Abstract
本发明涉及一种除湿器侧面安装结构,用于电柜除湿及维护,包括在电柜柜体上开设的安装孔、除湿器以及除湿器防护罩;所述的除湿器防护罩设置在柜体内部其上设置有透气孔;除湿器防护罩通过设置在其上的固定结构在对应安装孔的位置与柜体固定;所述的除湿器通过另一固定结构与除湿器防护罩可拆卸式连接。本发明在除湿器上设置防护罩,并通过防护罩与电柜安装,可以实现不停电进行维护更换;并且在不停电维护时防止人体或工具、零件等误入带电间隔,引发事故。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种安装结构,尤其是一种除湿器侧面安装结构。
背景技术
现有的除湿器大多安装于电柜内部,因此,一旦需要进行维护更换的话就必须要停电才可以。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是:提出一种除湿器侧面安装结构,可以不停电维护更换。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种除湿器侧面安装结构,用于电柜除湿及维护,包括在电柜柜体上开设的安装孔、除湿器以及与除湿器防护罩;所述的除湿器防护罩设置在柜体内部其上设置有透气孔;除湿器防护罩通过设置在其上的固定结构在对应安装孔的位置与柜体固定;所述的除湿器通过另一固定结构与除湿器防护罩可拆卸式连接;所述的除湿器防护罩安装于柜体的安装孔的内侧;所述的除湿器防护罩是一个具有空腔的五面体;所述的除湿器防护罩上至少有一面设置有透气孔;除湿器防护罩通过紧固件固定在柜体上;所述的除湿器放置于除湿器防护罩的空腔内并通过另一紧固件与柜体固定。
本发明所述的除湿器为半导体制冷型除湿器;除湿器外壳底部设置有可供排水的管孔;除湿器防护罩的底部对应该管孔的位置设置有开孔。
本发明所述的除湿器的面板上具有数据显示和操作按钮。
本发明的有益效果是,解决了背景技术中存在的缺陷,除湿器上设置防护罩,并通过防护罩与电柜安装,可以实现不停电进行维护更换;并且在不停电维护时防止人体或工具、零件等误入带电间隔,引发事故。

具体实施方式
现在结合附图和优选实施例对本发明作进一步详细的说明。这些附图均为简化的示意图,仅以示意方式说明本发明的基本结构,因此其仅显示与本发明有关的构成。
如图1所示的除湿器安装于柜体内侧,包括在开关柜柜体1上开设的安装孔、除湿器2以及与除湿器连接并且放置于安装口内的防护罩3;所述的防护罩3通过设置在其上的安装孔与柜体固定;所述的除湿器2与防护罩3为可拆卸式连接。安装孔的开口面积等于防护罩的底部面积,这样能够便于防护罩更好的安装。为了能够配合除湿器本身的风道的工作,防护罩底部和侧面均设置有网孔3-1。
如图2所示,除湿器包括电源模块2-1;外壳2-2;面板2-3;主板2-4;支架2-5;进风口2-6;水槽2-7;冷端2-8;热端2-9;出风口2-10以及风扇2-11;进风口与出风口之间形成风道。除湿器采用可拆卸式固定方式,并且拆卸除湿器的操作不会导致除湿器防护罩的固定失效。除湿器面板具有良好的密封性,防止外界空气通过安装面板进入电柜内部。除湿器安装面板上具有数据显示和操作按钮。
维护时,可直接将除湿器拆除,由于有防护罩的保护,防止了人体或工具、零件等误入带电间隔,引发事故;增加了维护时的安全系数,可以实现不停电维护。

1.一种除湿器侧面安装结构,用于电柜除湿及维护,其特征在于:包括在电柜柜体上开设的安装孔、除湿器以及与除湿器防护罩;所述的除湿器防护罩设置在柜体内部其上设置有透气孔;除湿器防护罩通过设置在其上的固定结构在对应安装孔的位置与柜体固定;所述的除湿器通过另一固定结构与除湿器防护罩可拆卸式连接;所述的除湿器防护罩安装于柜体的安装孔的内侧;所述的除湿器防护罩是一个具有空腔的五面体;所述的除湿器防护罩上至少有一面设置有透气孔;除湿器防护罩通过紧固件固定在柜体上;所述的除湿器放置于除湿器防护罩的空腔内并通过另一紧固件与柜体固定。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种除湿器侧面安装结构,其特征在于:所述的除湿器为半导体制冷型除湿器;除湿器外壳底部设置有可供排水的管孔;除湿器防护罩的底部对应该管孔的位置设置有开孔。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种除湿器侧面安装结构,其特征在于:所述的除湿器的面板上具有数据显示和操作按钮。
