the first-stage oil sludge treatment process section (2) comprises a group of stirring tempering tanks (4), and the outlet ends of 2mm vibrating screens (3) are communicated with the inlet ends of the stirring tempering tanks (4) through pipelines; the outlet end of the stirring tempering tank (4) is communicated with the inlet ends of two horizontal screws (5); the sludge-water mixture passing through a 2mm vibrating screen (3) enters a stirring tempering tank (4) to stir and homogenize fluidized sludge, meanwhile, a cleaning agent, a regulator and a demulsifier are added to improve the tempering effect, so that oil and sludge are fully separated, the oil and the water are fully demulsified, the oil, the water and the sludge are layered through static sedimentation, the upper layer sump oil overflows and is recovered, the lower layer sewage and the sludge enter a two-phase horizontal screw (5) to be treated, the separated oil enters a three-level oil-water separation screen pool (2), and the separated sludge-water mixture enters a heating stirring tempering tank (6); the first-stage oil sludge treatment process section (2) further separates out a part of oil, and the mud-water mixture enters the next stage of separation;
the secondary oil, water and mud separation process section (3) comprises a heating and stirring tempering tank (6), wherein one outlet end of a two-phase horizontal screw (5) is communicated with the inlet end of the heating and stirring tempering tank (6), and the outlet end of the heating and stirring tempering tank (6) is communicated with the inlet end of a three-phase horizontal screw (7); the sludge-water mixture separated by the two-phase horizontal screw (5) enters a heating and stirring tempering tank (6), the heating and stirring tempering tank (6) further heats, stirs and homogenizes fluidized sludge, and then the sludge enters a three-phase horizontal screw (7) for treatment, the three-phase horizontal screw (7) has the functions of sedimentation, separation and buffering, oil-water separation is mainly carried out on the sludge and liquid overflowing out, the separated oil enters a three-level oil-water separation sieve pool (2), the separated sludge and water respectively enter an aerobic biological treatment turntable device (8) for treatment, a second-level oil, water and sludge separation process section (3) further separates a part of oil, and the sludge-water mixture enters the next-level separation;
the biological sludge treatment process section (4) comprises an aerobic biological treatment rotating disc device (8), one outlet end of a three-phase horizontal screw (7) is communicated with an upper inlet of the aerobic biological treatment rotating disc device (8), the other outlet end of the three-phase horizontal screw (7) is communicated with a lower inlet of the aerobic biological treatment rotating disc device (8), the outlet end of the aerobic biological treatment rotating disc device (8) is communicated with an inlet end of an anaerobic biological treatment rotating disc device (31), and the outlet end of the anaerobic biological treatment rotating disc device (31) is communicated with an inlet end of a two-phase horizontal screw A (9); the aerobic biological treatment rotating disc device (8) is used for carrying out oxidative decomposition on organic matters in the sludge sewage under the action of aerobic microbial enzymes, the anaerobic biological treatment rotating disc device (31) is used for further carrying out oxidative decomposition on the organic matters in the sludge sewage under the action of the aerobic microbial enzymes, the oxidized sludge sewage enters a two-phase horizontal screw A (9), the sludge separated by the two-phase horizontal screw A (9) is discharged outside, the sewage separated by the two-phase horizontal screw A (9) enters a three-level oil-water separation sieve tank (2) to supplement the water quantity in the three-level oil-water separation sieve tank (2), and the flowing state of materials is ensured;
