技术领域:
本发明涉及一种民生工程,具体涉及密封温控沼气发生器。
背景技术:
我国2005年普查煤炭资源只能开采25年,油、气进口量超50%,目前一方面我国能源严重短缺,另一方面我国每年焚烧秸秆浪费宝贵哦、资源千亿元人民币,沼气是清洁再生能源,可以使用长久,将是一种新型可再生能源。
发明内容:
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于克服现有技术的缺陷,提供密封温控沼气发生器。
本发明所要解决的技术问题采用以下技术方案来实现。
密封温控沼气发生器,主要包括发酵池,发酵池一侧设有出渣口,发酵池下端设有加热器,其特征在于:所述的发酵池外设有保温房,保温房上端设有阳光板,所述的保温房与发酵池间隙中填充有水,所述的发酵池上端盖有储气罩,储气罩插在保温房与发酵池间的水中,可上下移动,储气罩上端设有集气罩,集气罩上端设有导气管,集气罩侧面设有进料口,所述的导气管上设有安全阀。
进一步技术:保温房侧面设有太阳能热水器为保温房与发酵池间隙的水加热,提高发酵池内温度,加快发酵。
进一步技术:当储气罩在最下方时,进料口与保温房顶平面平行。
进一步技术:保温房和储气罩为双层结构,具有很好的保温效果,对发酵池内料液生物发酵十分重要。
本发明结有益效果在于:
1、发酵池、储气罩完全在密封保温房内,且保温房下半部没有门,上半部只有一盒进料口,密封性强;
2、保温房内墙下半部和发酵池外壁形成夹层,夹层内充满水,水起到密封的作用;
3、保温房为双层墙,具有很好弄得保温效果,对发酵池内料液生物发酵十分重要;
4、用沼气对沼气池内加热,产生更多的沼气,再利用剩余沼气在加热,使发酵池内料液温度达到中高温发酵水平,是良性循环,不仅能用沼气烧水做饭,还能用剩余的沼气取暖,发电,彻底解决农作物秸秆利用问题;
5、合理利用可再生资源,节能环保,有效的治理大气污染,实现生态可持续发展。

如图1所示的密封温控沼气发生器,主要包括发酵池1,发酵池一侧设有出渣口2,发酵池下端设有加热器3,发酵池外设有保温房4,保温房上端设有阳光板5,所述的保温房与发酵池间隙中填充有水,所述的发酵池上端盖有储气罩6,储气罩插在保温房与发酵池间的水中,可上下移动,储气罩上端设有集气罩7,集气罩上端设有导气管8,集气罩侧面设有进料口9,所述的导气管上设有安全阀10。
保温房侧面设有太阳能热水器11为保温房与发酵池间隙的水加热。
当储气罩在最下方时,进料口与保温房顶平面平行。
保温房和储气罩为双层结构。

2.根据权利要求1中所述的密封温控沼气发生器,其特征在于:所述的保温房侧面设有太阳能热水器为保温房与发酵池间隙的水加热。
3.根据权利要求1中所述的密封温控沼气发生器,其特征在于:所述的当储气罩在最下方时,进料口与保温房顶平面平行。
