加热箱体顶部设置有排气口和竖直穿入箱体内的废气进管,所述废气进管末端延伸至箱体内底部并连接有加热盘管,所述加热盘管上开有出气孔,加热箱体底部设置有出水口,所述出水口连接有位于加热箱体内的金属软管和位于加热箱体外的进水管,加热箱体内设置有浮球,所述浮球底部与金属软管的末端管壁相连接,所述进水管连接有锅炉水箱,所述锅炉水箱与净化箱体之间连接有出水管,所述出水管和进水管上均设置有水泵和阀门。
2.根据权利要求1所述废气热量回收装置,其特征在于:所述加热箱体外侧设置有水位计和温度计。
3.根据权利要求1所述废气热量回收装置,其特征在于:所述加热箱体由镀锌板制作而成。
