Abstract
本发明涉及一种除甲醛艺术变色墙布,包括布面,布面背面通过胶水层粘合有墙纸原纸层,墙纸原纸层的另一面粘合有胶膜层。布面的正面设有竹炭纤维层,竹炭纤维层的另一面设有变色图案层,变色图案层是由热敏变色纤维经刺绣或编织得到,变色图案层表面设有防水透气膜,变色图案层和防水透气膜设有微小气孔。热敏变色纤维由以下重量份的组分涂覆在纤维表面而制成:4,4’,4’’‑三氨基三苯甲烷1~2份,水杨酸锌2~3份,2,2‑双(4‑羟基苯基)丙烷3~4份,对苯二酚2~4份,甲基丙烯酸甲酯16~22份,丙烯酸21~25份,二乙烯基苯13~18份,吐温‑40 8~17份,过硫酸钾6~13份,钛酸钡5~8份,水8~15份。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种作为室内装饰材料的墙布,特别涉及一种除甲醛艺术变色墙布。
背景技术
随着社会经济的不断发展,人民生活水平的不断提高,现代人对室内墙面装饰的个性化要求越来越高。为了摆脱墙面的单一效果,达到更好的装饰效果和居住环境,人们对墙面装饰材料的图案和颜色均有更高的要求。对比人们的较高要求,现有的墙面装饰技术还存在图案质感不强、颜色可变性差、面层易脱落、表面易被污染等缺点。因此,研制一种图案质感强、有颜色可变性的新型墙布,已成为生产者和消费者均为关注的问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于解决现有技术中的问题,提出一种除甲醛艺术变色墙布,墙布的图案颜色能够根据温度的变化发生变化,增强墙布的装饰效果,并且具有清除室内甲醛的功能。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:
一种除甲醛艺术变色墙布,包括布面,所述的布面背面通过胶水层粘合有墙纸原纸层,墙纸原纸层的另一面粘合有胶膜层;所述布面的正面设有竹炭纤维层,竹炭纤维层的另一面设有变色图案层,变色图案层是由热敏变色纤维经刺绣或编织得到,变色图案层表面设有防水透气膜,变色图案层和防水透气膜设有微小气孔;所述的热敏变色纤维由以下重量份的组分涂覆在纤维表面而制成:4,4’,4’’-三氨基三苯甲烷1~2份,水杨酸锌2~3份,2,2-双(4-羟基苯基)丙烷3~4份,对苯二酚2~4份,甲基丙烯酸甲酯16~22份,丙烯酸21~25份,二乙烯基苯13~18份,吐温-40 8~17份,过硫酸钾6~13份,钛酸钡5~8份,水8~15份。热敏变色纤维是指随温度变化颜色发生变化的纤维。获得热敏变色纤维的方法是将配制好的热敏变色溶液均匀涂覆于纤维表面,并经热处理使溶液成凝胶状来获得可逆的热敏变色功效。竹炭纤维层由竹炭纤维构成,竹炭纤维是以毛竹为原料采用纯氧高温及氮气阻隔延时技术以后,再与具有蜂窝状微孔结构趋势的聚酯改性切片熔融纺丝而制成的纤维,对甲醛有超强的吸附力。变色图案层和防水透气膜的若干微小气孔可以使竹炭纤维层更多接触到空气中的甲醛,增强吸附效果。
作为优选,所述的胶膜层的胶膜为EVA胶膜。EVA胶膜具有高热粘性,可牢固的粘合尼龙、涤纶,帆布,皮革及纸张,低贴合温度,可加快生产速度。抗水,抗盐,耐低温,可达零下70摄氏度,物理性能稳定。另外,EVA胶膜无色透明对粘合物不产生染色,无毒,无味不含重金属,不对环境造成污染。胶水层为常规水性或油性胶水,如乳胶。
作为优选,所述的胶水层的厚度为0.01-0.2mm,胶膜层的厚度为0.01-0.2mm。
作为优选,所述的竹炭纤维层内设有光触媒颗粒。光触媒颗粒可以净化分解竹炭纤维层吸附的甲醛,延长竹炭纤维层的吸附功能。
作为优选,所述的布面为棉织物、麻织物、羊毛织物、蚕丝织物、锦纶织物、丙纶织物、涤纶织物、皮革、植绒布或无纺布之一。
作为优选,所述胶膜层的外表面设置一层离型纸。离型纸用于产品出售时,防止胶膜层粘性损失而设置。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明中的墙布图案颜色在不同的温度条件下呈现不同的颜色,墙布图案为刺绣或者编织制成,具有立体感,并且具有清除室内甲醛的功能,同时加工成本适中、施工方便、使用时间较长。

具体实施方式
下面通过具体实施例,并结合附图,对本发明的技术方案作进一步的具体说明。应当理解,本发明的实施并不局限于下面的实施例,对本发明所做的任何形式上的变通和/或改变都将落入本发明保护范围。
实施例1:
一种除甲醛艺术变色墙布,参见图1,包括布面1,布面背面通过胶水层3粘合有墙纸原纸层4,墙纸原纸层的另一面粘合有胶膜层5;布面的正面设有竹炭纤维层2,竹炭纤维层的另一面设有变色图案层6。
变色图案层是由热敏变色纤维7经刺绣或编织得到,热敏变色纤维由以下组分涂覆在纤维表面制成:4,4’,4’’-三氨基三苯甲烷1kg,水杨酸锌2kg,2,2-双(4-羟基苯基)丙烷3kg,对苯二酚2kg,甲基丙烯酸甲酯16kg,丙烯酸21kg,二乙烯基苯13kg,吐温-40 8kg,过硫酸钾6kg,钛酸钡5 kg,水8kg。热敏变色纤维的配制方法包括步骤:
(1)称取配方量的4,4’,4’’-三氨基三苯甲烷、水杨酸锌、2,2-双(4-羟基苯基)丙烷和对苯二酚,混合,50℃加热搅拌2小时,得芯材;
(2)称取配方量的甲基丙烯酸甲酯、二乙烯基苯、吐温-40、钛酸钡和水,20℃搅拌3小时使其乳化,再加入步骤(1)所得芯材和配方量的丙烯酸和过硫酸钾,升温至40℃搅拌30分钟,冷却至20℃,保温1小时,得溶液;
(3)将步骤(2)所得溶液对纤维进行涂层整理,最后烘干即得。
变色图案层表面设有防水透气膜8。变色图案层和防水透气膜设有若干均匀排列的微小气孔。竹炭纤维层内设有光触媒颗粒10,光触媒颗粒的材料为纳米二氧化钛。胶膜层的胶膜为EVA胶膜。胶水层的厚度为0.01-0.2mm,胶膜层的厚度为0.01-0.2mm。布面为棉织物、麻织物、羊毛织物、蚕丝织物、锦纶织物、丙纶织物、涤纶织物、皮革、植绒布或无纺布之一。胶膜层的外表面设置一层离型纸9。
当需要使用墙布的时候,可以将离型纸撕掉,将胶膜层直接贴合到墙体上。热敏变色纤维刺绣或编织的图案具有较好的立体效果,热敏变色纤维可以根据温度的变化呈现不同的颜色。竹炭纤维层具有吸附甲醛的功能,变色图案层和防水透气膜的若干均匀排列的微小气孔可以使竹炭纤维层更多接触到空气中的甲醛,增强吸附效果。竹炭纤维层内的纳米二氧化钛光触媒颗粒具有净化分解甲醛的功能,可以延长竹炭纤维层的使用寿命。
实施例2:
一种除甲醛艺术变色墙布,参见图1,包括布面1,布面背面通过胶水层3粘合有墙纸原纸层4,墙纸原纸层的另一面粘合有胶膜层5;布面的正面设有竹炭纤维层2,竹炭纤维层的另一面设有变色图案层6。
变色图案层是由热敏变色纤维7经刺绣或编织得到,热敏变色纤维由以下组分涂覆在纤维表面制成:4,4’,4’’-三氨基三苯甲烷2kg,水杨酸锌3kg,2,2-双(4-羟基苯基)丙烷4kg,对苯二酚4kg,甲基丙烯酸甲酯22kg,丙烯酸25kg,二乙烯基苯18kg,吐温-40 17kg,过硫酸钾13kg,钛酸钡8 kg,水15kg。热敏变色纤维的配制方法包括步骤:
(1)称取配方量的4,4’,4’’-三氨基三苯甲烷、水杨酸锌、2,2-双(4-羟基苯基)丙烷和对苯二酚,混合,60℃加热搅拌3小时,得芯材;
(2)称取配方量的甲基丙烯酸甲酯、二乙烯基苯、吐温-40、钛酸钡和水,35℃搅拌4小时使其乳化,再加入步骤(1)所得芯材和配方量的丙烯酸和过硫酸钾,升温至50℃搅拌50分钟,冷却至35℃,保温2小时,得溶液;
(3)将步骤(2)所得溶液对纤维进行涂层整理,最后烘干即得。
变色图案层表面设有防水透气膜8。变色图案层和防水透气膜设有若干均匀排列的微小气孔。胶膜层的胶膜为EVA胶膜。胶水层的厚度为0.01-0.2mm,胶膜层的厚度为0.01-0.2mm。布面为棉织物、麻织物、羊毛织物、蚕丝织物、锦纶织物、丙纶织物、涤纶织物、皮革、植绒布或无纺布之一。胶膜层的外表面设置一层离型纸9。
当需要使用墙布的时候,可以将离型纸撕掉,将胶膜层直接贴合到墙体上。热敏变色纤维刺绣或编织的图案具有较好的立体效果,热敏变色纤维可以根据温度的变化呈现不同的颜色。竹炭纤维层具有吸附甲醛的功能,变色图案层和防水透气膜的若干均匀排列的微小气孔可以使竹炭纤维层更多接触到空气中的甲醛,增强吸附效果。
实施例1~2的除甲醛艺术变色墙布随温度不同的颜色变化情况如表1。

由表1可知,实施例1~2的除甲醛艺术变色墙布随着空气温度变化均有明显颜色变化,并且,冬天较低温度,比如5℃以下显示无色,随着温度升高,10℃显示粉红色,温度继续升高,颜色依次变为桃红和鲜红,炎热的夏季温度达到35℃显示出鲜艳的深玫瑰红,待温度升至40℃变为无色,特别适合于日常使用,提醒居住者居住环境的温度变化,对低温和高温给出明显预警。
实施例1~2的除甲醛艺术变色墙布的除甲醛效果如表2。

由表2可知,实施例1~2的除甲醛艺术变色墙布可以使室内甲醛浓度有明显降低,特别是在竹炭纤维层内设有光触媒颗粒的实施例1效果更佳。
申请人对实施例1~2的除甲醛艺术变色墙布进行了长期考察,两年后仍能正常随着空气温度变化而变色,说明其可以长期使用。
本发明的除甲醛艺术变色墙布,结构设计新颖,图案可以根据需要设计,颜色丰富多变。
以上所述的实施例只是本发明的一种较佳的方案,并非对本发明作任何形式上的限制,在不超出权利要求所记载的技术方案的前提下还有其它的变体及改型。
Claims (6)
1.一种除甲醛艺术变色墙布,其特征在于:包括布面,所述的布面背面通过胶水层粘合有墙纸原纸层,墙纸原纸层的另一面粘合有胶膜层;所述布面的正面设有竹炭纤维层,竹炭纤维层的另一面设有变色图案层,变色图案层是由热敏变色纤维经刺绣或编织得到,变色图案层表面设有防水透气膜,变色图案层和防水透气膜设有微小气孔;所述的热敏变色纤维由以下重量份的组分涂覆在纤维表面而制成:4,4’,4’’-三氨基三苯甲烷1~2份,水杨酸锌2~3份,2,2-双(4-羟基苯基)丙烷3~4份,对苯二酚2~4份,甲基丙烯酸甲酯16~22份,丙烯酸21~25份,二乙烯基苯13~18份,吐温-40 8~17份,过硫酸钾6~13份,钛酸钡5~8份,水8~15份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种除甲醛艺术变色墙布,其特征在于: 所述的胶膜层的胶膜为EVA胶膜。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种除甲醛艺术变色墙布,其特征在于:所述的胶水层的厚度为0.01-0.2mm,胶膜层的厚度为0.01-0.2mm。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种除甲醛艺术变色墙布,其特征在于:所述的竹炭纤维层内设有光触媒颗粒。
5.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种除甲醛艺术变色墙布,其特征在于:所述的布面为棉织物、麻织物、羊毛织物、蚕丝织物、锦纶织物、丙纶织物、涤纶织物、皮革、植绒布或无纺布之一。
6.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种除甲醛艺术变色墙布,其特征在于:所述胶膜层的外表面设置一层离型纸。
