技术领域
本发明涉及服装领域,特别是指一种个性时尚、排汗性能强以及带有保健效果的短袖。
背景技术
短袖是夏天的必备,由于其穿着舒适、方便,并且可以随意增加一些个性化的图案,因此适合各个年龄段的人穿着,并且深受欢迎。现有的短袖一般是整体由一种材质的布料成型的,布料一般采用棉质布料以提高柔软性。但是这种棉质面料的短袖很容易吸附上人体的汗液,尤其是后背部,汗液会大量吸附在棉质面料的短袖上,容易使得短袖和人体皮肤粘合在一起,穿起来极为不舒服,此外吸附在棉质面料上的汗液还容易滋生细菌并产生异味,甚至引发一些皮肤病。
人体脊柱是神经的中枢,很多病变都是从这里诱发的,比如坐骨神经痛、腰椎键盘突出等,甚至久坐的年轻人的肩膀酸痛的情况也与脊柱有一定关系。
现在的年轻人为了增强短袖的视觉冲击效果并彰显个性化,通常会选择带有荧光的图案,现有短袖的荧光图案层往往是通过在短袖面料上涂抹荧光粉实现的,现有市面上的荧光粉通常存在两个缺陷,即带有毒性、发光效率低,例如:硅酸锌铍荧光粉。另外,经过多次洗涤后,荧光粉的保护层容易破裂并导致荧光粉泄漏,这样不仅会破坏荧光层图案的完整性,影响短袖的穿着效果,而且荧光法散落在皮肤上,也会对皮肤造成一定的影响。
此外,人们(尤其是皮肤嫩的小孩)经常会受到蚊虫的叮咬,身体上随处可见大包小包的,而且痒痛难耐,给人们带来极大困扰。在户外活动时,对于一般的驱蚊方法,比如说蚊帐、蚊香等不能随身携带,给人们的户外驱蚊带来了一定的难度。
发明内容
针对上述问题,本发明的目的在于解决现有技术中的问题,提出一种适合户外运动时穿着的多功能户外运动服。
本发明的技术方案如下:
短袖,所述短袖由Coolmax纤维和棉纤维织造再经过抗菌处理而成;所述短袖对应于人体脊柱处设有长条形的药材层,该药材层通过纺织品胶涂覆于短袖的背部,所述药材层由白芥子甙、电气石粉和香兰基丁醚组成;所述短袖的正面或/和背面还设有荧光层,该荧光层由荧光面料制成。
进一步的,按重量组分比,所述短袖中含20-40份Coolmax纤维和60-80份棉纤维,由Coolmax纤维和棉纤维织造而成的初级面料抗菌处理过程如下:
1)抗菌整理剂的配置:将N-十二烷基葡萄糖月桂酰胺10-20份、2,4,4’-三氯-2’-羟基二苯醚50-70份、椰油酰两性基丙酸钠10-20份、聚六亚甲基双胍盐酸盐20-30份,搅拌均匀制得抗菌整理剂;
2)浸渍:将抗菌整理剂溶解在水中,制得抗菌整理液;然后再将初级面料常温(18-25℃)下在抗菌整理液中浸渍45-60分钟并脱水;
3)烘干:在80-100℃温度下将织物烘干,并最终可制得本发明的短袖面料。
进一步的,按重量组分比,所述药材层由14-44份白芥子甙、55-85份电气石粉以及1-2份香兰基丁醚组成。
进一步的,所述荧光层的荧光面料的制作过程如下:
1)制备荧光溶剂:首先将10-30份二丁酯、5-10份三氧化二铝粉剂在50℃的温度下搅拌混合,得到混合物A;然后在混合物A中加入5-10份皮胶、3-6份辣椒油在70℃的温度下搅拌混合,然后冷却至常温,得到混合物B;接着将10-25份石油醚、50-60份光致储能夜光粉在常温下搅拌混合,得到混合物C;最后将混合物B倒入混合物C中,一边加入一边缓慢搅拌,同时加入2-5份消泡剂、2-5份成膜助剂、1-2份扩散剂,并最终制得荧光溶剂;
2)浸泡:将面料在荧光溶剂中浸泡2-4小时后取出;
3)烘干:在80-110℃的温度下将取出后的面料烘干;
4)防水处理:在上述步骤中的面料表面涂刷防水胶,然后再进行二次烘干,此时的温度为143-150℃;
5)塑化:在180-210℃的环境下,进行塑化处理,待冷却后便制得荧光面料。
更进一步的,所述短袖还包括驱蚊香囊,所述驱蚊香囊包括香囊布以及填充于香囊布内的驱蚊香料,所述驱蚊香囊可拆卸地设于短袖的袖口或/和短袖的下围处。驱蚊香囊能有效驱赶蚊子,避免蚊子的骚扰;驱蚊香囊中的驱蚊香料都是天然的,没有任何副作用。
再进一步的,所述驱蚊香料按照下列质量份数比配置而成:艾草3份,夜来香1份,西红柿枝叶0.5份,洋甘菊5份,薰衣草10份,天竺葵10份。
由上述对本发明的描述可知,和现有技术相比,本发明具有如下优点:
1、短袖由Coolmax纤维和棉纤维先经织造,再经抗菌处理,不仅继承了Coolmax纤维强大的排汗能力,而且通过和棉纤维的混纺使得短袖具有更佳的透气性和舒适度;此外,经过抗菌处理后,使得短袖自身具有极强的抑制细菌的能力。
2、白芥子甙遇人体汗液可有效刺激皮肤出现温热甚至火辣辣的感觉,局部皮肤可充血;电气石粉具有特殊的热电性和压电性,在受压及人体体温激发时都会产生电荷,发射对人体有益的远红外线,并能释放出大量的负离子,从而改善局部血液循环,增加新陈代谢;香兰基丁醚能在皮肤上产生强烈的热感,具有活血化瘀、祛风除湿、杀菌止痒和温通人体经络等功效。以上三种药材共同作用于脊柱后,可对人体达到以下几方面的作用:(1)、对呼吸系统疾病具有明显的调节作用;(2)、调节脊柱的各种疾病:包括各种原因引起的颈、背、腰、骶部的疼痛不适;(3)、调节内脏器官功能;(4)、温补阳气,提高人体的抗病能力。
3、本发明的荧光层为自身就会发光的荧光面料制成,荧光材料牢牢吸附在面料上,荧光面料不会因为多次洗涤而造成荧光材料掉落的情况,不仅能保护荧光图案的完整性,而且较为安全。

下面说明本发明的具体实施方式。
实施例一:
短袖,该短袖由Coolmax纤维和棉纤维织造再经过抗菌处理而成;所述短袖对应于人体脊柱处设有长条形的药材层,该药材层通过纺织品胶涂覆于短袖的背部,所述药材层由白芥子甙、电气石粉和香兰基丁醚组成,按重量组分比,所述药材层由20份白芥子甙、79份电气石粉以及1份香兰基丁醚组成。所述短袖的正面或/和背面还设有荧光层,该荧光层由荧光面料制成。进一步的,所述短袖还包括驱蚊香囊,所述驱蚊香囊包括香囊布以及填充于香囊布内的驱蚊香料,所述驱蚊香囊可拆卸地设于短袖的袖口或/和短袖的下围处。且驱蚊香料按照下列质量份数比配置而成:艾草3份,夜来香1份,西红柿枝叶0.5份,洋甘菊5份,薰衣草10份,天竺葵10份。驱蚊香囊能有效驱赶蚊子,避免蚊子的骚扰;驱蚊香囊中的驱蚊香料都是天然的,没有任何副作用。

4)防水处理:在上述步骤中的面料表面涂刷防水胶,然后再进行二次烘干,此时的温度为150℃;
5)塑化:在210℃的环境下,进行塑化处理,待冷却后便制得荧光面料。
上述仅为本发明的具体实施方式,但本发明的设计构思并不局限于此,凡利用此构思对本发明进行非实质性的改动,均属于侵犯本发明保护范围的行为。
Claims (6)
1.短袖,其特征在于:所述短袖由Coolmax纤维和棉纤维织造再经过抗菌处理而成;所述短袖对应于人体脊柱处设有长条形的药材层,该药材层通过纺织品胶涂覆于短袖的背部,所述药材层由白芥子甙、电气石粉和香兰基丁醚组成;所述短袖的正面或/和背面还设有荧光层,该荧光层由荧光面料制成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的短袖,其特征在于:按重量组分比,所述短袖中含20-40份Coolmax纤维和60-80份棉纤维,由Coolmax纤维和棉纤维织造而成的初级面料抗菌处理过程如下:
1)抗菌整理剂的配置:将N-十二烷基葡萄糖月桂酰胺10-20份、2,4,4’-三氯-2’-羟基二苯醚50-70份、椰油酰两性基丙酸钠10-20份、聚六亚甲基双胍盐酸盐20-30份,搅拌均匀制得抗菌整理剂;
2)浸渍:将抗菌整理剂溶解在水中,制得抗菌整理液;然后再将初级面料常温(18-25℃)下在抗菌整理液中浸渍45-60分钟并脱水;
3)烘干:在80-100℃温度下将织物烘干,并最终可制得本发明的短袖面料。
3.根据权利要求1所述的短袖,其特征在于:按重量组分比,所述药材层由14-44份白芥子甙、55-85份电气石粉以及1-2份香兰基丁醚组成。
4.根据权利要求1所述的短袖,其特征在于:所述荧光层的荧光面料的制作过程如下:
1)制备荧光溶剂:首先将10-30份二丁酯、5-10份三氧化二铝粉剂在50℃的温度下搅拌混合,得到混合物A;然后在混合物A中加入5-10份皮胶、3-6份辣椒油在70℃的温度下搅拌混合,然后冷却至常温,得到混合物B;接着将10-25份石油醚、50-60份光致储能夜光粉在常温下搅拌混合,得到混合物C;最后将混合物B倒入混合物C中,一边加入一边缓慢搅拌,同时加入2-5份消泡剂、2-5份成膜助剂、1-2份扩散剂,并最终制得荧光溶剂;
2)浸泡:将面料在荧光溶剂中浸泡2-4小时后取出;
3)烘干:在80-110℃的温度下将取出后的面料烘干;
4)防水处理:在上述步骤中的面料表面涂刷防水胶,然后再进行二次烘干,此时的温度为143-150℃;
5)塑化:在180-210℃的环境下,进行塑化处理,待冷却后便制得荧光面料。
5.根据权利要求1至4任一所述的短袖,其特征在于:所述短袖还包括驱蚊香囊,所述驱蚊香囊包括香囊布以及填充于香囊布内的驱蚊香料,所述驱蚊香囊可拆卸地设于短袖的袖口或/和短袖的下围处。
6.根据权利要求5所述的短袖,其特征在于:所述驱蚊香料按照下列质量份数比配置而成:艾草3份,夜来香1份,西红柿枝叶0.5份,洋甘菊5份,薰衣草10份,天竺葵10份。
