本发明属于一种油田火驱开采油层地下化学点火剂,特别涉及一种火驱粉粒点火剂制备方法,这种火驱粉粒点火剂制备方法,是以易燃剂、氧化剂、催化活化剂、高合金粉粒为原料,其特殊之处是:其配方为:易燃剂12%、氧化剂1.5%、催化活化剂35%、高合金粉粒51.5%,其中氧化剂为硝酸钾、催化活化剂为氯化亚铁,本发明的有益效果是:可在油层180度温度下安全点燃油层,具有燃点低、燃烧温度高、燃烧稳定的特点。

技术领域
本发明属于一种油田火驱开采油层地下化学点火剂,特别涉及一种火驱粉粒点火剂制备方法。
背景技术
目前,点火技术是油田火驱采油的关键,安全有效点火,并形成持续稳定燃烧,直接影响着火驱采油的成功与否,油田火驱试验有化学点火、蒸汽预热自燃点火和电点火,但成功率都不高。
发明内容
为了克服上述问题,本发明提供了一种火驱粉粒点火剂制备方法,火驱粉粒点火剂制备方法,是以易燃剂、氧化剂、催化活化剂、高合金粉粒为原料,其中,氧化剂为硝酸钾,催化活化剂为氯化亚铁,制备方法是:首先制备易燃剂和高合金粉粒,再按配方量称取,易燃剂12%、高合金粉粒51.5%、硝酸钾1.5%、氯化亚铁35%,混合在一起,用木铲子搅拌均匀后,制成火驱粉粒点火剂,可在油层180度温度下安全点燃油层,燃点低、燃烧温度高、燃烧稳定。
本发明解决其技术问题所采取的技术方案是:一种火驱粉粒点火剂制备方法,这种火驱粉粒点火剂制备方法,是以易燃剂、氧化剂、催化活化剂、高合金粉粒为原料,其特殊之处是:其配方为:易燃剂12%、氧化剂1.5%、催化活化剂35%、高合金粉粒51.5%,其中氧化剂为硝酸钾、催化活化剂为氯化亚铁。
制备方法是:首先制备易燃剂和高合金粉粒,易燃剂的制备是取85克100目的硫磺,5克的聚四氟乙烯,10克的酚醛树脂,其中,酚醛树脂溶于无水乙醇(1克酚醛树脂溶于1.5毫升无水乙醇)中,混合均匀,过80目筛,烘干后备用,高合金粉粒的制备是取70克325目的锰/铝,15克聚四氟乙烯,15克酚醛树脂,其中,酚醛树脂溶于无水乙醇(1克酚醛树脂溶于1.5毫升无水乙醇)中,混合均匀,过100目筛,烘干后备用,再按配方量称取,易燃剂12%、高合金粉粒51.5%、硝酸钾1.5%、氯化亚铁35%,混合在一起,用木铲子搅拌均匀,制成火驱粉粒点火剂。
本发明的有益效果是:可在油层180度温度下安全点燃油层,具有燃点低、燃烧温度高、燃烧稳定的特点。

制备方法是:首先制备易燃剂和高合金粉粒,易燃剂的制备是取85克100目的硫磺,5克的聚四氟乙烯,10克的酚醛树脂,其中,酚醛树脂溶于无水乙醇(1克酚醛树脂溶于1.5毫升无水乙醇)中,混合均匀,过80目筛,烘干后备用,高合金粉粒的制备是取70克325目的锰/铝,15克聚四氟乙烯,15克酚醛树脂,其中,酚醛树脂溶于无水乙醇(1克酚醛树脂溶于1.5毫升无水乙醇)中,混合均匀,过100目筛,烘干后备用,再按配方量称取,易燃剂12%、高合金粉粒51.5%、硝酸钾1.5%、氯化亚铁35%、混合在一起,用木铲子搅拌均匀,制成火驱粉粒点火剂。

1.一种火驱粉粒点火剂制备方法,这种火驱粉粒点火剂制备方法,是以易燃剂、氧化剂、催化活化剂、高合金粉粒为原料,其特征在于:其配方为:易燃剂12%、氧化剂1.5%、催化活化剂35%、高合金粉粒51.5%,其中氧化剂为硝酸钾、催化活化剂为氯化亚铁。
2.根据权利要求1所述的火驱粉粒点火剂制备方法,其特征在于:制备方法是:首先制备出易燃剂和高合金粉粒,易燃剂的制备是取85克100目的硫磺,5克的聚四氟乙烯,10克的酚醛树脂,其中,酚醛树脂溶于无水乙醇(1克酚醛树脂溶于1.5毫升无水乙醇)中,混合均匀,过80目筛,烘干后备用,高合金粉粒的制备是取70克325目的锰/铝,15克聚四氟乙烯,15克酚醛树脂,其中,酚醛树脂溶于无水乙醇(1克酚醛树脂溶于1.5毫升无水乙醇)中,混合均匀,过100目筛,烘干后备用,再按配方量称取,易燃剂12%、高合金粉粒51.5%、硝酸钾1.5%、氯化亚铁35%,混合在一起,用木铲子搅拌均匀,制成火驱粉粒点火剂。
